SSampath Kumar AttiappanI recently stayed at Hotel City Way and had a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable.
The hotel's location was perfect, just a short 10 minute drive away from the city centre which made it easy to explore all the attractions and restaurants that the area had to offer. Despite being close to the city, the hotel was situated in a quiet area which made for a peaceful night's sleep.
My room was very clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bathroom was spotless, overall I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the room.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel City Way to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in the city. The friendly owner, helpful staff, convenient location, and clean rooms make it a top choice for accommodation. I will definitely be staying here again on my next visit.

GGuest UserDie Lage war eine Art bequem, aber dann wieder, zu was?
Der Service war freundlich, fachkundig und professionell.
Ich habe auf dem Badezimmerboden ein Getränk gegossen, so dass ich einige Gewebe verwendet habe, um es zu entfernen, lach und sieh die Gewebe schwarz. Ich war gemahlen. Ähnliche Situation trat in der Wohnfläche mit identischen Ergebnissen auf. Also unnötig zu sagen, Hygiene ist nicht von primärer Bedeutung. Auch wenn der Toilettensitz geschlossen wurde, die Rückseite der Decke wurde mit, ich würde mir vorstellen, Urin gefärbt.
Die Küche: Der Chef und der Maitre de haben den Tag gerettet, als das Abendessen von einem sehr hohen Standard war, Glückwunsch, gut gemacht 👏 ✔️

GGastnutzerThe itc heevan hotel in srinagarv is a fantastic property. Very well maintained rooms, spacious lawns, badminton courts, gym and excellent service by the staff. It is close to dal lake and other sightseeing points like nishat garden etc. Overall, a must stay place and we will definitely recommend strongly.

2. Beautiful property The food was really delicious. The staff was very polite but the room and ambiance of the hotel was average. The lake view is clearly a scam - the view is there but not what you really expect when you buy it. There was no power backup. As a whole, the stay was average and anyways they were charging comparatively lesser than other hostels. So, the average experience makes sense.

GGastnutzerThe hotel location is good, near mughal gardens and easily accessible in the city. The rooms were decent and clean, the rooms were not that modern looking but they were good. The food was good including dinner and breakfast. The service was also good, the local staff was nice and friendly. Their carpet shop next to the hotel had a very good collection.

UusahaHotel is good. Good location. Quite and peace. Only things..is hot water usage is limited. You cant bath even 5 minutes. Hot water become cold again while bath. They should use centralised hot water system. Other than this issue, all.is.good. staff very polite and humble. Clean and nead.
