Dieses familienfreundliche Hotel war eine tolle Wahl für unseren Sommerurlaub mit Kindern. Es liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt und ist daher sehr praktisch. Direkt neben dem Hotel befindet sich ein Wildpark, in den man als Hotelgast ermäßigten Eintritt erhält. Die Sikahirsche laufen frei herum und die Kinder können sie mit Karotten füttern. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer und der Abluftventilator im Badezimmer sind sehr leise und sorgen für einen ruhigen Schlaf. Ich werde das nächste Mal definitiv mit meinen Kindern hier übernachten. Auch das Essen ist bequem, und die Cafeteria des Besitzers bietet ein hervorragendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Dieses Hotel war für unsere Reise eine echte Überraschung. Es bietet eine wunderschöne Umgebung und eine ruhige Atmosphäre. Sowohl die Zimmeraufteilung, die Sauberkeit als auch die Parkausstattung und der Komfort sind sehr zufriedenstellend. Auch die kleinen Details im Zimmer sind sehr sorgfältig ausgewählt, vom Willkommensobst bis zu den Souvenirs. Die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke, die im Voraus zubereitet werden, geben uns das Gefühl, besonders aufmerksam zu sein. Obwohl das Hotel nicht direkt am Hauptpark liegt, ist der Shuttlebus sehr praktisch. Die Verkehrsanbindung im gesamten Park ist gut organisiert, sodass sich die Gäste wohl und entspannt fühlen. Wenn Sie einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchten, übernachten Sie im Nuo'an. Was mich aber am meisten beeindruckt hat, war die Mitarbeiterin Saria. Von der Buchung bis zum Check-in hatten wir viele Fragen, die uns nicht ganz klar waren. Jedes Mal, wenn wir ihr einen WeChat schickten, antwortete sie innerhalb von Sekunden, egal wie spät es war. Selbst wenn sie bereits Feierabend hatte, ging sie innerhalb von Sekunden ans Telefon und half uns schnell. Sie war sehr effizient und gewissenhaft bei der Problemlösung. Sie hat auch unsere Ruhezeiten berücksichtigt und uns geholfen, den Check-out zu verzögern, damit wir entspannter abreisen konnten. Ein anderes Mal wollten wir einen Shuttlebus zurück zum Hotel rufen. Wir rechneten damit, länger als zehn Minuten warten zu müssen, und kontaktierten sie deshalb vor Fahrtende. Unerwartet kam ein Bus in der Nähe, aber wir waren noch nicht zur Hauptstraße gelaufen. Als keine anderen Gäste im Bus waren, beauftragte sie den Shuttlebusfahrer Li Xu, noch ein paar Minuten auf uns zu warten. Das hat uns wirklich ein herzliches und angenehmes Gefühl gegeben. Vielen Dank! Insgesamt habe ich das Gefühl, dass Saria nicht nur „nur“ ihren Job erledigt, sondern sich wirklich um ihre Gäste kümmert. Diese Art von Service kann man nicht durch Training lernen. Er ist aufrichtig, rücksichtsvoll und von einer Wärme, die die Herzen berührt. Vielen Dank an Saria, denn sie hat diese Reise zu etwas ganz Besonderem und Erinnernswertem gemacht. Ich hoffe, ich kann bald wiederkommen und sie wiedersehen!

Bad check in service at front counter lady. Seems more occupied with her task than guest service. I have to call and request for our sofa bed to be open. Given we book and indicated a family of 4, unlike other hotels whom immediately arrange all additional required items such as toothbrushs, slippers, towels, water, etc. Here I have to call to request for each items. The wifi doesn't work. I have to physically bring my laptop to the front desk for assistance.. and even that was not able to connect. Breakfast, average as the food are abit hard - hard noodles, hotdogs, breads.. Only cons is location near to ski and restaurants but so are a few hotels nearby. Free scheduled public bus shuttle to/fro train station, have to walk about 7 mins to the bus stop. As a Hyatt member, this is the worse Hyatt Place hotels I stayed. I believe surrounding hotels will have better guest services and competitive price too.

