We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The room is well furnished and it's clean, well-equipped and inviting. - basic amenities and facilities are one of the best for us throughout our stay. The bathing toilet even has a tv as you soak in after a tiring day out. - instructions and communication were well tabulated and communicated - sheltered dedicated parking lot at level 1. Useful for Hokkaido as the vehicle is sheltered away from the snow, which is one less effort for us as we don't need to dust away the dust. - location to nearby sightseeing location is at most 20 mins away. Hokkaido tower, Tanukikoji shopping street, Nijo market is all a stone throw away. Lawson convenience store is just 3 mins away - best value for money, hotels around this area cost double the cost for the number of travellers we have.. We were thoroughly pleased with this booking and we will look forward to this host and accommodation if we ever come back again. We felt at home throughout the stay and the only regret was we wasn't around for most of the day as we are constantly away

We had a wonderful 9-night stay! The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially convenient for traveling with kids. There was also a 7-Eleven right on the corner, which made it easy to grab snacks, drinks, or anything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring Sapporo, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. Check-in was easy, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Test It was useful to have a kitchen and washing machine, and the size is good for the price and it’s near Nijo market and around a 10 min minute walk to the eastern point of Odori Park, where the Sapporo TV Tower was. So not the most convenient spot but it was ok. However, we found the beds were too creaky and not as comfortable (could feel the springs), and there’s parts of the room that weren’t so clean (carpet, ventilation outlets, under the bed and the toilet had a faint urine smell). The TV remote was also missing, and while the owners were apologetic they weren’t able to get a replacement during our stay, so we weren’t able to use the TV at all.

Das Gebäude selbst ist sehr schön und das Zimmer ist sehr sauber. Ich bin froh, dass ich alle Küchen- und Küchengeräte habe. Das Wohnzimmer ist groß genug, um drei Personen zu behalten, um die Gepäcktasche zu öffnen, so dass es das ideale Zimmer für kontinuierliches Wohnen ist.

Terrible service and frustrating check in experience with a misleading listing While the cleanliness and amenities of the property were excellent, the service and check in process were incredibly frustrating. To be fair, we missed the host’s initial message, which caused some early hiccups. However, the actual on the spot setup is completely unfriendly for self check in. The lobby area requires an access code just to enter. If another group of guests had not happened to walk out and let us in, we would have been stuck outside the building entirely. Once inside, the check in tablet machine was faulty and did not work, forcing us to message the host to manually get our entry password. The most disappointing part was the host's attitude regarding baggage storage. We specifically checked that the listing included baggage storage before booking this hotel. Yet, when we asked about it before checking out, the host simply told us no and told us to go use a chargeable baggage locker at the train station instead. When I pointed out that it was explicitly listed on their profile, they just claimed it was a mistake and offered no real solution. To make it worse, we literally saw other guests' luggage stored in the lobby, meaning the host just chose either not to help us or they do not care. The rooms are nice, but the total lack of basic hospitality and misleading information ruined the stay. Would not recommend if you value reliable service because there is no service to begin with.

Difficult to contact the facilities. The only options were local phone number (we don’t speak the language) or through the booking website which took about an hour and a half for one-way message to get through. There’s a big square air conditioner in the living room that was not explained in the welcome binder nor can we find a remote for it. After asking for LINE or WhatsApp or any other type of messaging and gotten no reply, and asking the same question on the website but got back “did you look in the welcome binder?”, we finally located a control panel on the wall and then 20 more minutes learning how to operate it through translation app. The remote for the projector had a broken battery compartment. All in all, the apartment is fantastic! We will definitely try to book it again now that we learned how to operate everything.

Upon booking, the property management co will email u pre-check in instructions. You will need to upload all id/guest info via their check-in weblink. On the day of arrival, they will email u (1) the apartment passcode & (2) locker code, hanging in the door entrance, to retrieve the unit key. Then u will also need to upload a group photo on checking in as proof. Unit is fairly clean, it’s just 50 steps away from the subway, it’s basically a fully furnished apartment with washing machine / dryer. Comes with air cond, heater, internet, TV & a mini bath tub. Fully equipped kitchen & utensils for light cooking. Lawson, 7/11 is very close by. * The space is a little tight & there are very few electric sockets, so we used the air conditioning socket & the toaster socket instead. We had trouble entering the unit because of the steps in keying in the ID pad, but thankfully they replied by email very promptly.

Perfect Location. So close to the Subway and the Curry House downstairs is a bonus. So close to all stores and restaurants. The home itself is absolutely Fantastic. Comfortable beds, nice and quiet. Perfectly set out to make a great stay for the Japanese Home Experience. Thank you Eternal! We will return next trip to Japan
