My daughter’s favorite hotel. I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and daughter over the weekend in celebration of my birthday. It was a good decision to choose this hotel. This was not the first time we stayed but, in fact, it is my daughter’s favorite hotel. It is conveniently located beside two malls with lots of dining spots to choose from if in case you opt no to dine in Misto (the hotel’s restaurant). We, however, availed of their breakfast buffets which is always good and we also had their buffet dinner which includes lots of dishes to try. What I really like about this hotel is the homey-feel that it provides to its guests. The prices for the stay and it services are reasonable. By and large, this is one of our go-to hotel when we do our staycation within the Metro.

Such a great Hotel for staycation! Excellent service tho we have multiple request and order but this lady named ‘Ly’ of In room dining serves us with quicky and excellent service. Tradition to go here in manila for staycation whenever there are breaks and this is our first time here in okura. Everthing was nice. Me and my sisters would surely choose okura again next time. Great service plus friendly staff. Also thanks to the perfect ambiance.

Als ich unser Zimmer buchte, fragte ich, ob wir einen Jubiläumskuchen oder eine Karte bekommen könnten, und zu unserer Überraschung wurden wir mit diesem Arrangement und Kuchen vom Hotel begrüßt. Vielen Dank, dass Sie unserer Bitte nachgekommen sind! Das Zimmer, in dem wir übernachteten, war geräumig und sauber – der einzige Kommentar ist, dass die Beleuchtung etwas zu schwach war (keine weißen Lichter im Zimmer, aber das natürliche Licht vom Fenster half). Das Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung – die Auswahl an Speisen bestand aus den üblichen Frühstücksgerichten – das Essen wurde jedoch schnell aufgefüllt, was ein Pluspunkt war. Insgesamt hatten wir einen großartigen Aufenthalt im Acacia Hotel :)

Wir haben hier vor Kurzem unseren Geburtstag und unseren Hochzeitstag gefeiert und hatten eine außergewöhnliche Erfahrung. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und höflich und hat alles getan, um uns wohlzufühlen. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung beim Einchecken bis zum aufmerksamen Service während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts war ihre Professionalität herausragend. Wir sind Herrn Jason (Pool-Betreuer) wirklich dankbar, dass er sich um uns gekümmert und uns Getränke angeboten hat, obwohl wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt die einzigen am Pool waren. Wir loben auch Frau Marivic und ihr Team, insbesondere die Leiterin des Speisesaals, für das Servieren unseres Essens. Besonders hervorzuheben ist Frau Sheila, die uns beim Abendessen ein Ständchen gebracht hat. Die Zimmer waren luxuriös, gut gepflegt und boten eine atemberaubende Aussicht. Jede Interaktion mit dem Personal hinterließ einen positiven Eindruck und machte unseren Aufenthalt wirklich angenehm. Ich kann dieses Hotel wegen seines erstklassigen Service und seiner einladenden Atmosphäre wärmstens empfehlen.

Ich war für die Sea -Aussicht und buchte einen Seehandel, aber ich musste bei meiner Ankunft noch ein Upgrade zahlen. Wurde mir erst um 18:00 oder 19:00 Uhr dunkel. und ein paar Arten von Früchten. Wenn Sie also keine besonderen Bedürfnisse haben, können Sie genauso gut direkt in ein Café gehen. Der Haartrockner ist sehr alt, aber Ctrip hat sich schnell darum gekümmert. Das Hotel war ursprünglich in der 6. Etage untergebracht. Allerdings schien es in Hotels auf den Philippinen muffig zu riechen, daher schlage ich vor, dass es in die 15. Etage verlegt wird. Ich war total begeistert von diesem Hotel! Das Personal ist wirklich aufmerksam. Das Bett ist so bequem, dass ich gar nicht mehr weg wollte. Die Lage ist fantastisch. Man muss buchstäblich nur die Straße überqueren, um zum Greenbelt zu kommen. Würde bei meinem nächsten Besuch in Manila gerne wieder hier übernachten. Das Buffet ist auch gut! Die kleinen Details am philippinischen Buffet auf dem Dach sind genau richtig. Das macht das Erlebnis viel besser.

Wir hatten einen ausgezeichneten Aufenthalt. Abgesehen von einem kleinen Problem mit dem servierten Kaffee war in der Horizon Lounge alles perfekt; das Essen war frisch und lecker. Das Personal beim Einchecken war sehr zuvorkommend. Alle Mitarbeiter, von der Hotellobby bis zur Zimmeretage und der Club Lounge, lächelten eifrig und boten ihre Hilfe an. Die Deluxe Suite war kostenlos, da sie frisch renoviert aussah. Meine Frau hat die Toilettenartikel von L’ocitane sehr genossen. Dieser Aufenthalt vor Ende 2023 war wirklich jeden Cent wert. Ich freue mich darauf, wieder einen Aufenthalt in einem Shangrila-Hotel zu buchen.

