The room is spacious, facilities are actually good. the private onsen in room is not huge one enough for 2. speaker there are using a good brand, foods are good, just make sure you got some snacks for yourself before going in. they do provide some snacks .

What struck us the most was the kindest customer service and professionalism that the team and especially Peach have provided us. The basics of all city hotels - location, location, location..... !!! And Hotel Stream is smacked in the heart of everything Sapporo has to offer unless you prefer a quieter and calmer spot then this hotel is NOT for you. Rooms are pretty standard in terms of size and amenities, it's, quiet, and great for city strolling. If your intention is to use this hotel as your base to do day trips to Furano & Biei, The Hill of the Buddha Moai, or the renowned Otaru (which unfortunately isn't that muchl unless you're a die hard music box & glass making fan) this is your BEST CHOICE until Hyatt House opens in Oct 2026 (a bird told me - for those Globalist out there) . Oh... a BIG tip by the way (if you've been reading till this point: request for a room with a direct view of the Sapporo's ferries wheel (not that I am a fan lol) or the view of the Nikka advertisement on my attached photo - they are worth it. It's amazing to sleep with such stunning view and wake up to one..... (check out my photos taken from my room) In case you wonder if that pic of me by the glass overlooking thr Nikka ad sign - that's the main breakfast restaurant where you will be having your daily breakfast but u have to get there early to book that seat, otherwise sit through breakfast till they close and then u get to take this photo for as long as you please...... Ok ok ok... i know I'm a little long winded. But hey... oh yeah... u need to know that you can take a limousine bus from CTS (Chitose International Airport) to Susukino which takes about 50mins on way for JPY1500 per person. Easy weasy and the from the bus stop in susukino where most will disembark - it's only a 5min walk to Hotel Stream which ISN'T that obvious as the hotel sign is NOT exactly on the building. You have to look out for a building that reads ”Coco-something” (ops forgotten the name of the building) and the hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor of that building which also house a shopping center, movie theater and numerous restaurants. If you're srill reading this - give me a like already and don't be stingy with that click will ya? Lol. Das Sapporo Grand Hotel hat eine fantastische Lage und ist direkt über einen unterirdischen Tunnel mit eigenem Ausgang erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, aber Design und Betten wirken veraltet. Ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, der aber einige moderne Verbesserungen vertragen könnte.

Ich war für zwei Tage hier. Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage und ist ein relativ schönes Thermalhotel in der Gegend. Hier sind einige Punkte, die ich beim Einchecken etwas unpraktisch fand und die ich gerne mit Ihnen teilen möchte. 1. Die Zimmermädchen empfahlen, die vom Hotel bereitgestellte Kleidung und Hausschuhe zu tragen. Schade, dass alle Größen gleich sind. Die Kleidung spielt keine große Rolle, aber die Hausschuhe sind zu groß. Sie erschweren das Gehen extrem und man stürzt sehr leicht. 2. Es gibt viele Stufen im Zimmer. Eine ältere Person in meiner Familie ist mitten in der Nacht auf der Toilette gestolpert und gestürzt. Nachts ist Vorsicht geboten. 3. Die meisten Gäste sind Japaner. Zur Bezahlung können sie nur bar oder mit Visa- oder Mastercard bezahlen. UnionPay-Karten können hier nicht verwendet werden. 4. Ein letzter Punkt, auf den Sie besonders achten sollten, ist die Zimmertür. Sie müssen die Tür beim Betreten und Verlassen des Zimmers zusätzlich abschließen. Wenn Sie beim Betreten nicht alle Schlösser von innen verriegeln, können Personen von außen die Tür öffnen. Wir haben bereits die peinliche Erfahrung gemacht, dass wir zu dritt im Bett lagen und plötzlich eine Gruppe von Menschen von draußen hereinplatzte. Bitte denken Sie daran.

Im ersten Blick überraschte mich das Hotel mit seiner traditionellen Umgebung. Alles ist mit Tatami, sogar die Eiler und der Eingang abgedeckt. Die innerraumliche Holzbad, sowie die öffentlichen und privaten Arschlöcher, waren awesomeI genossen wirklich, in ihnen zu schlucken. Der einzige Nachteil war das Essen; während die Platten und die Portionen ausgezeichnet waren, der Geschmack hätte besser gewesen sein können. Auch ihre Snackbar war ziemlich frugal.

Ich war vorübergehend nach Hokkaido geflogen, habe aber letztes Jahr nicht das Chalet Ivy gebucht. Aufgrund der Bewertungen war ich etwas beunruhigt, aber mit dem Ergebnis war ich sehr zufrieden. Der Service war herzlich und die Zimmer und die Lobby wurden renoviert. Die private Cypress-Suppe war angesichts des starken Schnees am frühen Morgen voller Stimmung. Abendessen: Privater Huaishi-Kurs, Geschmack und Menge sind gut Frühstück: Es gibt Buffets und japanische Menüs. Ich bevorzuge das japanische Frühstück, das gut zu Reis passt. Freibad: Ich habe es erst nach 16 Uhr eingeführt. Es ist wahrscheinlich ausgebucht, aber es ist in Ordnung, ein eigenes Bad im Zimmer zu haben und ein Fenster zu öffnen, haha Frauensuppe: Es gibt eine weitere unabhängige Hütte im Freien mit einer separaten Lounge. Diesmal war ich zu faul, es auszuprobieren. Lounge: Abends wird Wein serviert (kein Wein) und morgens werden Obst, Milch und einige Snacks serviert. Da viele Leute da sind, ist die Privatsphäre durchschnittlich. Bus: Es gibt einen kostenlosen Shuttlebus von und nach Sapporo. Sie müssen daran erinnert werden, eine Reservierung auf der Website vorzunehmen.

Die günstige Lage für Züge und Busse von der Station Sapporo, und es gibt einen Flughafenbushalt vor dem Hotel und der U-Bahn-Station ist sehr nah. Gutes Gastgeberpersonal und viele von ihnen können Englisch sprechen. Unser Dreibettzimmer ist ein Eckeszimmer, wir haben genug Platz für 3 Personen und es gibt ein kleines Schrank vor dem Badezimmer.

We’ve stayed here for 7 nights. Which was a bit longer stay for Sapporo. However as the weather was so bad with heavy snow, so we did enjoy our stays in hotel during the snowy weather. The breakfast is so great and we expect it every morning, as it includes a variety of foods so you always can find something to enjoy. All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, especially two male & senior chefs at ramen and omelette. We also bought spa in our room rate, so every night we did enjoy a pleasant spa( though it’s not hot spring). In front of hotel, there is a small mall - BIVI , which with some good restaurants ,nice cafe (Gentle Bagel) and coop. Even at the heavy snowing days, you have no worries to spend time in. B1 with very practical laundry service , costs are fairly . If you have budget, you can choose only room (without breakfast and spa) plans, which is with very CP, strongly recommended.

I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Grand Mercure Sapporo. One of the highlights was definitely the lounge, which offered a wide variety of snacks and drinks throughout the day. It was well-stocked, nicely presented, and provided a great space to relax, whether for a quick refreshment or to spend some quiet time. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and soothing, making it an excellent place for rest and recovery. The environment felt peaceful, and everything was designed to help guests unwind. After a busy period of work, this stay served as the perfect break to recharge both physically and mentally. I also appreciated how the hotel balanced comfort with convenience, creating a space where I could truly disconnect from work stress while still feeling well taken care of. This trip left me with very good memories, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway or even a short work break. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
