Dieses Hotel ist wirklich gut und liegt in der Nähe des JR Sapporo Station! Die Einrichtungen sind gut und ich denke, es sollte 5-Sterne-Hotel sein. Das Zimmer ist groß und das Bett ist komfortabel! Jedoch ist der Eunch wirklich satt am Abend, so müssen Sie vor 8 Uhr Bad planen oder wechseln bis morgen ist besser.

Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut, mit einer breiten Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und mit Weinbergen Emzyme Getränken kommen. Das Zimmer ist sauber und befindet sich in einer zentralen Lage , in der Nähe der Einkaufsstraße. Das Zimmer TV bietet Live-Updates auf der Stauungsebene für Onsen, aber auch die Stauungsebene für das Frühstück im Restaurant und sogar die Verfügbarkeit der 2-1 Waschmaschine und Trockner. Es gibt etwa 6 Waschmaschine/Trockner. Das 2-1 Waschgerät/Trockner ist ladend und dauert lange, bis die Kleidung getrocknet wird. Der Whirlpool ist sehr klein, der Pool überblickt das Bad. Das Bad ist offen und nicht von einzelnen Wänden getrennt, und Wasser kann sich gegenseitig splashen. Sie bieten kostenlose Eiscreme nach dem Einsatz des Whirlpools.

We booked two rooms—one for my husband and me, and another for our daughter. Although the rooms were compact, they were clean, comfortable, and cozy. My daughter especially enjoyed wearing the hotel-provided pajamas (see photo). We also appreciated the convenient water refill station located on the same floor, close to our rooms. The hotel’s location was excellent, with the train station within easy walking distance. Getting to and from the airport was also very convenient, as the airport bus stop was located just downstairs from the hotel.

The hotel is only 5 mins walk away from Sapporo Station North Exit, which is super strategic if you want to travel across using that station. The room has amazing duffy blanket and memory foam pillow. They have a self check in and check out machine whic make the processes easier.

Loved that the hotel allows guests with tattoo to use the onsen though this wasn’t made known explicitly with written signs. Hotel was located at the end of Tanukoji so it’s a distance from the main area although still walkable. Note that the bathroom doesn’t have a space to put your dry clothes and you will have to wear it outside unless you do not mind the bottom of your pants getting wet. Not very convenient for mix gender groups even though there’s a blind you can draw but still be visible from the mirror reflection. Room was located in the annex building which has alot of stairs so not that convenient for elderlies too. Overall, decent hotel but recommended only if you have no issues walking or are driving.

Unser Zimmer im 12.Stock bot eine schöne Aussicht über die winterliche Stadt. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es einen Raum mit Spinden für die Skiausrüstung. Das Frühstücksbüffet läßt keine Wünsche offen. Tagsüber gibt es im Erdgeschoß einen Coworkingbereich mit freien Getränken. In fußläufiger Entfernung finden sich genügend Restaurants und Bars. Der gebuchte Skibus nach Kokusei hält direkt vor dem Hotel, so daß auch für Sportler keine Wünsche offen bleiben.

Bed is rock hard. After 4 nights, I have serious back ache, plus I'm lacking in sleep, due to how hard and uncomfortable the bed was. The pool facility wasn't fully open (it only does so in August). The last week in July at least opens the some of the outside area for use, but it doesn't fully open until August. They'd also made the 25m outside pool a wipeout/ninja obstacle course so, if you want to actually swim [do some lengths etc] then the only place you can do this was initially only open in August and even then it is now taken over by an obstacle. The indoor sections are open all year round. You have to pay extra to access the slides - not too crazy at 500 or 600yen depending on the day for unlimited access (you're given a wristband). Breakfast was ok. Wide variety of foods - some of which I wouldn't normally associate with breakfast, but still nice to have choices. Signage claims it gets busy after 8am. This is definitely not true - it's busy when it first opens at 7am and then slowly gets quieter over the 7~10 opening times (last entry at 9:30). Can't speak about weekends tho. Shuttle bus is busiest at the 5pm time slot. Overall, a ”resort” that claims to be 4 stars it most certainly isn't. 2 stars yes. 2.5 maybe. But the whole place just feels quite dated and far from the luxury expected from a ”4 star hotel”. Apart from the bed as I've already mentioned, the room was a good enough size but all the decor and controls were old. The Aircon control was worn and glitchy (button presses would turn it off etc) but at least it worked and made the room the temp we wanted. The lighting panel has had so many changes there are stickers on it to blank out buttons which no longer function - fair enough, but maybe spend a bit of money on a decent upgrade??? This hotel isn't cheap!

Wir haben zwei Nächte im Hotel verbracht und einen angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt. Das Hotel liegt nur 3 Gehminuten von Susukino und 5 Gehminuten von der Shao-Yu-Straße entfernt, in der Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte und Restaurants. Das Personal an der Rezeption half uns beim Einchecken am Automaten, und der Vorgang verlief schnell. Uns gefielen die Betten und die Zimmergröße sowie der kostenlose Haskap-Saft, der den ganzen Nachmittag und Abend über angeboten wurde. Einziger Nachteil: Das Personal an der Rezeption sprach nur wenig Englisch und verstand unsere Bitte um eine Zimmerreinigung nicht, da wir ausgeschlafen hatten und die morgendliche Reinigung verpasst hatten. Die nächste Haltestelle des Flughafen-Shuttlebusses gegenüber dem Hotel Abest Sapporo ist vier Blocks entfernt, und wir mussten mit Gepäck ein Taxi für ca. 950 Yen nehmen, um sie im Schneematsch zu erreichen. An beiden Abenden, als wir ins Hotel zurückkamen, waren viele thailändische Touristen da, sodass das Hotel recht beliebt und gut besucht war. Trotzdem bekamen wir auf unseren Wunsch hin ein Zimmer in einem der oberen Stockwerke abseits der Aufzüge, und wir hatten ein ruhiges Zimmer, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort übernachten, da das Hotelzimmer einen guten Preis hat!

Wir waren im „neuen“ Gebäude untergebracht – die Zimmer waren abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftig; neu war es nicht. Die Aussicht vom Zimmer war unglaublich, man konnte sich gar nicht sattsehen! Das Essen war ausgezeichnet, selbst für Europäer. Von den drei Badezimmern gefiel uns das im Erdgeschoss am besten – es war geräumig und verfügte über eine Sauna mit Warm- und Kaltwasser. Der hoteleigene Pool ist ausschließlich für Kinder.