Überraschenderweise war der Service im Foyer, der in der Vergangenheit beeindruckend war, zu einem günstigen Preis. Nachdem unser Auto angekommen war, waren viele Träger da, aber niemand half uns, die Tür zu ziehen oder das Gepäck mitzunehmen eine große Kappe an der Tür Okay, aber jetzt, wo sich die Person verändert hat, rede ich nur noch mit mir selbst und öffne die Tür nicht für den Gast. Später half uns ein Sicherheitsmann beim Tragen unseres Gepäcks. Das gleiche Serviceproblem trat auch bei der jungen Dame auf, die beim Frühstück Platz nahm. Sie sah so arrogant und enttäuschend aus. In professionellen Hotels werden Verdunkelungsvorhänge leider so hergestellt! ! !

The housekeeping service provided by Mr. Ariel Pilande, Room Attendant was excellent. He was prompt in his duties, kept the room super clean and well-informed about the services available at the hotel. He is a skilled converationalist. His supervisor, Sir Ryan Navarro made sure that his staff served as well (quite good in overseeing his staff). Overall, the hotel met my expectations from the guards at the ground floor (extremely nice), concierge (attendants were most helpful) and reception (staff were friendly, efficient and helpful).

I recently celebrated my birthday at Oakwood Makati Avenue and wanted to share my experience. Communication: Before my stay, I found it challenging to get a timely response from the hotel. I had to send several emails before receiving a reply. Check-in: The check-in process was smooth. The receptionist was very helpful and even offered us a tour of a showroom before we chose our suite, which was a nice touch. The Suite: Our suite was spacious and elegant. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement: the handheld shower was difficult to operate, especially for older guests, and the bidet wasn’t functioning properly. Additionally, the TV channels were mostly limited to news and local shows. View: We loved the view from our suite facing Century Mall, where we enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet had a limited selection. I missed having croissants or danishes. They offered a free slice of cake, but you needed to like their Facebook page and leave a five-star review on Google for that. Spa Experience: The staff at the Onsen Spa were excellent, and I appreciated the free coffee and juice available in the lounge. Gym and Pool: The gym was small and had some older equipment. However, the pool area was fantastic, especially the glass pool. Unfortunately, the bar by the pool lacked a lively atmosphere, with limited music and menu options. It was surprising that they didn’t offer smoothies or refreshing drinks. Facilities: It’s worth noting that Oakwood and I’m Hotel share some facilities, which adds variety to the experience. Overall, I had a lovely birthday stay, and with a few improvements, this hotel could really stand out!

Great service as always, hotel accommodated our early check in; we had an accident on the eve of new year and they were very responsive and checked on us regularly; brought us all the items we needed despite full occupancy, it did take some time so you can improve on adjusting manpower during busy times; something to improve on is the pet policy - while you do allow pets, I would not necessarily call the facility pet friendly as our furry friend really is just allowed inside the room and cannot walk around freely. We had to transfer rooms wothin the stay as we booked a different room within the stay and it toom sometime for the room to be ready during the transfer and they allowed us a late checkout because of this. 2. Room feedback - hair dryer units are difficult to use, I hope you revert back to automatic (my mom who is a senior cannot keep pressing the handle for continuous blow drying and we had to ask for a different hair dryer); the hot water was not very hot. 3. My biggest dissappointment was the heated pool. I always choose to go to this hotel because of this amenity, I stayed 4 nights and the pool heater was under maintenance the entire time so no heated pool. Not to mention it was the busiest season of the year and you should have anticipated this and done your maintenance outside of this period. You should also post this in your website so guests are aware. 4. This is always my beef with Discovery Primea and has not been improved on, in fact, it has deteriorated. Breakfats buffet is not good, limited selection; salad greens were wilted; tapa was tough, no orange juice; we had to go to Manila Peninsula the last day lf our stay as we were tired of the breakfast fare on our 4th morning. 5. Gym - sauna facility: It is weird that they don’t keep your sauna on, you need to wait 30 mins so they canturn on the heat. Shower facility in the gym is also complicated, the fact that you need to post instructions on how to use a shower is not good. Shower ameneties (conditioner and shower gel) were empty in the containers, had to go out to ask for assistance and even then there was no immediate items on hand. Had to go to room to finish the shower.

