AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service. The concierge was helpful and welcoming. Very useful in a freezing outdoor climate - thank you Alex.  My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely.  The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.  The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic! WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.  House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.  I had access to the executive lounge.  It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.  The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.  The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.  Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.  Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.  To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.  A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.   Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day! Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.  Thank you for a wonderful experience.

AAmelie LamDies ist ein neues Hotel, etwa sechs Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Sapporo entfernt. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen 7-Eleven-Supermarkt, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Rezeption und das Personal sind freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist etwas klein und hat nur ein 66 cm großes Fenster, das sich öffnen lässt. Insgesamt ist es aber sehr sauber. Das Bett ist angenehm weich und bequem, und es ist sehr ruhig. Ich habe mich für die Executive-Etage entschieden. Die Executive-Lounge ist sehr ruhig und bietet eine große Auswahl an Weinen und Getränken. Zu den Snacks gehören Seeigel, was etwas überraschend ist, aber das Frühstück in der Lounge ist zu klein. Wir bevorzugen das Frühstücksbuffet im zweiten Stock, da es dort mehr Auswahl gibt. Die Thermalquellen des Hotels sind auch in Ordnung. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft ein gutes Erlebnis.

GGastnutzerA very comfortable stay. I was in a Single Rm on d 13th flr. Super quiet at the end of the hallway. Window facing another building wall, no view. Comfortable bed and PJ set. No daily housekeeping provided but they'd leave a bag of towel, new PJ set and stuffs hanging on your door in the morning. Early check-in would cost 1000¥ per hour till the official 3【pm check-in time. I opt to leave my luggage in their storage rm, after I checked in around 4:30p, my bags already in my rm. Professional and polite staffs in general. I took the airport bus, but on my day of arrival, bus companies not dropping off passengers infront of the hotel due to severe snowstorm 2 days prior. And they also not picking up infront of d hotel on the wkend and final day of d Sapporo Winter Festival. Nearest airport bus stop would be Odori Park or Grand Sapporo Hotel. It's about less than 10mins walk. If it's during winter with snow on d ground, the Grand Sapporo Hotel bus stop would actually be a better route. I took the Odori Park route and was a bit tedious. Hotel is attentive to amenities details eg: charging cables of different ports ( type-C, Apple, usb-A etc...) available in the rm; utensils available at each floor's elevator lobby, free tea/coffee and extra toiletries at Lobby. Coin laundry(cash only) is 300¥ for each load of washing ( laundry detergent will automatically add in) and 100¥ for 30mins dry. Coin exchange avail at Check-in desk. Great location to Odori Park just across the street and plenty of choices for food + shopping. Rm facing the park during Winter Festival might be noisy due to stage performances and safety announcements or whatnot from the megaphone. Loves the onsen; Female and male has each of their own sections. Closed for cleaning 10a-2p daily, but daily operation is 2p-2a. Delicious mini fruit popsicles/ ice cream available to onsen users. No mini-fridge nor microwave in the rm. Breakfast buffet cost 2300¥/pax with mostly cold dishes, hot food only a handful of choices - wished could be more though; but they do serve wine (red+ white). Will stay again.

I emailed in and realise they are open for 3 guest as long as u pay additional fare (5,500/night) for a sofa bed which was reasonable. I enjoyed the stay throughly especially the onsen facility. The Highlights: Room Layout: Spacious enough for 2 people. The seperate bathroom zones and vanity/make up desk are convinience. Fresh Air: Our favorite feature! The windows can be opened slightly, which is perfect in winter to enjoy natural ventilation instead of the AC which will be too hot for us to sleep during the night. Facilities: The lounge and restaurant feel very airy and clean. Convenience: Located right near great food and walking streets. On-site parking is available (extra fee), which is a huge plus for us. Things to Consider: Water Policy: No water is provided in the room. Members have to pick up at the Front Desk. Booking Assistance: We tried to get help with a restaurant reservation, but the hotel required a deposite paid through them to do so. This was a bit restrictive for those using e-SIMs. Verdict: Perfect if you value a clean room and a breeze.

