Very satisfied with my stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to Tanukikoji Shopping Street from the back entrance, which was extremely convenient. The surrounding area is lively and full of shops and restaurants, making it a great place to stay.

Location is great. A walking distance to Sapporo Tanukikoji Shopping Street. If you are with luggage, walking at underground shopping street, once you see Parco on your left, turn right and you will see an escalator not far away. Go up and you will see GongCha. Go straight and pass through the sliding door beside it. Turn right and keep walking until a cross junction. Hotel is the left side of next junction. Room is spacious. There is a new law with tax charge for hotels at Sapporo area this year.

Good location as the hotel sit at the town area. However there will be no daily housekeeping provided, we need to put all rubbish and towel to be changed outside the bedroom and the staff will replenish the same to us and we can collect it when back to hote

房間超大，有室內浸浴，景觀一流，設施齊備，若住Executive Suit,可以免費享用lounge 內小食和飲品，酒也是無限飲用。自助餐食物美味，款式多。娛樂設施有驚喜，有乒乓球打，有夾公仔機，可以打機，是迷利版的Gigo。商店購物種類多，有好小朋友玩具賣。露天風呂看到雪山景，體驗到一邊浸温泉，一邊大風雪吹在面上。就算不是露天，室內的風呂也有好美的雪山景觀看。有穿梭巴士送到札幌，非常好。雖然房價不便宜，但物有所值。

Loved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable. Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving.

I would like to share a small concern regarding my experience at the front desk on March 1, in the hope that it may be helpful for your future service considerations. After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. Große Lage bequem zu gehen zum Sapporo Station und sogar zu Fuß nach Odori, schmeckt Komfortgeschäfte in der Nähe. Die Eincheckung war reibungslos, die Mitarbeiter waren nett und freundlich, in der Lage, Gepäck vor der Eincheckung und nach der Auscheckung zu lagern. Dieses Zimmer, das ich reserviert habe, ist geräumig genug, um 2 große Gepäck zu öffnen und hat immer noch genug Platz zum Spaziergang. Die Einrichtungen waren groß, haben sogar eine vollständige Skincare-Set, Marke der Skincare und die verwendeten Seife waren DHC, zum ersten Mal verwenden Hotelschampo und Klimaanlage, die meine Haare so glatt machten nicht einmal brauchen Haaröl 🤣

Obwohl es ein Stück vom Bahnhof Sapporo entfernt ist, gefiel mir die ruhige und saubere Umgebung sehr gut! Ich war zunächst unsicher, da die bekannten Hotels in der Nähe etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkten, und buchte daher stattdessen ein neu gebautes Hotel. Die sauberen und hellen Räume sorgten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Zwei kleine Läden und ein Supermarkt befanden sich in der Nähe, sodass man bequem Snacks kaufen konnte. Da wir während unserer Japanreise viel zu Fuß unterwegs waren, konnten wir uns morgens und abends im großen öffentlichen Bad entspannen. Alle in meiner Gruppe waren zufrieden, und ich kann das Hotel besonders für Familienreisen empfehlen 👍🏻

Unser Zimmer im 12.Stock bot eine schöne Aussicht über die winterliche Stadt. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es einen Raum mit Spinden für die Skiausrüstung. Das Frühstücksbüffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Tagsüber gibt es im Erdgeschoß einen Coworkingbereich mit freien Getränken. In fußläufiger Entfernung finden sich genügend Restaurants und Bars. Der gebuchte Skibus nach Kokusei hält direkt vor dem Hotel, so daß auch für Sportler keine Wünsche offen bleiben.

Wir waren im „neuen“ Gebäude untergebracht – die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig; neu war es nicht. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war unglaublich, man konnte sich gar nicht sattsehen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, selbst für Europäer. Von den drei Badezimmern gefiel uns das im Erdgeschoss am besten – es war geräumig und verfügte über eine Sauna mit Warm- und Kaltwasser. Der hoteleigene Pool ist ausschließlich für Kinder.