Wahrheiten von Frühstück n freier Strom von nicht alkoholischen Getränken serviert im Lounge. Lage ist sehr gut mit vielen Malls um das Gebiet. Makati ist ein sehr sicheres Gebiet, um zu gehen. Ich bin so glücklich durch meinen Aufenthalt & sicher wird dieses Hotel wieder wählen.

I have been several times in the Sheraton, being opposite to Terminal 3 of the Manila airport. If you have only hand luggage you can walk there, if more, than you need a taxi, even some of the Manila taxi drivers are not so happy about the short distance. Thus, take a metered taxi and give them more tipp, so it normally works fine. This time I only had time for a stay during the day since my second flight left at midnight. I got an upgrade to a Junior Suite which I liked very much even I only had 8 hours in the hotel. But those were really worth it since I decided to book a massage in the spa on short notice and had luck to get the last free slot. Which was an absolute outstanding experience that I only can recommend to every visitor who has problems with shoulders or other parts of the body after a long flight. Wellness is not only a massage but all together: the environment, the cleanliness, the mood of the people working there, the smell, the music, the rooms. And all was absolutely top! Starting with a very warm and nice welcome by Camille, explaining the treatments. A great start with charme! My massage (one hour) then was given bei Lei; it was one of the best in the past years and I know when coming back to the Sheraton I will book her again. Nice, respecting your pain-points and having perfect moves to make your body parts movable again. Unfortunately, only one hour but helping me a lot to bear the next long flight for more than 9 hours. The only disadvantage on this evening was that a pool party took place which was very noisy. But since I have been young, too, even this was a long time ago in the last century, it is acceptable. The hotel had left a letter of excuse already in advance in the room. That's life.

Nice hotel good room with balcony looking over the golf course my only concern the club lounge only served whyte mackay whisky as i have stayed in many marriott hotels which serve chivas regal or black label Marriott Manila stop your penny pinching and serve decent whisky which customer pay for in the price of a club room its ashamed i wont stay at the Marriott Manila again i feel cheated and robbed .

Das Personal ist unglaublich. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sie merkten, dass ich aus dem Ausland kam und machten mir viele Empfehlungen, wie ich ihre schöne Stadt besichtigen konnte. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Zimmermädchen kamen später am Nachmittag vorbei, wenn ich nicht da war. Das Buffet im Restaurant war wunderbar, eine große Auswahl an asiatischen Gerichten. Mein Abflug ging spät am Tag, also ließen sie mich länger im Zimmer bleiben und später auschecken. Ich kann dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen.

This hotel is adequate, but slightly overpriced vs. competition. While they have updated the lobby in recent years, from what I can tell there has been little effort to update guest rooms, which are dated vs. other 5 star properties like the Westin. The one differentiating factor this hotel previously had was a great breakfast buffet served in the Pacific Lounge on the 21st floor with floor to ceiling windows that gave a sweeping view of the skyline and the bay. It was carpeted with cushioned club chairs and those soft surfaces absorbed noise and the overall experience was a great way to start your day compared to the crowded and loud breakfast buffets at other 5 star hotels. Well someone decided to spend a lot of money to destroy that experience. They have opened a new restaurant on the first floor that is loud, crowded and gives you a view of 7-11 across the street instead of the bay. I spoke to the GM about this, so he already knows my opinion, but what continues to strike me is his point that the Pacific Lounge is “a premium space” - yes Sir, that’s true and previously it was one that virtually all your guests got to enjoy which is exactly why it was THE difference maker for this hotel. I came back thru Manila for a night on May 15 and was going to try the Sheraton one more time, but it was fully booked. Instead I stayed at the Westin for less money. There was no comparison- the Westin’s rooms have a much higher end finish, their food was better, and the service there was far superior like being provided a welcome drink and the Manager sending fruit to my room with a welcome note. The Sheraton Manila Bay is no longer on par with Manila’s best hotels

Wir haben am Buffet im obersten Stock zu Abend gegessen und es war sehr luxuriös und detailliert, es gab Schokolade, Meeresfrüchte, Austern, alle Arten von Pasta... Das Frühstück war recht umfangreich und im obersten Stock gab es auf der Poolterrasse eine Bar mit recht angenehmer Musik. Die Preise sind höher als in der Stadt, aber im Vergleich zum Hotel, in dem Sie übernachten, sehr günstig. Ich würde es ohne zu zögern wiederholen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Die Dekoration ist spektakulär
