Very nice hotel with good service. Hotel is located nearby SOGO where there are many restaurants for you to choose from Chinese to local. I got a room with a city view which is very nice at night time. Hotel has a very good gym and outdoor swimming pool. Very nice

So far our experience is great , we booked 3 rooms and the room was clean and comfortable, just the breakfast area it’s too small , like us came with big family it’s hard to find the table for breakfast, the food was oke . Not that good and not that bad . Average it’s oke to stay in this hotel

Room is huge and super clean. Toilet come with bathtub and shower in different cubicle. Absolutely posh. The breakfast is above and beyond. I really enjoy the food as the have so many different varieties and the breakfast also serve on the top floor where the view of the surrounding of medan is part of the meal. Just breathtaking! I would come to this hotel if i were to visit medan in near future!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was very clean, though a bit small for the price. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the rooftop café was a nice place to relax, although the food and drinks were a bit overpriced. The resort layout feels a bit compact since it’s built on terraced land. One thing we missed was the cozy, local village vibe that Tuk Tuk is known for—the atmosphere here felt a bit more generic. Still, considering the limited similar-level options in Tuk Tuk, this resort is a decent choice and I’d consider staying here again.
