Wir erwarteten die Ankunft in diesem Hotel, da wir die schöne Holzsuite mehr als zwei Monate reserviert hatten. Als wir an die Hotelrezeption angekommen waren, hatte es eine seltsame Vibe. Die Suite hatte eine wunderschöne Holzseil- und Bodenseilbahn und eine hohe Seilbahn mit zweiter Etage. Es war eine Überraschung, dass diese wunderschöne Suite keine Wahlen im Minibar hat. Wie Sie in den Bildern sehen können, mit einer Suite wie diese sollten Sie ein Kabinett mit Getränken, Tee, Kaffee und Snacks, aber es war nicht. Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet und passt überhaupt nicht zum Thema der Suite. Die Wärme war etwas anderes, weil die AC nicht richtig funktionierte und wir nicht schlafen konnten, bis sie einen Fan brachten. Ich dachte, ich würde auf ein anderes Zimmer mit einem anderen Stil suchen, so gingen wir einfach nach der Rezeption, um mit einem unbehaglichen Rezeptor umzugehen. Er zeigte uns ein kleines Zimmer und sagte, sie haben nichts anderes zur Verfügung! Obwohl es Leute ohne vorherige Reservierung anmelden!! Wir fragten um das Restaurant und wenn wir für 2 zum Abendessen einen Tisch buchen könnten, sagte der Empfänger uns, dass sie die Verfügbarkeit überprüfen wird, bestätigte sie, dass es voll ist, Dann informierte sie uns, dass es ein Tisch gibt, das zwischen zwei großen Gruppen passt, was versteckt war, da das Restaurant leer war, als wir zwei Stunden saßen!! Und es sah aus, es war eine Party und die Wächter waren nach, aber es war nicht, nur Tische geworfen um den Platz! Wir fragten nach Fahrrädern und erzählten, dass es heute keine verfügbare, obwohl es eine halbe Dutzend im Hotel parkiert war. Die beiden Nachten, die wir hier verblieben sollten, wurden abgeschafft und im schönsten Hotel mit dem angenehmenstes Personal gebucht.
