Es war ein sehr schönes Hotel. Alles, was wir als Familie von 3 brauchten, außer wir waren in Zimmer 100 und es war direkt neben dem Aufzug. Jedes Mal, wenn der Loft bewegte und die Türen geöffnet, konnten Sie alles hören.. es war ganz Abend und von sehr früh am Morgen. Wir mussten mit dem Fernseher schlafen, um das anhaltende Geräusch zu verdunken.

Good price and swimming pool included is a bonus when travelling with children. Location is a nice walk into town, about 20mins, just very hilly. So worth noting if you have children in prams. Didn’t use the bar or other facilities. Grounds were pleasant but rooms could do with an air freshener or just better ventilation as had an odd smell and felt stuffy. Rooms kept cool despite 28° weather. Bathroom and bedding clean but dust and cobwebs around.

Only a one night stay, very modern room . Bathroom clean very poor. Black hair on the floor, cob webs above shower. Towel rail dirty . Toilet brush needs replacing. Very hot room facing to the sun, although fan provided too hot to sleep. Not offered an alternative. No explanation regarding breakfast set up and what to do. Good continental breakfast selection. Person that answered the phone day before said hello . Needs training.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Wir hatten ein großes Paar Tage. Nach der Ankunft wurde uns ein Zimmer upgrade gegeben. Wir blieben in einer Suite, die sehr komfortabel und nett war. Das Essen in einem Restaurant war gut, obwohl wir nur einmal Abendessen hatten. Das Spa war eine schöne Behandlung, vor allem genossen das Dampfzimmer.

The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The decor is a bit dated but for the price it’s incredibly good value. Very near both the train station and football ground. The staff kindly allowed me a late check out and looked after my luggage when I went out for the day.

The location is very good. It near bus stop going to city center, near retail park with supermarket like Morrison, near restaurants such as Yellows. The housekeeping staff and receptionist are very helpful and friendly. The bed sheet is clean and the mattress is comfortable. They make me have a good sleep at night.

Dieses Hotel bietet einen großen Wert für Geld, vor allem aufgrund der Freizeiteinrichtungen wie Pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna und Dampfraum. Der Zimmerservice ist gut bezahlt und der Service ist schnell.

Wir lieben es wird wieder bleiben

Wir lebten eine Nacht in einem Königsbettzimmer 416, es gab keine Heizung, nur Klimaanlage, aber der Luft-Con arbeitete nicht für die Heizung Funktion für die ganze Nacht seit wir ins Zimmer kamen, der Wind kam aus sind alle CLOD! Es war die ganze Nacht gefroren, verglichen mit der Temperatur war nur 2 Grad an jenem Tag. Die Erfahrung war schrecklich.

Die Gäste waren sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, das Zimmer war sehr schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und es ist wirklich für den Tag. Danke.
