Vessel is a budget type accommodation... You get just enough of what you need and if you want anything more or anything specific, you help yourself to their amenities on the 2nd floor reception. Location wise was perfect for us and the rooms are all insulated so you don't really hear the noise outside. They don't provide carpark but have a tie up where you pay a fixed rate to a very close by carpark operator (about 250m away only). We were 4 persons (2 adults and 2 teenagers) and even though the room came with two beds each sized between a single bed and a queen sized bed and a third roll out mattress, you still need to pay more for the bed linen, comforter and a pillow.

The staff is friendly and provide good service. The bath house is normal, but can tell its age. I feel the room is very dusty, it’s making my hand itchy and nose sneezy all the time. The bathroom is also old with water marks and mould. I am a fan of Dormy Inn and have stayed in Dormy Inn branches at Aomori, Hachinohe, Tokyo, and Osaka before, but this Kumamoto branch has the most room for improvement. The hotel is in walkable distance to the castle, so it is great.

Der Service des Hotelpersonals ist sehr gut, die Anlagen im Geschäft sind komplett, der Wärmebereich und die Sauna sind auch sehr gut. Und die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, in zehn Minuten zu Fuß kann man die wohlhabendste Stadt Gang erreichen und die meisten Restaurants umgeben sind in der Nacht. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass der gesamte Prozess von der Hotelhalle abgebaut werden muss. Wenn Sie nicht gerne in dem Hotel laufen, ist es vielleicht nicht geeignet, dieses Hotel zu berücksichtigen.

25 Minuten zu Fuß von der warmen Straße, aber das Hotel hat ein Auto, das zu transportieren ist, die Umgebung ist komfortabel und ruhig, das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig, der Kellner ist sehr freundlich und genügend, aber das Zimmer hat kein Badezimmer und kein Bad, kein warmes Wasser, im Allgemeinen sehr zufrieden.

We had a great stay at Kamenoi Hotel Aso Park. We booked a room in the South Building, which was spacious,clean, and had a large, comfortable bed. The hotel provides yukata robes in various colors, which was a lovely touch for guests to enjoy the onsen experience. ♨️ The onsen was large and relaxing — perfect after a day of exploring Aso. 🚗 Parking was very convenient, located right next to the hotel. Just across the parking area, there’s a 24-hour convenience store called Obentou Hirai offering ready-made bentos, hot meals, ramen, and udon — extremely convenient for late-night snacks or quick meals. 🍱 We chose a room-only package without meals, and in the morning, we visited the local souvenir and food center at Aso Station. It had a great selection of local foods and breakfast options, plus plenty of gifts and souvenirs to bring home. Overall, a comfortable stay with everything we needed nearby. Highly recommended if you’re exploring the Aso area!

Ich mochte die heißen Frühlingsanlagen im 10. Stock vor allem. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe und es war bequem, weil es nahe am Flughafen war. Es war schade, dass das Doppelbettzimmer ein wenig fehlte

I really liked the hot springs with high iron content in this ryokan: I had sore throat for about 3 weeks before the journey, but it recovered just after the first bath. We also liked that family baths are for free if they are vacant (in the evening there wasn't any problem). The staff is attentive, thank you very much. The food was delicious, and there was more than enough for a man. However, we would recommend choosing a Japanese-style breakfast, since frying eggs on a burner is not very convenient. Nevertheless, everything was delicious. As for the drinks for breakfast, there was only coffee from the coffee machine. But there is always green tea in the room (we had problems with the hot pot, so they brought us a thermos). The only thing we did not like was the heating. However, it is unlikely to do anything with it when it is minus 3 degrees outside at night. Without heating, it was very cold, the floor was cold. But the heating is very noisy, and it is difficult to find a temperature balance. We sweated a lot at night under the blankets, and since the shower is not in the room - it is in the onsen, it was inconvenient. Thanks God, we had spare pajamas with us. Overall, for this cost of accommodation we can give 5 points.

Das Personal ist sehr enthusiastisch und wunderschön, kann in der Basis Englisch kommunizieren und ohne Hindernisse kommunizieren. Viele Dekorationen sind sehr kleine und intim, die Bilder sind sehr interessant und bereitet jedem Gast beim Abreisen eine Mahlzeit vor. Ich muss noch mal gehen!

fünf Minuten mit dem Auto zum Flughafen. Super nettes Personal. Super sauber. Super Ausstattung man hat sogar die Möglichkeit sich Teebeutel and er Rezeption umsonst zu nehmen. Und ein Softdrink hab ich auch umsonst bekommen. Es gab genügend Handtücher und sogar eine „Robe“ um die heißen Quellen zu benutzen. Alles in allem super.
