August eine 126 €-Gebühr entrichtet wird und sie erklären mir, dass sie die Buchung, wenn sie aktiv erscheinen, sofort kommentieren, was passiert ist, und ich sage ihnen, dass ich einen Bildschirmaufnahme habe, wo sie die aktiven Buchungen bestätigen können und dass ihre nicht Das Hotel nimmt die Schuld an Buchung, wenn sie die Beträge eingezogen haben, die Beweise ignorieren, sie wollen nicht, dass sie gesendet werden und sie wollen nicht das Geld zurückgeben. Ich finde es schämend, dass eine Hotelkette ihre Ruf spielen will, dass sie unfair mit dem Geld der Nutzer, wenn es einen Computerfehler war. Ich fühle mich verärgert.

Excellent hotel on the beach, the view from the balcony to the sea is simply gorgeous. The room was cleaned every day, the room was cozy, the bed was comfortable, the bed linen was white and the towels too. The hotel staff is polite, friendly, helped with any questions. The food at the hotel is ok, as for a 3 * hotel. There are a lot of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby, there is a place to take a walk, an excellent promenade. Near the bus stop, you can go for a walk in other places, although there was everything you need. we went once to the water park by bus - it was great

Wir hatten einen Flachbild-TV und einen Ventilator. Das komfortable Bett und mehrere Kissen. Wir hatten eine Terrasse mit einem Tisch, zwei Tisch und einem Tisch, um zu bekommen. Great holiday at a lovely hotel. Quick and friendly check in, large, bright, clean room with beautiful view Room 1001 on 10th floor. Excellent welcome and service from all the dining room team especially the Maitre D and Gerard Butler's double. Plenty choice of food all well presented and tasty, every one of our family group of 9 always found something to enjoy. Good choices of refreshments and wine with the meals. Spacious relaxing areas around the pools including many beds under cover from the sun if that s what you require. Make sure to go up to 15th floor to the Sky Bar and restaurant - where one can have a spectacular 360 degree view of Can Picafort and also watch the sunsets, the tasting menu A La Carte meal was also lovely. We found the Hotel was very quiet during the day as it was second last week of their season and 75% of the sun loungers were unused - so all 9 of us could choose where to sunbathe without having to book beds etc. Good selection of activities from the Entertainment Team - and the team were all friendly and did a great job through the day and were excellent in their performances at some productions they put on in the evenings. Bar staff were also great - wide range of drinks available including some delicious cocktails. The hotel location is good for access to the Majorca Bus system and was only 5 minutes away from the main shopping area and 10 minutes or so from the promenade and harbour area.

The gran playa is the perfect hotel for a very relaxed holiday for couples, friends and families with adult children. This hotel would not suit folks who are looking for the clubbing/party scene. There is a vast mix of nationalities amongst the hotel guests and I am happy to say that all the guests mixed well with one another. The rooms have decent air con, comfy beds and a fridge which is free to use for your bottles of water. The food and drink is brilliant and I would recommend the all inclusive package (it includes cocktails!) The location of the hotel is perfect, the beach is less than a 5 minute walk. Most local bars and shops are closed by 11pm so there is not much outside noise pollution. All the staff are fantastic, they offer perfect customer service and you feel very welcomed to the hotel. The hotel is modern and very clean. There are different singing acts three times a week that are booked by the hotel. My only minor issue is that the labelling of the food in the buffet restaurant could be better, the english descriptions are either vague, inaccurate or are not available. The kitchen staff struggled to explain the food when asked, however using google translate for the Spanish on the labels did help. I would happily book this hotel again next year!

We travelled as family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) in 2 twin rooms. The hotel was modern and clean in a great central location. 5 minute walk to beach. Rooms: Nice size, clean, good view of pool, lovely balcony, good selection of TV channels. Maid service every day. But... The rooms had an awful sewage smell when the air conditioning was on. Pools: 4 really good sized outdoor pools for all age groups but water very cold. Dirty and tired looking sunbeds. Ripped towels. There is an indoor pool for children plus an indoor pool / spa for over 16s. Food: Good selection but spolit by the fact both breakfast and evening meal food was cold. Not pleasant eating cold fried eggs and sausages. The glasses looked dirty. No English Breakfast tea bags so bought our own from the supermarket. The fruit is obviously out all night as it was dry. My son was given chicken which was raw in the middle. I complained and was disappointed not to receive an apology. We were also VERY disappointed about food labelling. Nothing to tell you what flavour the cakes or yoghurt or jam was. Just a gamble if it was a flavour you would enjoy. Plus, major point: No allergen info on anything. There is a small games room but the white ball was missing from the pool table and some machines out of order. You need 10 euro deposit to borrow table tennis rackets and ball. The reception staff were lovely, polite and friendly but the restaurant and bistro staff not so much. We had a nice break but would definitely not return.
