Great stay at this clean, conveniently located hotel. It’s right inside a covered shopping arcade that connects to many food options, and also just across the street from the tram stop and a large mall housing the bus terminal. Room was comfortable and of a good size. Free drinks are available at a quiet lounge area for guests, and there’s also a nice public bath to relax at too. Would recommend.

Newly opened so all amenities are in good condition. Shower is perfect 👌 Only got 2 pools for hot spring; can’t compare with the one in Kyoto. Overall excellent experience 😄😙

The hotel situated at the bus terminal where buses go directly from the airport. Staffs are friendly and always happy to help. Free coffee and tea at the lobby. Freshments like noodles you can get for free every night. Ice cream is free to take after 10pm. In the morning u can get free yoyurt. Hot spring is very nice and hot. I would stay at the same hotel if I come again.

Der Raum ist groß, Sie können in den nächsten vier Ecken leben. Jetzt sind auch Snacks und Tee vorbereitet. Es gibt zwei Mahlzeiten pro Kiste, der Geschmack und die Qualität sind großartig, es gibt vier private Suppen (wenn Sie sich nicht irren). Das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch und wunderschön, kann in der Basis Englisch kommunizieren und ohne Hindernisse kommunizieren. Viele Dekorationen sind sehr kleine und intim, die Bilder sind sehr interessant und bereitet jedem Gast beim Abreisen eine Mahlzeit vor. Ich muss noch mal gehen!

We had a great stay at Kamenoi Hotel Aso Park. We booked a room in the South Building, which was spacious,clean, and had a large, comfortable bed. The hotel provides yukata robes in various colors, which was a lovely touch for guests to enjoy the onsen experience. ♨️ The onsen was large and relaxing — perfect after a day of exploring Aso. 🚗 Parking was very convenient, located right next to the hotel. Just across the parking area, there’s a 24-hour convenience store called Obentou Hirai offering ready-made bentos, hot meals, ramen, and udon — extremely convenient for late-night snacks or quick meals. 🍱 We chose a room-only package without meals, and in the morning, we visited the local souvenir and food center at Aso Station. It had a great selection of local foods and breakfast options, plus plenty of gifts and souvenirs to bring home. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything we needed nearby. Highly recommended if you’re exploring the Aso area!

fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen. Super nettes Personal. Super sauber. Super Ausstattung man hat sogar die Möglichkeit sich Teebeutel and er Rezeption umsonst zu nehmen. Und ein Softdrink hab ich auch umsonst bekommen. Es gab genügend Handtücher und sogar eine „Robe“ um die heißen Quellen zu benutzen. Alles in allem super.

酒店整體乾淨, 也很新, 最正係有溫泉泡澡, 雖小但不錯! 另房間真的比較細, 大行李箱是開不到的 樓下泊車位很滿, 如果爆左要行走一段路才可去到第2, 第3駐車場, 落雨很麻煩! 晚上有happy hours , 可以飲酒唔駛錢, 都幾多人係度, 而且酒店價錢便宜!

Dieses Hotel hat kein Wasser, etwas weit vom Bequemlichkeitsladen entfernt, so dass die Getränke notwendig sind. Darüber hinaus habe ich mich sehr besorgt über die Mauern, die sehr dunkel sind. Als ich am Korridor war, hörte ich die Stimme des Schlags und des Toilettengeräuschs, so dass es nicht für nervöse Menschen passt. Aber es gibt viele Arten von Haarwasser auf der Rezeption, und ich kann es in den Behälter verwenden, so dass ich sehr zufrieden bin.

Es liegt etwa 25 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Kumamoto entfernt, aber wenn es spät wird, werden die Straßen dunkler, daher ist es besser, früh einzuchecken, wenn Sie Zeit haben. In einem traditionellen Thermalhotel sind die Lobby und die Zimmer sehr geräumig, aber der Designstil ist altmodisch. Für die wichtigste Stromversorgung gibt es nur wenige Plätze, daher muss die Lampe entfernt werden, um sie zu nutzen; Diesmal habe ich in einem speziellen Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss übernachtet. Es war so groß. Das Sofa war in der Mitte platziert und es gab viel Bewegungsfreiheit; Auch das Badezimmer ist sehr groß, mit einer runden Badewanne und heißem Quellwasser zum Baden; Wachen Sie morgens auf und beobachten Sie den Sonnenaufgang🤩 Um zum Thermalbad des Hotels zu gelangen, muss man zuerst durch die Lobby gehen und dann auf die andere Seite gehen. Ich frage mich, ob es zu spät ist. Nachdem Sie hineingegangen sind und sich abgespült haben, sind alle anderen mit dem Einweichen fertig, sodass Sie es genießen können das Bad allein. Das stimmt! Das Bad ist bis 12 Uhr geöffnet. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, das Gemüse und Obst ist frisch und die Kellner sind nett und freundlich.

Stayed in the standard double room. The room was huge, which is really surprising for Japan hotels. Everything was clean, it’s just that the hotel is a little old which shows in the style of the decorations, but the interior of the rooms were clean. Hotel had public baths and breakfast buffet came with the room we booked. Spread of the buffet was alright. Location wise, it’s nothing exceptional, but I don’t think there’s much to do in town anyways. We were about 15min drive to the dolphin centre which was the main itinerary for our day in Amakusa. View was good, hotel had its own garden area and sea view.
