Accommodation was decent but definitely not worth the price. The hotel was located in pavilion mall and there was connection to the mall. Great location. However, the rooms were very limited and little view. I got the city view room however was disappointed to find out that it was intently faint another hotel. Rooms were sparkly clean but besides that, nothing else was special. Just a very decent hotel at really high price. Breakfast was mediocre as well.

But the bathtub was not cleaned when the cleaner came. Food variety at breakfast was well served but the staff who was at the egg station making omelets on the 26th of December) was unfriendly. He seemed exhausted. Overall, the stay was average.

Das Zimmer war schön, gut eingerichtet und ausgekleidet, und das Bett war riesig und die Matratze bequem. Die Kissen waren gerade richtig - Danke! Die zentrale Bettkonsole für die Kontrolle der Lichter und des Airconditions war nett, obwohl wir nicht herausfinden konnten, wie man sie in der Nacht völlig verdunkeln konnte, so musste man einen Handtuch über sie werfen. Der Aircon hatte mehrere Modi, die wirklich gut funktionierten. Alle Zimmeranenitäten waren gerade richtig - Eisen, Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Kleider, willkommene Obstbäume. Das Hotel gab uns 3 kostenlose Wäschestücke pro Tag, was sehr nützlich und sehr geschätzt war. Die Waschbeckendienste waren teuer - leider Par für den Kurs für die meisten Hotels - aber Hello Waschbecken, bequem nach unten, bietet einen ausgezeichneten Alternativdienst. Das Frühstück war auch kostenlos, und der Preis war einfach erstaunlich (siehe Bilder). Es gab etwas für alle, Sie werden nicht verlassen, fühlen sich hungrig! Viele Kochen waren beschäftigt, gerade vor Ihnen zu bereiten, der Wartepersonal wandte sich wie Bienen, und der Chef und Manager waren jemals anwesend. Großer persönlicher Service, nicht eine Person machte uns unwohl. Die Inbetriebnahme war flüssig und willkommen, und die Konzern und Türmeister hilfreich. Insgesamt, ein toller Aufenthalt.

Das Zimmer und das Badezimmer wurden gereinigt, außer dass der Schreibtisch, die Ecken in der Nähe der Speisekammer und die Speisekammer etwas staubig waren. Kostenlose Parkplätze für Gäste waren ein Pluspunkt, da es in der Gegend von Bukit Bintang nicht einfach ist, einen Parkplatz zu finden.

Das Hotel ist kostenloser Parkplatz und viele Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Das Buffet Frühstück ist nicht viele Varianten oder Wahlen und das Essen ist nur ok. Hotel Gäste können bessere Essen in Alor Street oder Bukit Bintang Area finden. Ich werde wieder aufhalten, wenn ich nach KL oder Bukit Bintang komme und die Zimmerpreise sind gutes Angebot. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel auch meinen Freunden und Familienangehörigen, wenn sie in Kuala Lumpur bleiben möchten.

Mein Lo war glücklich kann hier und da laufen. Buffet-Verteilung sind schön. Ich habe Platz für Kinder, um in der Nähe des Kaffees zu spielen. Das Hotel war insgesamt sauber und sehr nahe Pavilion und Klcc (Wanderstrecke) die Brücke nutzen.

Gut ! : Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber. Mein Favorit war ein Badezimmer. Das Wasser ist klar genug, warm genug und der Druck reicht zum Entspannen aus. Die Portiers sind alle nett und freundlich. Nicht so gut: Die Rezeption ist immer besetzt und die Rezeptionisten wirken immer sehr gestresst. Als ich eincheckte, konnte ich keine Aufzugskarte für das Wohngebäude bekommen, da im Moment keine Karten mehr übrig waren. Aber jedes Mal, wenn ich die Rezeptionistin frage, ob es eine Liftkarte gibt, fragt sie immer: „Wo ist deine Karte?“ als ob ich es verloren hätte.

The room was ok for my family. Not much selection for tv channels. Hand towels or small was not provided only bath towels were given. Should darken the partition from the master bathroom to the master bedroom. Cos the light was too bright in the bathroom and technically light up the whole bedroom. My child was still asleep but woke up cos the light from the bathroom was too bright. Didn’t even turn on the bedroom lights at this point.

Check in check out was hassle free, the reception is always at the lobby to greet u even thou reception of the 16th floor. Only the parking its a bit trouble of the 9th floor, total 18 floors, as every level is A and B level. Rooms are really spacious with washer and dryer.The guest relations officer are professional in handling the guests, thumbs up👍👍👍 will check in at this place if I come to Kl again
