Really nice place , brilliant value, clean rooms with nice bathroom products all the staff really pleasant helga on reception was lovely and the spa was a bonus with free towels and padlocks at the spa reception paid a lot more for a lot less great parking for £6 def use them again rooms are really well appointed , safe, iron hairdryer good amount of teas coffees and milk only minus is it could use a fridge

Great reception staff. The room was advertised as a ‘cosy double’ but it was a huge bed, huge room and small bathroom. The breakfast had an excellent selection which you could help yourself to. The one downside was that the walls were quite thin so you could hear people in the next room or talking while passing along the corridor.

Great location and has parking that is a bonus. Room was well appointed. Only gripe is no water in the room and cleanliness not the greatest. Has a skylight above the bed that was full of cobwebs Apart from that team very bubbly and would stay again

We had a comfortable stay with a spacious room and great amenities. However, there was a party in the lobby during our stay that made the area quite crowded and noisy. Despite that, we still had a good experience overall and would recommend it for families.

Also sehr gut 👍 2, Hotel mit Bar und Restaurant, bequem für die Gäste.

Stayed here for 1 night to watch a show at the Barbican, the hotel overall is great showing some signs of wear and tear but you can see this is being worked on. All main communal area looked great and well presented. We stayed in a basic double but there was more than adequate room for our stay and the cleanliness in the room was great. Bathroom again was small but very clean and usable with an amazing rain shower. Reception staff, housekeepers and Measure facilities staff were all very pleasant and wanting to give a good experience. The only area that I believe needs improvement sooner rather than later is the stair carpet from the car park into reception which doe not give the best impression of what you are going to find inside as it appears very dirty and worn. Would highly recommend, once past reception steps you will find the Milner Hotel fantastic

Sadly had three rooms due to some issues reguardless how clean they were and a smell coming from the bathroom, third room was ok and had a nice view over looking the sea and Scarborough harbour, pool and spa a nice touch and the staff were all friendly plenty of choice on the menu for food, just needs to address a few issues to make this worthy of it's 4 star rating and that to me should be considered luxury where as this felt more just above average but not luxury 3.5 / 5 location amazing staff amazing let down by the fire alarm going off which steam was to blame air vents were dirty this needs looking at, house keeping need to work more alongside maintenance to ensure issues are addressed. Safe in second room was broken but maintenance did sort this and were very friendly, reception and spa staff all excellent, can't comment on the food but had plenty of choice and had we not made plans we would of considered the curry night the hotel had on. Over all 3.5 / 5

Die Unterkunftskosten entsprachen nicht ganz dem Service, den wir erwarten. Die Lage ist groß und die Einrichtungen sind wirklich gut, wie das Frühstück. Der Pool ist jedoch auf seltsame Zeiten für Familien wie beim Frühstück und beim Abendessen beschränkt, wenn der Mittag besser geeignet wäre. Auch jemand griff uns nach, als er das Spa verließ, um die Handtücher zurückzugeben, die zwei Kinder benutzten, anstatt uns zu gestatten, sie in unserem Zimmer zu verlassen, um zu Hause zu sammeln. Das Haus hält zwei Runden, um Shampoo in unser Zimmer zu schicken, nach einem freundlichen Anruf, sie schickten stattdessen Duschegel. Insgesamt ist es großartig, was mit Lebensmitteln und Einrichtungen zu tun hat, aber es ist etwas schlimm mit Kindern, dort zu sein und der Service im Spa und Hauspflege fehlt.
