Sehr durchschnittliches Hotel. Möbel sind nicht sehr sauber , viele Flecken und angeschmutzt . Frühstück keine Auswahl. Nicht zu empfehlen für Europäer oder Nicht- Asiaten . Preis - Leistung nicht gerechtfertigt. Viel zu teuer

It was a beautiful experience at the Taj Swarna, Staff were pleasant upon arrival - quickly checked in and directed to the lift. Staff were presentable and approachable. Taj Swarna has all the required amenities for a nice stay, it is only outdated with furnishing. Location is very close to a mall within 3 mins of walking. Room service was good - a little bit on the expensive side. Breakfast was good. Overall stay was good.

Brilliant clean hotel , breakfast was nice the only problem we had was the swimming pool was out of use And that was the downfall as was looking forward to relax in the pool

Hyatt ist das beste Hotel in Ludhiana. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Es grenzt an ein Versandzentrum und kann sich nicht an indisches Essen anpassen. Sie können in dieses Einkaufszentrum gehen, um KPF oder McDonald's zu essen. Naja, auch das Sicherheitspersonal am Eingang ist höflich. Wir haben ein Auto vom Hotel zum Flughafen gemietet, und der Lobbymanager war immer bei uns vor der Tür bis das Auto kam und wir haben auch bewusst einige Flaschen Mineralwasser mitgebracht. aufrichtige Dankbarkeit. Werde das nächste Mal in diesem Hotel übernachten.

Perfect calm and comfortable staying. Very pleasant and friendly staff at reception, upgraded level of my room with check-in, many thanx for that gentleman with beautiful eyes). Smiling Sikhs in red turbans at the entrance is the treasure of that place (I adore Sikhs). Will definitely stay again within next business trip.

I reached the destination using maps. It's location is on the main road to airport. Very easy to access. It is newly launched only less than one year of operation. Building, rooms are well maintained, staff is very cooperative. But due to non availability of dormitry, the driver have to stay outside the hotel. This service must be started.

Nice hotel location was good. The rooms were very spacious nice big showers friendly staff.

The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Rooms a bit old but overall okay.
