Lovely break celebrating my mums 80th birthday.  Enjoyed use of the spa and tennis courts. Twin room small but very comfortable with a great view and lovely wallpaper.  Food in the bar and restaurant was delicious but a little pricey and not much choice for my fussy teenager.  Overall a nice relaxing time and we lucked out with the weather. Will look for special offers to return with my husband

This venue is really a hidden gem up to a point , the Chef and kitchen ( paticularly the Haddock and Poached Eggs at Breakfast which is Michelin Star level ) the spa and swimming pool are kept to a good standard of hygene , however there is a serious problem with service which is evident from the staff behind the bar ( Saturday 4th May to be specific ) where it was plainly evident for all of the guests seated in the lounge to witness the grief that was being given to the Restaurant Host and other waiting staff by the two individulas behind the bar who were making their life's a misery by poor attitude and unhelpfulness when rightfully they were chasing restaurant drink orders which were painfully slow on deliverance attributed totally to the ineptness of the bar staff . Its about time that Providence Hotels boss Mr Neil Hughes and Blantyre Capital and Fairtree Alternative Real Estate were made aware of this as it is not fair on the efforts made by the other staff who are being dragged down needlessly by the bar staffs under performance , ineptness and demeanour .

Kenmore is a beautiful location and the area is a stunning area of natural beauty in Scotland. That said, having stayed at this resort before, I was disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of not only the lodges but the leisure centre. The lodge itself had peeling wall paper and chips around light switches and old frying pans, all things which are easily maintained and/or changed. The pool area is lovely but pool was cold and one of only two showers were out of order due to a cracked base in the ladies. This was a relatively cheap break but despite this I do feel the Kenmore club is looking a little shabby and in much need of an overhaul or at least some renovation to keep up with the neighbouring hotels and lodges which are more modern and well kept

Der Korridor war wie ein Lago in diesem Hotel, aber das Zimmer war schön. Parkplatz war jedoch nicht sehr ideal, wenn Sie nicht früh dorthin kommen. Wir erreichten am Abend und es gab nicht viel mehr. Wir fragten das Personal, wenn es irgendwo anders zu parken gibt, aber es nicht, nur öffentliche Parkplätze eine Entfernung, die Sie nach einer bestimmten Stunde zahlen müssen ( glaubt, es ist kostenlos über Nacht, aber muss beginnen, ab 8am oder so etwas) so kannst du nicht schlafen, wenn du dein Auto anderswo parkst

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir ein warmes Willkommen mit komplimentären Getränken und zeigten uns in unserem wunderschönen Zimmer. Das Personal konnte nicht hilfreich und freundlicher gewesen sein. Die zusätzlichen und die Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details waren exquisit und in meinem Buch sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel sein. Alles von der Nahrung und dem Getränk bis zur Umgebung war absolut schön. Auch keine Sorgen über die Einnahme von Kleidern, da sie mit trockenen Kleidern zur Verfügung stehen können. Ich würde sicher empfehlen, dass jemand denkt, hier zu bleiben und wird zurück sein.

Das ist eine Überraschung. Dieser Laden hat über 300 Jahre geschichtet. Eine Silber-Familie aus allen acht Seiten. Ich habe drei Nächte gelebt. Ich habe gutes Leben mit Großmuttern. Der Preis ist angemessen. Es ist eine sehr gute Erfahrung. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, sehr nahe dem Fluss und dem Museum...

Nice Staff, Zimmer war sauber und Bett sehr komfortabel. Ruhig. Leider musste ich meine Reise kurz zu kürzen, so hatte nicht die Chance, alle Einrichtungen zu erkunden. Jedoch werde ich zurückkehren und würde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen.

The double bed was a pathetic mattress. In this day and she comfortable beds are basic. The lamp shade was broken in our lodge and the carpets need replaced. Room 501 living room Has a strong bad doggy type smell. We couldn’t relax in the living room. It was either from the rugs or sofas. These lodges are tired and need updated. The bathrooms are dingy. The bedrooms are dark with poor lighting. Not good!

Away for 2 nights. Room spacious. Bit dusty in some parts. Bedding clean. Bathroom excellent. Spacious. Breakfast was excellent. Loads to choose from.Varied cooked options. Excellent service. Bar cosy. Had dinner in the hotel one evening. Very good. Lovely hotel set in the Perthshire countryside but not too far from Perth city centre. Hotel traditionally furnished with Scottish themes. Tartan upholstery and furnishings. Local framed pictures throughout. Hotel had varied nationalities staying,proving popular with foreign tourists.

Der Hotelservice ist gut, der Restaurantbesitzer ist sehr freundlich, der Service ist sehr gut, ruhig, der Preis ist günstig, geeignet für einen Freizeittourismus und die Umgebung ist wunderschön. Das nächste Mal werden Sie wieder aufhalten, Freunde, die den Freizeit mögen, können dieses Hotel auswählen.
