We had amazing stay at Duke staff was excellent especially at front office Haroon and mehwish were brilliant at their work they were very helpful. Food was very amazing and tasty.we enjoyed alot.everything was fine I suggest everyone to visit

Overall Good spacious Location, Clean rooms for stay and quality of Food is very Good. Lake view from room is awesome. I recommend to stay here. U will enjoy the Dal lake view from hotel. Best of luck

Chairs,broken,basin full leak, bed heater wire broken. Room service zero. While check out they misplaced our luggage which till now not received. Staffs changed our rooms without prior intimation. Had to continously ask for complimentary water in the rooms. Staffs were more busy asking tips. Reception guys were rude. They didn't give pillows for extra bed. Everything we had to follow up several times. Half of the plug points didn't work. We had taken 5 rooms and all rooms had problems

Hotel is very Nice. Food is excellent and all people is very nice and humbly. Food is very hygienic and fresh and staff is provide as per require as customer. Mr zain, Mr Ishfaq, They provide very good service. Overall very good experience. Thanks Rakesh saini

I almost never write a restaurant reviews.but we met a Associate there who had to be recognised publicly.Shahid was his name and he was phenomenal. This is nice relaxing spot to grab a meal in restaurant

The hotel looks exquisite with lot of woodwork and marbles. Clean rooms and were cleaned every day. Continuous hot water. The rooms aren't that spacious. Service is okay. Towels were dirty and had to be changed but dirty towels again cropped up next day. TV was down and after complaint, didn't get fixed . The dining area is good. Not all rooms are Dal lake facing. Wasn't aware of a wifi though untill I was asked to provide a feedback!

We stayed in the property from 9-12 Sep Pros: opposite to Dal lake , easy access from all nearby tourist places. Cons: the hotel is undergoing renovations, we felt that the 3rd floor rooms were habitable but the 1st and 2nd floor rooms are still to be renovated. Breakfast service needs improvement, the staff tried to provide the service as per our need but were slow possibly not adequate staff members to cater the need. Special thanks to Mr Ishfaq, Mr Saddam for courteous behaviour.
