Waktu liat di review nya, banyak yg komen bagus & stlah kita coba emang okee sihh.. hotelnya sih nggak yang luas banget, tapi cozy 😄 pas check in, kita disediain free welcome drink & snack, kemaren dapetnya bir jawa ( taste good, love it!!). Trus kamarnya jg oke, ada balkon & jendela yg bs dibuka buat sirkulasi udara. Pas breakfast, makanannya enak2. 2 hari kami disana food stall nya ganti2, kyk sushi station, tepanyaki, ledre, ice cream.. paling favorit buat aku sih tengklengnya yaa, sama wedangannya, mantull 👍👍👍 trus smpet ada playstation corner, sensory toys buat anak2, jdi lengkap lah.. next klo ke Solo, bakal nyoba ke Canting Londo lahh ( katanya driver kami sih, Mas Gibran sering makan disana hahaha) kemaren cm smpet nyoba kombucha nya aja, enakk 😁thanks Solia Zigna!!

I was not expecting such company (ACCOR) or website (CTRIP) to use fake picture to sell a room. When we chose a worldwide brand, we are expecting to get a worldwide standard, which is a fair value for money and knowing what we can get, no more, not less because we have a well known and accepted standard ... that we can trust. The rooms at 2nd level were definitely out-of-date not to say anything else and not the standing of a Novotel.

Sebenernya hotelnya bagus, cuma dapat bad experience aja untuk pertama kali inap disini, aku pesan dinner romantic langsung ke cp hotel ini, aku pastikan private dan gak sharing sama orang lain. Tapi kenyataannya ZONK. Di hari H udah check in gak dikasih tau kalau ada organ tunggal mau nyanyi juga dekat kolam. Dikasih taunya udah H-berapa jam. Serius, udah bayar mahal2 malah jadi keburu2, mana diliatin banyak orang, kadonya juga se adanya kayanya baru nyiapin hari itu, padahal udah booking DINNER ROMANTICNYA DR JAUH JAUH HARI. Lumayan juga harganya 1jt tapi kalo pelayannya begitu 😥 mulai jam 19.00 - 21.00 katanya, tapitbtb di cepetin jam 17.00-19.00 hadeh. Kalo gak saya bilang gak terima bakalan kekeuh dinner di jam 17.00 pdhl sebelumnya bilang jam 19.00. Tapi selain itu, okelah, untung aja menjual view laut. Mohon di perbaiki layanan ya. Saya cuma kecewa yang harusnya dpt momment dinner romantic, malah jd ajang diliatin orang, mau foto2 juga banyak orang lalu lalang lewat. Dinner nya jadin cuma 1 jam dan malah minta dibawa ke kamar aja sisanya. Sayang bgt kalo harus bayar 1jt begitu

The staff's friendliness saved the day, for them, Everyone from security, front desk, wait staff - was warm and welcoming. Some even had the sincerest SMILE I have ever seen. 👍👍 Several areas of concerns are, however : - The Housekeeping staff who was in charge of my floor, had a seriiously BAD BODY ODOUR problem: ome that would stay and linger in the room and even in the corridor. - The food served during Breakfast was varied enough. However, the quality needs major improvement. For example, the CEREAL that I had was the most artificial tasting cereal ever! It was actually quite disgusting. And the service in the PADI Restaurant can be improved, for example: No one cared enough to EMPTY THE ASH TRAYS in the smoking area; also, quite a few times, NO STAFF was seen on the fooors, it seemed as if they were ”gathering” somewhere that would not be visible by the guests on purpose! - The Saftey Deposit Box was not working properly and needed fixing. Someone from ROOMS Dept or ENGINEERING Dept should regularly check every room periodically, without fail! - Last but not least, the pillow in my room smelled like something rotten / a dead rat. Very disgusting That's all i can think of right now. Thx, 🙏!

lack of cleanliness, the bathroom water flow is blocked, the cupboard is dusty, air conditioner is not cold, the swimming pool water is not clear. First experience of staying at a 4 star hotel was disappointed.

Oh ich genieße wirklich n glücklich für alle guten Service und Personal. Die Lage ist auch strategisch für jeden Ort. Das Essen im Restaurant ist lecker, aber hoffentlich werden es traditionellere Menüs.

The hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from some of the city's top attractions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The bed was large with a soft mattress, which made for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also large and stocked with plenty of towels and toiletries. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in was quick and easy, and the front desk staff were always available to answer any questions. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping the room tidy throughout the stay. Overall, I had a fantastic stay at the hotel.

The location is very strategic, the staff were helpful & friendly as well. You could use the swimming pool at the top. Fyi the hotel kinda gives ”old vibes”. Unfortunately,they're gonna charge you for borrowing their utensils which is kinda a downer & personally it would be better to upgrade the lift as well, the button is kinda hard to press. The gym is closed too :( but overall the place is a good place to stay. Clean & cool AC.
