Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Zentrum und direkt am Strand. Der Service wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben. Ich kenne viele fünf Sterne Häuser und mag zu behaupten, dass man hier genug für sein Geld geboten bekommt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Jacuzzi, großem TV, Minibar, Bügeleisen, Telefon usw. ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Blick zum Ozean. Die Sicht aus dem 14 Stock war wirklich sehr schön. Ein guter Punkt in diesem All-Inklusive-Hotel ist, dass Armband nicht getragen werden muss. Alle Restaurants können beliebig oft und ohne Reservierung besucht werden. Der Service ist auf dem entsprechenden Niveau. Die angebotenen Speisen sind richtig temperiert, ansprechend präsentiert und schmackhaft. Das angebotene Frühstück ist auch sehr umfangreich und nicht mit anderen Hotels vergleichbar. Hier bekommt man verschiedene Omelettes, salzige und süße Variationen von Crêpes, mexikanische Delikatessen, Smoothies und vieles mehr. Ausschnitte, Brötchen, Müsli, Obst usw. sind ebenfalls zu bekommen. Kaffeevariationen jederzeit verfügbar. Wie in den Restaurants wird auch beim Frühstück auf Dresscode geachtet und das finde ich super. Animation wird angeboten, ist aber nicht aufdringlich. Schuh- und Brillenputzservice werden angeboten. Themenabende mit tollem Büfett und Unterhaltungsprogramm sind ebenfalls ein Teil des umfangreichen Angebots. Beim Einchecken unterschreibt man, dass keine Liegen reserviert werden. Dennoch finden sich genug Menschen, die die guten Plätze reservieren. Mithilfe des Personals kann man aber die Liegen schnell räumen und sich dort platzieren. In diesem Haus fehlte mir wirklich an nichts und ich könnte längere Zeit dort logieren. ILCIA ist auch eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Conciergedame am Pool, mit der man sich gut über das Hotel, Gott und die Welt unterhalten kann.

Wir sind ein paar Stunden vor dem Einchecken auf dem Grundstück gekommen, aber unser Concierge Franco hat uns bei unserem ersten Schritt aus unserem Shuttle begrüßt. Sein Team hat unsere Taschen gefangen, als er zum Vorderbüro begleitet. Wir hatten 3 Zimmer gebucht und sie konnten uns 2 von ihnen anschließend geben. Wir mussten ein paar Stunden warten, um zu checken, aber wir haben unsere Armbänder, eine schnelle Tour und sitzen für ein paar Abendessen ein paar Getränke während wir warten! Smooth check in process! Der Service von Hauspflege bis Bartender bis Pool-Server war alles so freundlich und schnell! Das Pool-Essen war großartig für das Snack-on. Das Frühstücksbuffet war angemessen mit einer Vielzahl von Wahlen. Die Getränke waren meist klein, es sei denn, Sie baten um ein größeres Glas, das nie ein Problem war. Alle 3 unserer Zimmer waren ziemlich sauber und Hausaufbewahrung war alles ziemlich gut gepflegt! Der Strand war ein toller Ort für Sonnenuntergang. Einige Verkäufer waren umgeben, aber sie waren nicht zu viel von einem Unbehagen. Nicht viel von einem Schwimmstil Strand wegen der grauen, wie es war, als wir besuchten. Die Lobbybar war eine gute Zeit am Abend mit Live-Musik! Insgesamt würden wir definitiv zurück!

Das Hotel kann von den 5 Sternen nur träumen. Von vorne bis hinten stimmt hier nichts. Im Zimmer funktionierte die Waage nicht und Gesichts - und Handtürcher gab es auch keine. Badvorleger wurde auch vergebens gesucht. Der Haarfön war so dreckig und schmierig, dass der umgehend ausgetauscht werden musste. Die Verpflegung im Hotel ist nicht mal einem 3 Sterne Haus zuzuschreiben. Getränke am Pool bekommt man in Plastikbecher und das ist vollkommen richtig. Wenn ich aber abends Cocktails oder morgens Cappuccino aus Plastikbecher oder aber abends Nachtisch mit Plastikbesteck bekomme, dann ist das ein No Go. Essen in den Restaurants sehr schlechter Qualität und Auswahl hält sich in Grenzen. Das Hauptrestaurant in hilton ist wie eine Bahnhofshalle - Stühle unbequem und aus Metall, alles sehr laut und nicht einladend. Die Restaurants mit Reservierung sind ein Witz. Dort angekommen wartet man erwig auf sein Essen, es ist laut und das gewünschte Gericht ist nicht verfügbar. Am Pool genau dasgleiche - mal fehlt an einem Tag Pizza, mal was anderes. Die Bestellungen werden oft vergessen, die Kellner nur teilweise freundlich. Trotz all inclusive muss man für vieles zahlen. Nicht mal ein Cappuccino oder Eiskaffee bekommt man kostenfrei. Nur beim Frühstück bekommt man kostenfrei ungenießbaren Cappuccino aus dem Plastikbecher. Badetücher sehr dreckig und zerrissen. Statuskunden werden gar nicht geschätzt. Ich war froh danach zu secrets gewechselt und dort schöne Tage verbracht zu haben.

