Hosts:
Extremely helpful, they went out of their way to help me get items I needed for the next stage of my trip.
Room and building:
Excellent. Atmospheric with lots of character, and a view of palm trees from my window. Cool with AC and a powerful fan. Big garden area which is nicely lit at night, with swinging chairs, recliners and a pool.

This was our first time to Mexico and we wanted to get a real Mexico experience and absolutlety not an all you can gorge all inclusive. We had a great time at the Villa Oasis, a beautiful home carefully looked after by Ken and Jamie. plus more cats than we could count. This is a great location from which to walk every day, whether is be old town Puerto Vallarta, Pitillal (we loved), or the beaches. Super quiet. Everything we needed within a short walk. Breakfast was a bit lite. Don't expect staff at the front desk - there isn't a front desk. We'd go there again in a heartbeat.
We're really confused with Richard's Troll-like 'Terrible' review.

It's a pleasant stay. Thanks for Kent, Jammie and their 5 cats. Having feel like home experience Very quiet and nice area. It would be nice if they can put a well lighted sign in the front. It makes the life of the Uber driver easier. The posted address was 2 units over. He charged me more for spending time to search for it.
