Dies ist mein zweiter Aufenthalt hier, weil ich dieses Hotel so sehr liebe! Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt im Herzen der Stadt und sehr bequem. Es gibt einen Flughafenbus auf der Unterkunft für einfache Transfers vom CTS Flughafen. Es befindet sich direkt vor dem Odori Park, das während des Snow Festivals erstaunlich war, konnte ich einfach nur aussteigen und die Veranstaltung genießen. Ich liebe auch den kostenlosen Dachboden Onsen für Gäste. Insgesamt, eine fantastische Erfahrung!

I loved Nukumori No Yado Furukawa! I was an American solo traveler, but my wife is Japanese (we have 2 boys), so I am very familiar with Japanese culture. I wanted to go to a place that Japanese people would love, not a tourist-focused place. From the moment I entered, the service was excellent. I was greeted, checked in quickly, then accompanied to my room for explanations of how everything operates. My room was very comfortable. The facilities, including bath area, foot soaking areas, lobby, lounges, etc. - were all clean and comfortable. The lounge next to the lobby was a cozy place to relax, and most of the lounges included food and drink during at least some point of the day. I visited in mid-October so the leaves were changing color and the temperature outside was crisp but not too cold. Breakfast and dinner were outstanding. I hope to return again with the rest of my family. Highly recommended!

Wie bei den anderen Bewertungen hier. Ihre Lage ist alles. Der Flughafen-Limobus hält sehr nahe an diesem Hotel. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem verbindet dieses Hotel direkt unterirdisch mit den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Pole Town und der U-Bahn (Namboku-Linie), die rund um die Stadt reisen ist extrem bequem; wenige Hotels, die so strategisch gelegen sind wie diese! Viele Lebensmittel und Konbini-Optionen (Seicomart direkt neben der Tür) um auch, weil dieses Hotel direkt außerhalb der Tanukikoji Einkaufsstraße ist. Es gibt auch McD und MOS Burger in der Nähe. Ich mag nicht, dass das Zimmer, das sie mir gegeben haben, auf dem niedrigsten Stock ist, auch wenn ich sehr früh um einen hohen Stock gebeten habe. Der laufende Verkehrslichtschall ist sehr laut und ich kann es im Zimmer hören (dankbar war es während der Schlafzeit aus). Was das Personal betrifft, so gibt es eine Mischung aus Ausländern (einige Nepalesen und Thai) und Japaner, die alle sehr hilfreich sind. Obwohl sie nur alle 7 Tage Hausaufbewahrung sagten, aber sie sammelten die Müll und änderten Handtücher täglich; sogar unser Bett gemacht, ich denke, das einzige, was sie nicht getan haben, ist, Ihre Bettwäsche jeden Tag ändern. Zwei Zimmer sind für 2 Personen sehr geräumig, wir können unsere Gepäck ohne Probleme öffnen. Express-Check out verfügbar einfach drücken Sie Ihre Schlüssel in den Aufzug. Insgesamt bin ich sehr glücklich und es ist eine angenehme Erfahrung! (außer für den Lautstärke-Traffic-Geräusch)

The room is bigger than expected. Able to put 2 medium size luggages. It has every essential things provided, sufficient light, bright room and separate bath and toilet room. Clean and nice! I had twin room right to the end of corridor. Hotel provided Toothbrushes and toothpaste, even has cleaning oil, toner, face cleanser, cream in small individual packets. The items were placed at hotel lobby. Japanese paid buffet breakfast provided at 2nd floor. Checkin and checkout is fast and simple. Hotel is located near the train station. A lot of shopping and eatery places nearby.

Sehr nettes Rezeptionspersonal. Sauber, drei Aufzüge womit man nicht lange warten muss, insgesamt nettes Hotel. Super Lage zu Haltestellen und Shops, das Eisfestival ist auch in Laufreichweite. Wir hätten uns nur gewünscht, dass man das Handy irgendwie mir dem Fernseher hätte verbinden können. Da wir absolut nichts mit japanischem Fernsehen anfangen können und gerne z.b. YouTube geschaut hätten. Side note- packt nichts in die Tasche vom Hotelpyjama, oder es wird ausversehen bei der Zimmerreinigung mitgenommen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist nahe der U-Bahn Suskino und auch nahe dem Straßenwagen zum Zentrum. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer ist super groß und das Frühstück war angemessen. Sehr empfohlen.

