Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und private heiße Quellen können gebucht werden. Der Service war erstklassig. Das Personal trug drei große Koffer die Treppe hinauf zum Zimmer. Obwohl nur ein Mitarbeiter Englisch sprach, waren auch die anderen Mitarbeiter sehr hilfsbereit und engagiert. Die Kaiseki-Küche ist sehr reichhaltig, aber der Ort ist schwer zu finden, sodass Selbstfahrerreisen besser geeignet sind.

Probably my favourite hotel ever. The riverside view was unbeatable, the food incredible and there was a variety of onsen baths that overlooked the river. I had a premium room and the standard still surpassed my expectations. There were nice touches like a choice of pillow types, lovely yakuta to wear and dimmable lighting design. The staff were very responsive and lovely - I left my Kindle behind and they forwarded it to my next hotel within 24 hours.

Ziemlich abgelegen. Die Zimmer im Hauptgebäude sind etwas abgewohnt, werden aber nach und nach renoviert und sind dann vermutlich auch bald fertig. Frühstück und Abendessen sind in Ordnung, aber wenn man hier übernachtet, hat man keine andere Wahl – in der Gegend haben nicht viele Restaurants geöffnet. Die Onsen sind klein; das Außen-Onsen bietet maximal Platz für 4–6 Personen, obwohl die hoteleigenen Onsen auf den Bildern größer wirken. Der Zimmerservice spricht telefonisch kein Englisch, und beim Einchecken fehlten die Handtücher. Die Reinigung erfolgte erst am Nachmittag, obwohl es nichts mehr zu reinigen gab und das Zimmer morgens leer stand. „Ein Schild aufhängen wäre angebracht.“

Jeder Hotelbedienste ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen sind sehr gut, das Hotel ist sehr sorgfältig für die Gäste zu denken, alle Einrichtungen sind sehr bequem, das Hotel ist zwar nicht groß, aber der Raum ist sehr gut, es gibt einen sehr komfortabelen privaten Wind

Location is very convenient, mall, parks, bus interchange just opposite, hot spring also nice, hotel even provide free drink & ice cream outside of the hot spring resting area, also the free ramen during 930pm-11pm.

Stayed in the standard double room. The room was huge, which is really surprising for Japan hotels. Everything was clean, it’s just that the hotel is a little old which shows in the style of the decorations, but the interior of the rooms were clean. Hotel had public baths and breakfast buffet came with the room we booked. Spread of the buffet was alright. Location wise, it’s nothing exceptional, but I don’t think there’s much to do in town anyways. We were about 15min drive to the dolphin centre which was the main itinerary for our day in Amakusa. View was good, hotel had its own garden area and sea view.

The hotel is okay, but quite old and outdated, so I'd say it should be cheaper for what they provide. Location is perfect for an overnight before your flight though. Stuff is friendly and helping, also they gift you a tasty ice cream. Hot bath also looks old, but it's a nice addition to relax before sleep, you can even watch the stars late evening in onsen. You can see the mountains from your window and lots of green houses) Breakfast cost is 1500 jpy, I didn't use this option. Overall everything was okay, but I believe they need to renovate rooms.

Der Hotelparkplatz war wahrscheinlich schon am frühen Morgen voll, aber zum Glück gibt es in der Nähe einige Parkplätze, die allerdings nicht gerade günstig sind. Das Hotel ist neu eröffnet, daher sind alle Einrichtungen recht modern. Einziger Nachteil: Es gibt deutlich weniger Thermalbäder als in der vorherigen Filiale in Kyoto. Zum Glück waren aber nicht viele Gäste da, sodass es nicht überfüllt war und der Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. In der Nähe gibt es außerdem viele gute Restaurants, sodass man nach dem Abendessen noch gemütlich durch die Gegend bummeln kann.

酒店頗新,有免費停車場及早餐, 非常適合自駕遊。 此外, 有限時welcome drink, 除soft drink 外, 還有10餘款酒可以品嚐。酒店設有公用溫泉池, 但溫泉池比較細, 只能容納幾個人而已。總括來說, 這是一間性價比很高的精品酒店。

Just a perfect Osen Ryokan. Everything one expects from a high end Ryokan. Great villa, great onsen facilities both within and outside the villa. The cave onsen was unique and simply fantastic.
