Das Zimmer war in Ordnung, aber es roch ein wenig. Draußen vor dem Fenster befand sich das Gebäude auf der anderen Straßenseite. Die Aussicht vom Restaurant auf der Dachterrasse ist hervorragend, mit Blick auf die Persische Blues-Brücke, und gleichzeitig können Sie den europäischen Neustadt-Galata-Turm und die asiatischen Hügel sehen. Das Hotel liegt strategisch günstig im Herzen der Altstadt, nur 15 Gehminuten von berühmten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie der Blauen Moschee, der Sophienkathedrale, der Basilika-Zisterne, dem ägyptischen Obelisken, der Galata-Brücke, dem Gewürzbasar, dem Großen Basar, der Süleymaniye-Moschee usw. entfernt .

Ein historisches Gebäude, das für die Opfer des Großbrandes von 1918 errichtet wurde. 4 Gebäude, die durch einen gemeinsamen Korridor und eine Lobby verbunden sind. Aufgrund seiner Nähe zum Großen Basar ist das Hotel immer voll. Einige Zimmer bieten Aussicht auf die Laleli-Moschee. Bedenken Sie dies, wenn Sie Schlaf nachholen möchten … Einige liegen direkt über dem Frühstücksrestaurant. Einige von ihnen liegen zum Innenhof, das heißt, ihre Fenster blicken auf die Lobby. Die Parkgebühr für Hotelgäste beträgt 250 TL. Der Parkservice nahm das Auto mit einem lächerlichen und illegalen Kommentar wie „Wenn Sie das Auto fahren, wird die Versicherung es auf keinen Fall decken“ weg. Sie haben am Eingang 2000 TL von meiner Karte abgebucht und am Ausgang zurückerstattet. Man kann mit den Aufzügen nicht in eine andere Etage als die eigene gehen, und in vielerlei Hinsicht ähnelt es einem Militärdienst, nicht einem Hotel. Die Zimmer und vor allem der Pool auf dem Dach sind schön, allerdings war ich nicht sehr zufrieden.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mula Hotel in Istanbul with my family, including two toddlers, and it was an experience I won’t soon forget. Nestled in the heart of the old Sultanahmet area, the location couldn’t be more ideal. It’s within walking distance of all the major attractions, offering a perfect blend of convenience and cultural immersion. The surrounding area is a food lover’s paradise, with an array of great restaurants offering local and international cuisine. Plus, the easy access to the tram makes exploring the city a breeze. The hotel itself is a gem. My room was not only beautifully appointed but also boasted a stunning sea view that added a special touch to our family stay. Waking up to the serene vista of the sea was truly a highlight. The hotel’s family-friendly atmosphere made our stay with toddlers smooth and enjoyable. However, what really sets Mula Hotel apart is its exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was not just professional but genuinely warm and welcoming. Their constant smiles and readiness to assist at any hour truly made me feel valued and taken care of. From getting a bottle of water in the middle of the night to personal touches like waiters remembering my omelette preferences after just one day - every detail was noticed and appreciated. I must give special mentions to Ercan at the restaurant and Ilknur at the front desk. Their outstanding service and personal attention significantly enhanced my stay. Their professionalism and kindness reflect the hotel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. Coming from someone who travels significantly and has stayed in several fantastic properties across the world, I can confidently say that Mula is right up at the top, and a rarity among hotels. In conclusion, Mula Hotel is more than just a place to stay; it’s a destination that offers a memorable experience. Whether it’s the prime location, the beautiful rooms, the delicious food, or the unparalleled service, this hotel ticks all the boxes for an exceptional stay in Istanbul. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city, especially those traveling with family.

We had a very unpleasant experience with stuff at the lobby , being there for Christmas Eve , me & my sister decide to eat inside the hotel rather to go out so at 10 pm we came down to the lobby where there is lounge area , for almost 15 minutes we saw that the lounge staff is passing us without asking if we want to order so I called one of the waitress and she came toward us with furious gestures before I start asking she said to me do you have a room in the hotel and I said yes , she continues what’s your room number and I replied , again with the cold face and rude behavior she continues ‘ under the name ?’ And I replied, she turned back to her desk without asking us what we would like to order and From her desk she went straight to reception to verify my information!!! My jaws dropped when I saw this , really rude & unprofessional behavior I was in complete shock that she even went to reception to verify the information, but the worst part was that after she verified and actually saw that we are the guest of the hotel she turned back to her desk and continued ignoring us , I never ever seen in my entire life a waitress permits herself to act like this with 5 star hotel guests, at this point we asked another waitress that if she can took our order , we then asked her if the hotel have another restaurant and she replied yes but the kitchen is closed after 10:30 pm , I don’t recommend this hotel for anyone that wants to enjoy the hotel facility, the staff are not guest friendly, the dining section is in some floor but for person like me that wants more easy snacks and chill area wasn’t really good option, not to mention that when we came back to our room we really felt so heavy and frustrated by this behavior, we were supposed to go today to lounge before departing but as for yesterday experience we just decide to check out soon and leave the hotel because we didn’t like to tolerate the attitude of this waitress ( she is the short women with short brown hair ) I suggest the general manager to see the video of yesterday and review their staff!

Wirklich schönes Hotel im Herzen des Sultanahmet-Viertels. Sehr sehr praktisch, wenn Sie ein paar Tage damit verbringen möchten, die Gegend und die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten (Aya Sofia, Blaue Moschee, Topkapi-Palast usw.) zu erkunden. 2 super nette Cafébereiche. Das Hotel liegt auf einer großen Fläche. Bleiben Sie besser näher an der Rezeption, die gegenüber dem Sultan-Hürrem-Hamam liegt, da Sie dann nicht jedes Mal, wenn Sie ein Taxi brauchen, einen Golfwagen nehmen müssen.

Aufgrund der geografischen Lage ist die Ein- und Ausfahrt umständlich und bei der Ein- und Ausfahrt von der Schnellstraße kann es leicht zu Staus kommen.