Weil ich dieses Hotel für eine Hochzeit gewählt habe, fühle ich mich wirklich gut. Das gesamte Paket von Cancun ist teurer als das Paket, aber der Service ist nicht schlecht. Das einzige, was nicht schlimm ist, ist, dass dieses Hotel nicht groß ist, aber man kann ein Termin für ein hochwertiges Abendessen vorbehalten, im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch gut. Wenn es sich um junge Menschen handelt, empfehlen Sie ein Wohnzimmer, sehr ruhig und die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu.

We enjoyed our stay at VallartaSol after the second evening. We had a second floor room with a balcony and kitchenette overlooking the pool. This is not the Ritz and if you can overlook slow source of hot water in shower or the occasional groan of water taps in bathroom sink, and slight rattling of A/C, it is worth staying. During our 10 full days, we managed to walk the neighbourhood and found many wonderful eating establishments within an eight block radius. The pool was great during mid afternoon when it wasn't basically empty. What we really appreciated is the day staff who on our last day allowed us to stay beyond check-out of 12:00 pm due to flight delay(s) not just once but twice until we finally left at 4:00 pm. We will definitely try and stay with them for any future short stay in PV.

We where so excited to visit Mexico for our honeymoon. We choose this hotel mainly due to the kids club hosting children from 3 years for our little boy. So we could spend some husband and wife time together aswell as enjoy this as a family holiday. From the moment we arrived we had disappointment and upset from the start. They tried to put us in a down graded room which was worse than a hostel. We paid for the sun club sea view deluxe etc etc. If you wanted to see the sea from that room you'd have to hand out over the balcony. We got upgraded to a sea view and they tried to make us pay extra for this upgrade. It was dirty and smelt of mould but being one of the best rooms in the hotel we had no choice to stick with it. As for the food....we all where sick at one point during the holiday. It was bland and the same every night and my little boy hardly ate a thing. So much for a Mexican resort, not a tablespoon and guacamole on site. It was so over run, it was uncomfortable. If you weren't down for breakfast before 7:30am be prepared to queue for a good 30 mins to get sat down. The 30 minute warning to reserve Sun loungers was aload of rubbish, we saw people reserve them from 6 am so was near impossible to get a bed if you didn't join in the with the game. Weddings almost every night with very loud music right underneath our room with fireworks late at night waking us and our child up with rude guests not respecting other guests the day after. Don't bother paying for sunclub, not worth a single penny. Pricate beach wasnt gaurded and anyone could go on it and vendors bothered you constantly, hard to relax. My 3 Yr old learnt how to say ”no gracias!” We had to say it that often. The kid club staff struggled to understand English, my very basic Spanish was better than their English so the communication between them and my son was really difficult and he came back very upset and not wanting to go back. He hurt himself badly the 2nd and last time we put him in due to lack of supervision and care. The pool was nice but the tiles were a danger, half missing and sharp, cut my toe. Entertainment was lacking, very basic. Lets end with the good: Most staff are very pleasant and friendly and the water park very fun for children All in all avoid this hotel at all costs, don't believe the good reviews which we did. Very disappointing for a Tui hotel, expected sooo much more for the amount we spent. Been deterred to travel by tui or to Mexico again.

The location, room, and amenities are all amazing for the price. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the front desk staff was very helpful. The restaurant is not the best food you can get in Puerto Vallarta by any means. However, it is very affordable and convenient if you do not feel like leaving. There are also a lot of great restaurants just a few blocks away. The pool chairs fill up early with towels, so it would be nice if they added a few more chairs which I believe there is room for. It was so nice lounging by the pool and being able to walk just a few steps to jump into the ocean. The bar (right next to the pool) also has good drink specials from 1 pm - 3pm and 5 pm - 7 pm. I liked the mai thai! If you are looking for laid back, beach front accommodations, this is the place.

Weil ich dieses Hotel für eine Hochzeit gewählt habe, fühle ich mich wirklich gut. Das gesamte Paket von Cancun ist teurer als das Paket, aber der Service ist nicht schlecht. Das einzige, was nicht schlimm ist, ist, dass dieses Hotel nicht groß ist, aber man kann ein Termin für ein hochwertiges Abendessen vorbehalten, im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch gut. Wenn es sich um junge Menschen handelt, empfehlen Sie ein Wohnzimmer, sehr ruhig und die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu.
