Airport connects bus to hotel, staff is generally okay, although not all are helpful. When we checked out, we requested two taxis, but when they arrived, the drivers had difficulty communicating with us to confirm that the taxis were booked for us. Unfortunately, there were no hotel staff available to assist us, which made us feel quite upset. Additionally, the hotel facilities are outdated; the lighting is dim, and we found some dust and dirt on the towels and bedding.

Das Oberzimmer wurde gebucht. Es war enttäuscht, dass die Ansicht schlechter ist als das Standardzimmer meine Freunde gewählt. Und das Design des Badezimmers hat Probleme mit Wasser leckt zum Boden.

All das wäre gut, weil es auf der billigen Seite ist, aber das ganze Hotel hatte einen schlechten Geruch, mit unserem Badezimmer absolut reign von Mildew
Auch, aus irgendeinem seltsamen Grund gab es Gewebe im Peephole - das war vielleicht von dem vorherigen Gast, aber wenn so ist es merkwürdig, dass die Reinigungspersonal es nicht entfernen
Es ist schämlich, weil ich hätte meinen Aufenthalt hier sonst wirklich genossen - sie bieten kostenlose Badsalze für das Bad, aber ich habe sie nicht wegen des schrecklichen Geruchs verwendet. Glückwunsch, wir blieben nur eine Nacht

I recently stayed at Mercure Sapporo, and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering great comfort after a day of exploring. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers.

GGinny ThamThe hotel is beautiful! The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the room is very clean and comfortable. They even provide bath tablets for bathtub use! There is a public hot water bath on the 2nd level, and a 7-11 right next to the hotel. It's about a 10 minutes walk to either Sapporo JR Station or to Sapporo Subway Station. So convenient! Will definitely stay again when I visit Sapporo the next time!

JJuillardDieses Hotel ist ein Muss, besonders wenn Sie während des Sapporo Yuki Matsuri (Schneefestival) gehen. Suskino und Odor sind nur wenige Blocks entfernt und die Tsudome ist nur eine U-Bahn-Reise entfernt. Es ist super nahe der U-Bahnstation und es ist auch nahe dem Nakajima Park, wo man im Schnee spielen kann. Die Susukino-Site ist ein sehr lebendiges Ort mit vielen Geschäften und Restaurants.

GGastnutzerExcellent location as this hotel is around 5 min (around 500m) walk to JR Sapporo station. If you are looking for very close to Susukino area, this hotel may be slightly far from Susukino.
The room is modern and clean which is very important in my opinion, hope they can keep the great room condition for as long as they can.
Front office staffs are very helpful, I have booked two twin rooms, they tried thier best to put our two rooms next to each other, the only down thing is communicating in English, they have to use translater to communicate with us.
Apart from that, very happy with our stay and highly recommended.
Will definitely come back if visit Sapporo again.

Location: It was good. If you want to save up on transportation cost, the hotel is legit walking distance to many (like the JR sapporo station that has a mall, the clock tower, etc. Theres also a few convenient stores really close by.
Lobby: I came here when it was snowing so prepare for slippery and dirty floors! Theres also only 2 elevators and a lot of tourists come in groups so you might need to line up to use it.
Amenities: Theres only 2 laundry machines so try not to need to use it because they dont have a system for people using it, making it hard to identify whose clothes belong to when its done so the staff just lets it be there, making it hard for others to use it.
The amenities in the room was standard. I do enjoy the remote control bidet and they have a kid’s washing option which was rare.
Some reviews complained about the cleaning seemed to not read the instructions. Please use the ‘please clean’ or ‘do not disturb’ cards when you stay there and put the cards outside your room before 10 am. This information will be given during check in and they’ll will wait for you to finish reading it.
Room: The room can only fit 1 large luggage and at most 2 mid size luggage. It was pretty small if you have a big body frame.
The room wasn’t that clean. There was dried up chilli oil stain on the table that can easily be wiped off. This lowkey made me wonder how they cleaned the room and there i went on a bit of a cleaning spree on most frequently used places before utilising it.
The pillow was too soft that lowkey feels like nothing and the lighting at the vanity was bad for applying make up.
The air condition was bad in my opinion. They shouldve just not put it on heater mode because it was too warm to feel sleep at night. We had to turn off the heater and open the window to sleep.
Bonus:
- they gave us a few coupons for nearby seafood restaurants
- the room has a purifier + humidifier which is good for the cold weather
Overall:
A great hotel to stay in if you’re looking for a budgeted stay! Great location and comfortable accommodation.

GGastnutzerConveniently located. 5-min walk from North Exit of Sapporo Station. If you take the underpass from station, exit 9 of the underpass is just opposite to the hotel. Seicomart is only one block away - easy to get snacks and drinks.
The hotel itself is not new, so you can expect the interior is a bit traditional. The breakfast is the highlight of stay - pretty good choice of food that can feed adults and children.

LLoletta ChuDas Zimmer ist sauber und gemütlich. Die Lage ist gut. Obwohl es nicht in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station, ist es in der Nähe des Cocono Suskino und Rei Hotel, das der Treffenpunkt der Tagestour, die ich beigetragen habe.
