Der Service war überdurchschnittlich. Wir mussten das Zimmer wechseln, da unser erstes Zimmer ein stinkendes Badezimmer hatte, ansonsten in Ordnung. Das Essen und die Margaritas waren großartig. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und in der Nähe eines großen Lebensmittelgeschäfts.

Checked in got a broom size room, much like a closet. Was upgraded to a bigger room the next day. Definitely not worth $5000 pesos a night.

The hotel is located at the beach and just a short walk to the Malecon. All the staff are very friendly and helpful and work hard to keep the hotel in good shape. The large pool and surrounded outdoor areas are kept very clean and inviting. The poolside Coral bar and restaurant has a good reasonably priced menu. There is a gate access to the beach which is opened daily......all together a good experience and we will be back.

The cleanliness of the room and the property were very well kept, and the staff, was very friendly and helpful. Whenever we needed anything, they would respond immediately. The pool area was nice, and he restaurant had good service. The buffet was always the same, it could have had something different every day. The hotel was in a very good location close to the Malecon and shopping. TV, Cable was great never had problems and found several channels in English. The a/c worked great.
Overall, we loved it and would stay again, and definitely recommend this accommodation to all we know. Thank you for making our stay a great one!
