Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo

I'm adding Keio Prelia Hotel Sapporo to my favourite hotel list! Definitely will come back again. The hotel looks very new to me. Hotel lobby, corridor, and room is very clean and no funny, funky smell at all. The hotel has a great sustainability approach where the provide tumbler instead of plastic water bottles. They have a locker room which is great for a secured, storage place, and more convenient (for me) where I never encountered in other hotels before because usually the hotel reception or concierge will help us to keep. I booked this hotel as my birthday celebration. The hotel reception is so sweet that she wishes me upon my check-in, and they are so all out with the birthday celebration! Look at the birthday cake towel, birthday card, and message on the TV! Another brownie point is that this hotel is very strategic which is very close and walkable to the Sapporo Station but don't worry .. you won't hear the train's noise, very close to restaurants, konbinis, and attraction places.

Clean room and toilet. Close to metro station. The housekeeping and front desk service are good. Very near to Hokkaido University, we went there for good breakfast.

Room is good. Not far walk to the train station. There are minimarts n restaurants.

This hotel is really good and located near JR Sapporo station! The facilities is good and I think it’s should be 5 stars hotel. The room is big and bed is comfortable! However onsen is really crowded in the evening so you need to plan bath before 8pm or change to morning is better.

The room was well organized and enough size for 2 adults and 1 baby. The front was very kind. Also public bath was run until 1 am. The restaurant was a bit small, so there was a long line for the breakfast.

Hotel was conveniently located at Sapporo Station, within walking distance! Clean and nice layout.

It was convenient location with good walking distance to the underground shopping area.. lots of things to shop and eat at the area! As it's triple room, there are limited space to open luggage. W

Stayed 2 part of our hakkaido trip. Love the convenience, service staff was good n efficient . Hotel grounds are cosy n good coffee tea in the evening was on the house. Onsen surrounding iwas well thought and good . Enjoyed our lovely stay.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, then left our luggage here while we spent a night at a hot spring hotel in Noboribetsu, before returning for another 2 nights. The front desk staff were extremely thoughtful and helpful in storing our luggage and making all the arrangements smoothly. We stayed in a triple room, which was said to be the largest available. However, for 3 people, it did feel a little bit small. Unfortunately, the breakfast restaurant was closed for upgrade for a month, so we only had the chance to enjoy it once. That was a bit of a pity.
