We've just spent 2 nights at The Alma Inn. The hotel is a sensitively, refurbished 18th century coach house.The rooms are very well appointed and include waters, quality biscuits, tea and coffee. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the en-suite was large. The Inn is in an ideal location for many places of interest. The views of rolling countryside are faboulous. We were in the restaurant both nights and there was an excellent choice and all was very well cooked and presented with speedy service. I had one of the specials which was Seafood Choo Chee and it had an incredible depth of flavour. The desserts were excellent too. My dark chocolate fondant was like something off Masterchef - crispy on the outside and liquid in the middle. I'm gluten intolerant and my allergy was very well catered for. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The staff were terrific. Emma was friendly and knowledgeable about the foods on the menu etc and Yvonne, at breakfast, was also very friendly and suggested some good walks. We would not hesitate to go again. Die Hygiene im Hotel fühlt sich in Ordnung an, die Mahlzeiten sind schlecht, die Zimmertür ist nicht verschlossen und es ist nicht sehr sicher. Die Fenster sind bei hohen Geschwindigkeiten lauter. Die Arbeitsbegeisterung des Hotels ist jedoch noch größer.

Hallo, Ich blieb bei Ihrem Geschäft mit meiner jetzt verlobten, auf 20/04/2024 bis 21/04/2024 und was für eine absolute Freude es war. Das Personal war fantastisch! Thomas am Frontdesk war so ein wunderschöner und politer Schlag. Unser Zimmer war großartig und das Essen war hervorragend! Die Erde und die Landschaft sind schön atmend. Coniston war der perfekte Ort, um meinem Partner zu bieten und sie sagte JA! So machte unser Aufenthalt noch perfekter! Wir können nicht warten, bis später im Jahr zurückkommen! Wir haben die beiden Mädchen nicht am Vordertisch gefangen am Morgen, die wir auscheckten, aber sie waren fabulös und beide werden sich meinen Partner erinnern, indem sie ihren Verlobungsring an sie zeigte. Thomas und diese beiden Mädchen, sind drei der professionellsten und freundlichsten Menschen, die wir je in Gastfreundschaft und ihre Service und hervorragende Weise kennen gelernt haben, sind ein Kredit für Ihre Einrichtung. Ich habe in den letzten Monat zu 3 Grünen pubs und es scheint, dass dies in jedem Fall, braucht eine Aktualisierung müde und schüchtern. ~Das Personal in allen drei waren angenehmen und hart arbeiten, ein Kredit für das Unternehmen. Das Essen ist aber scharf, Sie müssen den Koch in allen drei ändern. Frühstück in einem Kant Poach Eier, hart wie Kugeln. Burger und Friesen in zweiter Burger geschmacklos und schlechte Qualität serviert fast kalt. Die letzte The Marine in Hornsea , eine dreißig fünf Minuten warten, Fischchips und Mushy Peaks. die Peaks waren wie dicke Peaksuppe und Stein kalt, die Fische etwas über kocht warm mit den wenigen Chips versteckt unter , Nichts auf der Platte war heiß und sagen wir warteten und bezahlt über £13 pro Portion. Unnötig zu sagen, dass das ist der letzte Besuch wir werden zu einem Green King Eating oder Hotel.