I have stayed there for 6 days. Every morning, we were greeted by the energetic and friendly staff who are preparing the breakfast when we pass by. For every single day, the same amount of energy which makes us feel home. They served simple yet good food and we really enjoy it. Every night, when we come back after a long, cold day of trip outside, the staff served hot soup which is suitable. The staff at the reception counter will also greet you. I dont really get what they said but i guess they welcome you home. I hope management who see this comment can please help to tell the staffs that they did a good job. I stayed at many japan hotel and the level of welcoming here is really above the average hotels. Take care and hope to go Hokkaido again! Matane!

Durchschnittlich, nichts besonders Gutes oder Schlechtes, nur Durchschnitt. Was ich persönlich an dem Raum bedaure, ist, dass er von der Tür bis zum Innenraum mit dunklen Teppichen bedeckt ist. Sie können sich vorstellen, wie viele Menschen nur Schuhe tragen und im Raum herumlaufen. Ich traue mich nicht, mit bloßen Füßen auf den Boden zu treten. Was noch enttäuschender ist, ist die Hygiene. Ich habe einen magnetischen Aufkleber an der Tür angebracht, der zum Reinigen auffordert, bevor ich rausgehe, aber ich bin nicht einmal hineingegangen und habe den Müll nicht weggeworfen, sondern nur eine Tüte Handtücher aufgehängt Tür. Was bringt also die Reinigung...? Es ist schön, eine Mikrowelle und einen Verkaufsautomaten zu haben, aber es ist nicht die Art von Hotel, in der ich das nächste Mal übernachten möchte

I recently stayed at Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino and overall had a comfortable and convenient experience that suited my travel style perfectly. The hotel is located in the heart of Susukino, Sapporo’s most vibrant entertainment and dining district, which makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. It is about a five to seven minute walk from Susukino Subway Station, giving easy access to other parts of Sapporo, including Odori Park and Sapporo Station. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, ramen shops, convenience stores, cafes, and nightlife spots, so finding something to eat at any hour is never a problem. Despite being in a lively neighborhood, the hotel itself feels calm and secure once inside. The room was compact, as expected for a Japanese city hotel, but it was thoughtfully designed to maximize space. I stayed in a standard room, which had a comfortable bed, a small desk, a flat-screen television, a refrigerator, an electric kettle, and air conditioning. There was enough space to open a medium-sized suitcase, although travelers with very large luggage might find it slightly tight. The bathroom was clean and functional, with a combined bathtub and shower unit, along with basic toiletries provided. Water pressure was good, and hot water was consistent, which was especially appreciated during the colder Hokkaido weather. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was satisfactory. Housekeeping maintained the room well, and the common areas such as the lobby and hallways were tidy. The staff members were polite and professional, and while not all were fluent in English, communication was smooth and efficient. Check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and quick. One highlight of the stay was the breakfast buffet, which featured a mix of Japanese and Western options. There were rice dishes, miso soup, grilled fish, salads, bread, eggs, and several local Hokkaido ingredients. It was a convenient way to start the day, especially before heading out for sightseeing. The hotel also offers practical amenities such as free Wi-Fi, coin-operated laundry machines, vending machines, and luggage storage services. These facilities make it especially suitable for mid-length stays or travelers moving between cities. Overall, Hotel Mystays Sapporo Susukino delivers solid value for money. While it is not a luxury property, it provides comfort, cleanliness, and a prime location at a reasonable price. I would recommend it to solo travelers, couples, or friends looking for an affordable and well-located hotel in Sapporo.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The hotel offers great value for money, with a good balance of comfort and price. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around, especially in the Susukino area. The onsen was a big plus. It was clean, relaxing, and not crowded, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Housekeeping is provided every three days, which was not an issue for me. However, I wish the trash in the room had been collected daily. Leaving garbage in the room for several days felt a bit unhygienic and could be improved. Aside from that, everything was well-managed, and I would still recommend this hotel for its location, onsen, and overall value.