Wir reservierten zwei Nächte in diesem Hotel. Was wir gefallen hatten, war, dass es sehr geräumig und auch wirklich sauber war. Auch die Klimaanlage war einfach zu gestalten und wirklich gut funktioniert, so dass wir gut schlafen konnten! Es war auch sehr schön, dass das Hotel dieses kostenlose Shuttle zum Bahnhof in Gubeikou hat: Sie haben uns davon nicht erzählt, aber ich musste mich selbst herausfinden, als ich sie gebeten hatte, uns ein Taxi zu rufen. Ich muss darauf hinweisen, dass dieser Ort etwas seltsam war. Wir waren hier im Freizeitraum, so dass ich verstehe, dass vielleicht einige Dienste/Amnestie nicht in Betrieb sind, aber manchmal fühlten wir uns etwas unwohl. Sie fördern ihren Kaffee mit Spezialkaffee in ihren Fotos, aber das war meist geschlossen. Wir konnten Kaffee zweimal bestellen, aber das Personal fühlte sich so, als wäre das für sie wirklich eine Schande. Auch, während das Zimmer groß und geräumig war, dauerte das Wasser in der Dusche sehr lange, um warm zu werden und auch wenn es es viel zwischen heiß und kalt schaltete. Lokalisiert, nicht das Beste: Es gibt keine Restaurants um. Nur ein anderer Heimstadium (25-30 min walk) bietet Lebensmittel - das war großartig. Auch hier gibt es keine Didi, so müssen Sie Ihren Weg um die lokalen Leute zu bitten, Sie irgendwo hinnehmen und zahlen. Vielleicht bietet das Hotel das auch? Ich weiß nicht, sie haben uns nicht gesagt. Die Jinshanling Große Wand ist schön, Sie können es Fuß in etwa 1h. erreichen Kurz gesagt, es war ok. Aber wirklich zu teuer für das, was Sie bekommen.

PROS: Friendly staff. Even though not many speak English, they really try to solve any issues that arise. Lily, one of the hotel staff members, spoke excellent English and assisted us on several occasions. Billiards room — free. Laundromat on the −1st floor — free. You can buy detergent in the convenience store on the same floor. Good breakfast, but Chinese food only. You can also have lunch and dinner in the same restaurant for an extra charge. Other restaurants in the hotel: Hotpot, Hunan cuisine, Yunnan cuisine. McDonald’s right outside (huge lunch lines, though). Gym on the 10th floor. Prince Hotel near the 22nd lift offers additional dining options. Yunting Hotel on the right also has options, plus a Burberry store and a coffee shop with good coffee, desserts, and even mulled wine. Ski-in / ski-out hotel. You can use the magic carpet to go to Genting (Yunting) Resort on the right and take a gondola to the top, or ski down to the left and take the 22nd chairlift — very convenient. Wanlong Resort is connected to Yunting; if you spend 78 RMB or more at Wanlong, you get free passage back. Thaiwoo Resort is about 10 minutes away by Didi. Fulong Resort is about 25 minutes away. A brand-new resort, Xue Ruyi, is also about 10 minutes away. The room has a bathtub — not very big, but cozy. Smart Toto toilet. Small but convenient shower. Plenty of space for luggage. Riding gear can be stored on the 1st or 2nd floor. CONS (minor): Dark bathroom. The room was very hot, even when it was −20°C outside. We had to open the window. The heated floors are very effective, but there’s no way to adjust them, even though there is a controller next to the switches in the corridor. Definitely bring shorts and tank tops for the room.

Ich war schon unzählige Male im Beidaihe New District, aber diesmal habe ich endlich dieses Mercure Hotel ausprobiert! Die Überraschung eines alten Hotels, das neu eröffnet wurde, war riesig – die Dame an der Rezeption war herzlich und aufmerksam, der Check-in war super effizient und sie hat uns sogar einen Reiseführer für die Gegend mitgegeben. Die Bettwäsche war weich und angenehm auf der Haut, ich habe die ganze Nacht wunderbar geschlafen. Nächstes Mal bringe ich meine Freunde auch hierher!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel as a group, and our experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The hotel staff were incredibly supportive, flexible, and always willing to help. They truly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests and assist us with every question that came up during our stay. We booked a standard apartment suite in the South Wing and a deluxe mountain-view room in the main building, and both were very clean, comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped. Everything was thoughtfully prepared, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a nice variety, and having it included for several people was very convenient. The ski package was perfectly organized — ski passes, fast-track access, early cable car boarding, transfers from Taizicheng High-Speed Railway Station, and additional activities like yoga and Pilates made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. As foreigners, we really appreciated how easy and welcoming everything felt. Thanks to the hotel team, skiing in China left us with a very positive and memorable impression. The location is excellent for skiing, and the mountain views are beautiful. Overall, the atmosphere was warm, professional, and friendly — we truly felt taken care of. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a ski trip or a comfortable stay in the area.