GGastnutzerWir haben hier 7 Nächte geblieben. Das war ein wenig länger für Sapporo. Aber da das Wetter so schlecht mit schwerem Schnee war, genossen wir unsere Aufenthalte im Hotel während des schneevollen Wetters. Das Frühstück ist so groß und wir erwarten es jeden Morgen, da es eine Vielzahl von Lebensmitteln enthält, so dass Sie immer etwas zu genießen finden können. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und willkommen, vor allem zwei männliche & Senioren Kochen bei Ramen und Omelette. Wir haben auch Spa in unserem Zimmerpreis gekauft, so dass wir jeden Abend einen angenehmen Spa genießen (auch wenn es nicht heißen Frühling ist). Vor dem Hotel gibt es ein kleines Mall - BIVI , das mit einigen guten Restaurants , schöne Café (Gentle Bagel) und Coop. Selbst bei den schweren Schneetage haben Sie keine Sorgen, um Zeit zu verbringen. B1 mit sehr praktischem Waschservice , Kosten sind fair . Wenn Sie Budget haben, können Sie nur Zimmer (ohne Frühstück und Spa) planen, die mit sehr CP, stark empfohlen.

After checking out from another hotel, we planned a 2‑day, 1‑night trip to Otaru and wished to store our luggage at your hotel beforehand. When we arrived, we were assisted by your staff member, Ms. Hayshi(林）.When we asked whether it was possible to store our luggage, we were informed that storage was limited to one day only. We then explained that we would be returning quite late the following evening and asked if there might be any flexibility or alternative arrangements. However, the response we received felt a little abrupt, including a surprised “Huh?” that left us unsure how to continue the conversation. This made us feel slightly uncomfortable and misunderstood, though we believe it may simply have been a moment of miscommunication. In addition, from the day we inquired about luggage storage until March 4, we noticed that there were still two pieces of luggage stored in the luggage area for several days. We would appreciate some clarification on why those items were allowed to remain for an extended period, as this left us a bit confused about the policy. At the same time, I would also like to express my sincere appreciation for the warmth and professionalism shown by your Assistant Front Office Manager “Faucett mark “during my check‑in. He welcomed me with genuine kindness, clearly explained the procedures and facilities, and made me feel very well taken care of after a long journey. His patience and attentiveness created a truly positive impression, and I hope the hotel will acknowledge his excellent service. We have always appreciated the thoughtful hospitality that Japanese hotels are known for, which is why we chose to stay with you. HHuiting412his was the best stay among the four places we stayed during our trip. The only downside was that the room was a bit small, so we couldn’t fully open both of our luggage at the same time. However, the toilet was clean and quite spacious, and the blanket was very comfortable, which made it easy to sleep well. The check-in and check-out process was also very smooth and convenient. I also really liked the mirror—it was great for checking our outfits, which is especially nice for girls like me. One small improvement would be the walkway in front of the entrance, which was a bit dark and could be brighter.

GGastnutzerDas Hotel liegt zwischen den Bahnhöfen Susukino und Nakajima Koen. Das Zweibettzimmer ist etwas kleiner und das Gepäck kann nur abwechselnd geöffnet und mitgenommen werden, aber das Badezimmer riecht zunächst Es wird eine Weile dauern, bis es sich auflöst. Das gesamte Hotel verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es im Zimmer etwas stickig war, also meldete ich es an der Rezeption und stellte fest, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab und diese nur der Luftzufuhr diente. Anders als in anderen Hotels, in denen ich vor ein paar Nächten übernachtet habe, sind die Frühstücksartikel kleiner, süße Garnelen und Lachs sind abgepackt. Wenn Sie mehr essen möchten, müssen Sie viele kleine Teller herausnehmen denn die Ramen sind auch in Stücke geschnitten, und die Früchte sind so dünn, dass sie wie eine Dekoration auf dem Teller aussehen. Insgesamt ist der Geschmack nicht schlecht, aber ich fühle mich nach dem Essen immer einsam .

GGastnutzerDie Einrichtungen ähneln denen anderer japanischer Hotels. Es ist eng und der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht gut... Heizung funktioniert gut. Und die Lage ist großartig. Egal, ob es sich um eine Bustour oder eine Bushaltestelle im Skigebiet handelt, es ist ein 10-15-minütiger Spaziergang. Exzellent!!!! Etwas enttäuschend ist das Gespür des Personals, an Tagen, an denen das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wird, Handtücher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist durchschnittlich, die Öffnungszeiten sind jedoch schlecht. Es handelt sich um ein Gebiet mit vielen Touristenattraktionen, das jedoch von 7 bis 10 Uhr geöffnet ist und daher während anderer Tourpläne nicht genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt liegt es über dem Durchschnitt.
