We travelled as family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in 2 twin rooms. The hotel was modern and clean in a great central location. 5 minute walk to beach. Rooms: Nice size, clean, good view of pool, lovely balcony, good selection of TV channels. Maid service every day. But... The rooms had an awful sewage smell when the air conditioning was on. Pools: 4 really good sized outdoor pools for all age groups but water very cold. Dirty and tired looking sunbeds. Ripped towels. There is an indoor pool for children plus an indoor pool / spa for over 16s. Food: Good selection but spolit by the fact both breakfast and evening meal food was cold. Not pleasant eating cold fried eggs and sausages. The glasses looked dirty. No English Breakfast tea bags so bought our own from the supermarket. The fruit is obviously out all night as it was dry. My son was given chicken which was raw in the middle. I complained and was disappointed not to receive an apology. We were also VERY disappointed about food labelling. Nothing to tell you what flavour the cakes or yoghurt or jam was. Just a gamble if it was a flavour you would enjoy. Plus, major point: No allergen info on anything. There is a small games room but the white ball was missing from the pool table and some machines out of order. You need 10 euro deposit to borrow table tennis rackets and ball. The reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly but the restaurant and bistro staff not so much. We had a nice break but would definitely not return.

Great holiday at a lovely hotel. Quick and friendly check in, large, bright, clean room with beautiful view Room 1001 on 10th floor. Excellent welcome and service from all the dining room team especially the Maitre D and Gerard Butler's double. Plenty choice of food all well presented and tasty, every one of our family group of 9 always found something to enjoy. Good choices of refreshments and wine with the meals. Spacious relaxing areas around the pools including many beds under cover from the sun if that s what you require. Make sure to go up to 15th floor to the Sky Bar and restaurant - where one can have a spectacular 360 degree view of Can Picafort and also watch the sunsets, the tasting menu A La Carte meal was also lovely. We found the Hotel was very quiet during the day as it was second last week of their season and 75% of the sun loungers were unused - so all 9 of us could choose where to sunbathe without having to book beds etc. Good selection of activities from the Entertainment Team - and the team were all friendly and did a great job through the day and were excellent in their performances at some productions they put on in the evenings. Bar staff were also great - wide range of drinks available including some delicious cocktails. The hotel location is good for access to the Majorca Bus system and was only 5 minutes away from the main shopping area and 10 minutes or so from the promenade and harbour area.

Stayed here after a horribly long journey out. The receptionist guy was really helpful and ensured I got into my room straight away. The next day, I came for breakfast and realised they had freshly made omelette and pancake sections (wonderful). Having a pool and garden to relax in was fabulous. Beach was a straight walk 5 mins away. If you want a toothbrush and toothpaste, just ask at reception. You can borrow a large towel with a refundable deposit. Safe is chargeable in the room. The bed was massive. Evening meals had a big selection of food, as all different nationalitys here. Note that if you want a hotel that has a swimming pool in the sun all day, this is probably not the one for you. I loved it here, though. Many thanks for everything.

Preis Qualität sieht mir sehr gut aus. Sie haben Gel/Schampo Creme und Zahnschädel und Zahnpasta. Das Zimmer war sauber und korrekt für den Preis des Bereichs. Wir hatten einen Flachbild-TV und einen Ventilator. Das komfortable Bett und mehrere Kissen. Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit einem Tisch, zwei Tisch und einem Tisch, um zu bekommen. Das WiFi ist kostenlos und funktionierte sehr gut.
