Beach front property on probably the best part of the strip. Hotel is a little dated, but its location is amazing. Has pool, indoor and outdoor jacuzzi. Decent sunbathing options. They do have a sauna but didn’t use it as was told to go reception for some odd reason and then couldn’t be bothered to return again. Overall decent Hotel did ask for an Ocean view room but wasn’t given one even thought only one was being used on the last day I stayed.

The hotel is quite run-down, and the receptionist was unpleasant. Unfortunately, on the day of check-in, I approached the bar and asked the employee for a latte. At the same time, she asked a rude man who had suddenly interrupted our conversation to wait. I ultimately declined the order because I felt the employee was arrogant, especially when she flirted with the man with her eyes and facial expression. I didn't like the fact that my room's windows were so close to those of a neighboring building, from which they could likely observe, which created a lack of peace and quiet; I constantly felt like my personal space was being violated. The only thing I liked about the hotel was the excellent breakfast, but the latte from the machine was very sweet.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer sehr hervorragenden Lage. Das Empfangspersonal ist sehr gut und war A1 beim Einchecken. Das Zimmer war leicht enttäuscht, die war eine Flasche Wasser, die getrunken war und nicht genommen wurde. Der vorherige Gast hinterließ Dinge im Kühlschrank und Haushalter konnte sie nicht entfernen. Sie waren sehr schnell, um mich für das Wasser zu belasten und etwas anderes, was ich ihnen fest gesagt habe, habe ich nichts. So entfernen sie die Gebühren. Sie empfehlen den Gästen, die Besuch ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr von 2000 Reisen, aber ich bin sicher, sie meinte 200. Wie alle Gelder, die Hotels nehmen jetzt Gebühr für die Gäste, die Besuch. Mehr Grund, andere Restaurants auf dem Streifen zu verwenden. Ich würde wahrscheinlich nicht hier bleiben, es sei denn, es war letzte Minute, aber die Lage ist unglaublich für den Preis

The location is very good but most of the people who work there do not speak the English language. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the sauna and lobby area where you can rest. Breakfast is fine, but dinner can be better. We came to check in the area while it was extremely cold outside and we stood in front of the checking desk, I felt cold air coming from the ceiling AC and we felt even worse. There is a fan inside the elevator which I personally do not like during cold weather, but generally speaking the hotel is good. I came to this hotel with my girlfriend and I got out single so I do not recommend it for couples

Einer unserer Lieblingsorte aller Zeiten. Das Hotel wird so gut geführt und ist so sauber, dass alle Mitarbeiter ihr Bestes geben, um den Komfort ihrer Gäste zu gewährleisten. Wir fühlen uns wie Könige im Majesty Hotel in Florianopolis... so viel ist praktisch, vom Restaurant mit außergewöhnlichem Essen im Hotel über andere rund um den Block bis hin zum riesigen Einkaufszentrum und allen Veranstaltungen von Florianopolis... das ist wie ein 5-Sterne-Hotel in New York City auf Steroiden, größer, besser, sauberer, schöner ... es ist fantastisch und der Ort, an dem man sein kann ... wir kehren oft zur Majestät zurück, so wie es in unseren Herzen ist ... VIVA Majestät! !

I cannot stress how DECEPTIVE this hotel listing is so I made sure to include pictures. The hotel is made to look much better than it is in reality. We got no room service when we were there, our bed was broken, the drain still had hair on it and the person who handed us the key took the bedding out of the spare bed as we went in. It is a massive disrespect to the consumer to have paid so much on this hotel that is of such inferior quality. I have stayed at other hotels that were a fraction of the price and had immense lu better quality. I have attached pictures so that no one else gets scammed.

I had requested for 9 am check in and 9 pm check out because I had traveled by night bus to reach in the morning and again night bus to travel back. I had a business meeting. The young lady at the reception was not able to speak English but with the help of a translator she helped a lot. For some reason the coffee vending and cold drink vending machine was out of order on 11th Feb 2026. But the reception lady guided me to a nearby coffee shop. The room was clean and the common bathroom and toilets were clean. Overall happy. I will come back again.

Great communication by staff at all time, helpful with directions, secure parking on site and good breakfast included in the price. Not too far from the beach, a bit of a walk to the Centro of ingleses but ok if you have a car or want to travel by bus/taxi. The accommodation room was very small as there is a spa bath in the same room as the bed and the kitchen area is very small, whole unit smells a bit musty and the walls are very thin so if you have noisy neighbours you can hear anything they say! Was good for off season.

I learned to read comments carefully. They all mentioned the hotel is old and been renovated. This means noise sometimes and different rooms. The one we got had NO internet connection, it was located in the second floor. Pools were great though. My kids had a blast, even in colder or rainy days thanks to the indoors one. The hotel is far away from the city center or any attractions. I understand no Uber tor transfers wanted to go there. We rented a car so it was not an issue.

Gut Hotel und Lage. Herzliche und gute Betreuung. Komfortable Betten. Bad mit alter Dusche, aber noch akzeptabel. Altes Split und laut.