Die Lage dieses Hotels ist einfach fantastisch! Es liegt direkt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße der Stadt, sodass Taxis immer ein Kinderspiel sind. Ein zehnminütiger Spaziergang bringt Sie zum U-Bahn-Knotenpunkt, von wo aus Sie direkt zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und Geschäftsvierteln gelangen – ein Kinderspiel für alle. Noch praktischer: Es gibt rund um die Uhr geöffnete Lebensmittelgeschäfte und mehrere renommierte, etablierte Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass Sie bequem spät abends einen Snack oder frühmorgens einen Kaffee genießen können. Für Reisende wie uns, die spontanes Fernweh haben, ist es ein wahres Juwel. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist überraschend vielfältig. Von chinesischem Congee, gedämpften Brötchen und frisch zubereiteten Nudeln über westliches Brot, Speck, frisch gemahlenen Kaffee bis hin zu frischem Obst und Joghurt – die Auswahl wechselt täglich und macht das Frühstück zu einem nie endenden Genuss. Am meisten beeindruckt hat mich die Frische der Zutaten: Die warmen Gerichte wurden stets warm gehalten, die frisch gekochten Nudelsuppen waren perfekt zubereitet und selbst die Beilagen waren erfrischend und aromatisch. Jeden Morgen am Fenster zu sitzen und sie zu genießen, war der perfekte Start in den Tag. Der Service war noch herzlicher. Beim Einchecken half uns das Personal an der Rezeption tatkräftig mit unserem Gepäck und informierte uns ausführlich über die Frühstückszeiten und den Standort des Speisesaals. Eines Morgens war ich in Eile, und die Kellnerin im Restaurant bemerkte mich und packte mir extra mein Sandwich und meine Milch ein. Sie lächelte mich sogar an und ermahnte mich, unterwegs vorsichtig zu sein. Beim Auschecken hatte ich ein kleines Problem, das das Personal geduldig löste – unglaublich freundlich und überhaupt nicht ungeduldig. Dieser Service, kombiniert mit der hervorragenden Lage und dem köstlichen Frühstück, wird definitiv meine erste Wahl für meinen nächsten Besuch sein!

I recently stayed at Eliments in Thaiwoo, and it exceeded my expectations. The experience was truly delightful, and here are some highlights: - Room Quality:The room was impressively spacious, featuring a lovely balcony that offered a great view. It was perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. - Location:The hotel is ideally situated in Thaiwoo village, just a short distance from the gondola. This makes it almost ski-in, ski-out, which is incredibly convenient for those eager to hit the slopes. - Ski Facilities: One of the standout features was the included locker room for ski equipment at the ski center. It allowed us to store our gear securely overnight, adding to the convenience of our stay. - Breakfast Options: While the breakfast leaned more towards a Chinese style, there were plenty of options to choose from. I particularly enjoyed the new selection of noodles available this year, which they made fresh for you. It was a unique touch that enhanced the breakfast experience. Overall, Eliments is a fantastic choice for anyone looking to enjoy a ski getaway with excellent amenities and a great location. I would highly recommend it!

Good location, in city center on the north street. Comfortable and convenient. The downside would be the cleanliness and the curtains that need repair (even though the staff changed the room for me but in another room also had broke-down curtain. Breakfast was like in the picture, quite nice. Ahhh and one thing I wonder so much … there was a noice like someone was hammering nails behind the wall or above the ceiling all night. I couldn’t find whether there was that kind of construction. But I heard it while trying to sleep on the bed. I made me feel a bit scared and took long time to sleep. I wonder where those noises were from.
