3-Sterne-Hotels in Sapporo

This is my second stay here because I love this hotel so much! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and very convenient. There’s an Airport Bus stop right at the hotel for easy transfers to/from CTS Airport. It's located directly in front of Odori Park, which was amazing during the Snow Festival—I could just stroll out and enjoy the event. I also loved the free rooftop Onsen for guests. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

Ich habe nun schon fünf Nächte am Stück in diesem Hotel verbracht! So wohl habe ich mich gefühlt. Der Service war exzellent. Ich habe gleich noch einmal gebucht und um dasselbe Zimmer gebeten, damit ich nicht umziehen muss – und das wurde problemlos arrangiert. Diesmal habe ich unbedingt Frühstück dazugebucht. Es ist ein einfaches Frühstück, man muss nichts Besonderes erwarten, aber es reicht völlig aus, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten! Tägliche Reinigung inklusive Handtuchwechsel und Auffüllen einiger Artikel. Bettwäschewechsel gibt es erst ab drei Übernachtungen.

I've stayed in many hotels in various cities in Japan, but this is one of my favorites. It has everything I need, and is conveniently located near Odori Park and the bustling Susukino area. My room was excellent – larger than I expected and with a decent city view. It was clean, relatively new, and well-equipped. The hotel was well-managed, and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee every morning; they were tasety. If I have the chance to return to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again.

5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zu Essen und Geschäften und U-Bahn, neben dem Hotel ist Lawson bequem Geschäft. Personal effizient und bietet schnelle Service. Ich finde die Nebenwirkung ist, dass Sie nur in der Badewanne duschen können, die für kleine Kinder und ältere Menschen ungünstig ist, und Sie können im Hotellobby essen und trinken so cabt kühl in der Lobby mit Familien, und es gibt keine Typ C Ladegerät, so müssen Sie den Reiseadapter verwenden. Wasserdispenser ist nicht in der Lobby und nicht auf jedem Stock verfügbar, Sie müssen einen bestimmten Stock füllen, um Wasser zu füllen und nur kaltes Wasser ist verfügbar (kein warmes Wasser). Auch Matratzen sind hart.

Vorteile: Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Leckeres Frühstück, sehr bequeme Betten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super höflich und freundlich. Nachteil: 600 Yen für die Waschmaschine und 100 Yen für den Trockner. Im Whirlpool gibt es keine Handtücher, Sie müssen welche aus dem Hotelzimmer mitbringen. Das Hotelzimmer ist ziemlich klein und bietet kaum Platz für großes Gepäck.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen den Bahnhöfen Susukino und Nakajima Koen. Das Zweibettzimmer ist etwas kleiner und das Gepäck kann nur abwechselnd geöffnet und mitgenommen werden, aber das Badezimmer riecht zunächst Es wird eine Weile dauern, bis es sich auflöst. Das gesamte Hotel verfügt über eine zentrale Klimaanlage. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass es im Zimmer etwas stickig war, also meldete ich es an der Rezeption und stellte fest, dass es keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gab und diese nur der Luftzufuhr diente. Anders als in anderen Hotels, in denen ich vor ein paar Nächten übernachtet habe, sind die Frühstücksartikel kleiner, süße Garnelen und Lachs sind abgepackt. Wenn Sie mehr essen möchten, müssen Sie viele kleine Teller herausnehmen denn die Ramen sind auch in Stücke geschnitten, und die Früchte sind so dünn, dass sie wie eine Dekoration auf dem Teller aussehen. Insgesamt ist der Geschmack nicht schlecht, aber ich fühle mich nach dem Essen immer einsam .

Die Einrichtungen ähneln denen anderer japanischer Hotels. Es ist eng und der Kühlschrank funktioniert nicht gut... Heizung funktioniert gut. Und die Lage ist großartig. Egal, ob es sich um eine Bustour oder eine Bushaltestelle im Skigebiet handelt, es ist ein 10-15-minütiger Spaziergang. Exzellent!!!! Etwas enttäuschend ist das Gespür des Personals, an Tagen, an denen das Zimmer nicht gereinigt wird, Handtücher zur Verfügung zu stellen. Die Qualität des Frühstücks ist durchschnittlich, die Öffnungszeiten sind jedoch schlecht. Es handelt sich um ein Gebiet mit vielen Touristenattraktionen, das jedoch von 7 bis 10 Uhr geöffnet ist und daher während anderer Tourpläne nicht genutzt werden kann. Insgesamt liegt es über dem Durchschnitt.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with a good balance of comfort and price. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area. The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved. Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.

Location: Conveniently located near the Hosui-Susukino Subway Station (Exit 6 is often mentioned), making it easy to access the main Susukino district, Nijo Market, and the Sapporo TV Tower. Staff: The staff are very kind and helpful. 👎 The Not-So-Good (Drawbacks): Lighting: Some guests have noted that the lighting in the rooms can be slightly dark, which might be inconvenient for tasks like applying makeup. Dining: The immediate surrounding area right outside the hotel may have fewer restaurants or convenience stores compared to the absolute center of Susukino. Verdict: This hotel is a fantastic choice if you appreciate modern style, top-tier cleanliness, and are eager to take advantage of the unique sauna and free nightly ramen. Its slightly quieter location is balanced by excellent subway access.
