Das Hotel kenne ich schon seit vielen Jahren und sie empfangen mich als Kunden, die ich war, sie gab uns Ein gutes Zimmer am Teil 5 Sternen, aber nicht, weil Sie über Trip buchen. Außerdem buchen Sie ein Zimmer und dann dahin ließen Sie mich eine zweite Person zahlen, mit einer zusätzlichen Gebühr für meine Frau, und das ist für mich schlecht. Sie sind schlechte Unterkünfte. Das Zimmer, das uns gegeben wurde, war nicht warmes Wasser und das separate Frühstück war für mich sehr teuer 18 e. So habe ich mich nur einen Tag hinuntergefahren. Sie sagten mir, es waren 9 und aber es war nicht so. Das Hotel ist gut, aber wir haben lange nicht gefahren, aber ich glaube, wir werden nicht mehr gehen, weil die Intermediäre nicht effizient sind und sie sehen, wer sie nehmen.

I have not skied for a few years dues to covid and illness. So I decided to go for a cheaper ski holiday, to ease back into it. This hotel has surprised me pleasantly. It is better than expected. It definately kicks above a 3-Star hotel. It is professionally run. The welcome from the staff was warm and friendly. The rooms are clean and spacious. The walk-in power shower was very welcome. As was the flat screen TV with international channels. Being on a half-board basis, I was impressed with how professional the kitchen was run. The standard of the food is very good with different dishes on offer, on a buffet basis. This made me over-eat, so this not the place for you, if you are on a diet. Now, the negatives: This hotel caters for the school-holiday market. In the evening the school kids can make a loud racket. But I actually found this added to the atmosphere, hearing lots of laughter and banter. It dies off after 10pm. The walls of the rooms are wafer thin. I could hear every word spoken by the room next to mine. I could have joined their conversation, if I wanted to. The ski bus stop is a few hundred metres away and the buses do not follow a timetable. The bus service is a bit hit and miss, which a pain when you have all of your ski-gear with you. Walking to the gondola is uphill and will take around 20 minutes with your ski-gear. Not easy and not good. Despite the above, I found my stay was very comfortable. If you are on a budget but expect a high standard, this is a fine choice of hotel.

What a brilliant hotel! When we first arrived I was worried as we went down for dinner and I found a hair in my soup and my friend found plastic in her dessert so not a good start, but after that hiccup it all was fine. The following morning our key card stopped working. A member of staff came up and had to dismantle the device on the door. The card still didn't work after this, so the staff moved us to a suite on the top floor :) we were very happy with the outcome, the suite was lovely! The food was delicious with plenty of choice everyday. Having half board really helped as we were out allday skiing. We'd set ourself up in the morning then put on comfy clothes on for the evening meal which was from 7pm. What I loved about this hotel was how close the gondola was to take you to the slopes. We took the lift down to the basement, walk up some stairs and it was right there, this was very helpful. The hotel had a spa as well, we went in one night and it 10 euros each. It had everything you needed to relax, I especially loved the jacuzzi We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would come back here again

Amazing location for the slopes - there is direct access to the gondola from the hotel and lockers to store your ski gear. Very helpful and friendly staff. Good bar/restaurant attached. Nice, clean kitchen in the basement and a chill out area on the top floor. We were a family of 4 and stayed in a quad room with a private bathroom. We liked the room - it had good soundproofing so no disturbance at night, comfy beds and lovely hot showers. Would definitely recommend and definitely stay again.

Der hervorragende Aufenthalt, wie auch die Rezeption. Betonen Sie die freundlichkeit und die Nähe von Herrn Rezeptionisten Abdoul, ein sehr guter Arbeiter und Person. Außerdem sei darauf hingewiesen, dass es in der Schneesaison besser gewesen sein könnte, denn es ist bezahlt und die Schuhe waren gefroren und gab ein Problem, zu gehen und zu gehen. Wir werden zweifellos wiederholen.

Wunderschönes Hotel außerhalb der Hauptstadt gelegen und sehr sehr ruhig. Schöne Stein-Außenfassade. Für Über-55-jährige gab es im Internet einen Spezialpreis für Halbpension und das hat sich gelohnt: bezüglich der Mahlzeiten sehr wohl, bezüglich des Service im Restaurant, na ja. Am 2. Abend wollte man uns schon den 2. Gang servieren obwohl wir noch nicht einmal den 1. Gang hatten. Erklärung: EDV-Fehler vom Bestellgerät des Oberkellners in die Küche. Help me ! Daraufhin wurden uns Wein und Wasser ”on the house” erlassen. Aber es sollte nicht sein, daß nur der Oberkellner die Bestellungen für das ganze Restaurant aufnehmen darf, dies bedarf dringender Abhilfe. Ansonsten absolutes Plus die großen Zimmer und das ebenso riesige Bad. Wir haben uns echt pudelwohl gefühlt.

Views were amazing, the room was old cabin vibes decor which I’m a fan of. A swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub are included with the stay. There is a outdoor pool and bar also but that wasn’t open during my stay. Downside, the reception is on the opposite side of the hotel to our room. 2 elevators and quite the walk to get to the reception. The pool receptionist seems to disappear a lot meaning you cannot exit as you have to trade your room key to get towels. If you’re not driving, expect to taxi everywhere as the hotel is just out of the city.

Firstly top tips we wish we knew: 1. The mystery free white bus of Arinsal. Doesn’t pick anyone up. Never ever wait for it. It’s Andorra’s biggest Mystery 2. Therefore bring cash and get the yellow bus into pal if your going there. 3. Arcalis is the place to go, Arinsal and Pal are good (Pal in particular has some nice runs) but Arcalis has a green run that took me 20 mins and was brilliant for a beginner/intermediate like me We arrived on Sunday about 5ish and checked in, room not huge 309 but pretty good, nice little kitchen area and a fridge. Beds a bit on the hard side for us but it’s personal preference. Food was brilliant in 20 years of buffet type foods this is right up there. Fresh tasty, chefs coming out often is a good sign. Pork ribs were a particular highlight, no sauce is a good sign. Little point if you have an allergy/intolerance check before eating. I’m lactose free and could see cream on food that said it didn’t. Chefs kindly made me some without cream which was nice. No lockers for ski gear but did have locks you slide in but there wasn’t enough so had to take skis into room each time which was a little annoying. All in all bar a couple of parts it’s 5 stars, I would stay there again particularly because of the food. Big thanks to Paul and the Copper couple for the chats and help during our holiday.
