Das Hotel liegt ganz in der Nähe des Bahnhofs Sannomiya, sodass Sie bequem überall hin gelangen. Unten gibt es überall Restaurants und bei der Blindauswahl gibt es im Grunde keine Überraschungen. Das gegenüberliegende Don Quixote ist 24 Stunden am Tag geöffnet, sodass das Einkaufen sehr bequem ist. Das Hotelfrühstück ist recht zufriedenstellend, mit weniger Auswahl. Ich glaube jedoch nicht, dass es den Preis wert ist. PS: Wenn Sie vom Flughafen Kansai direkt nach Kobe kommen und eine Fähre nehmen, benötigen Sie 40 Minuten, um zum Flughafen Kobe zu gelangen und dann in die Sky Line nach Sannomiya umzusteigen. Für Ausländer gibt es eine Ermäßigung auf das Fährticket Yen, was super kostengünstig ist. In der Nähe des Hotels gibt es eine Metzgerei, die köstliche Kroketten verkauft. Der Name der Metzgerei ist Moritani Shoten. Denken Sie daran, nur die billigsten zu kaufen und sie sofort zu essen, solange sie heiß sind. Es gibt auch ein „One Night One Night“-Izakaya, das ebenfalls sehr lecker und einen Versuch wert ist.

It was great location and facilities as well as the staffs are amazing! The hotel location is perfect, I will go back again in future. Except that the room we were staying on a second booking it's 19th floor opposite elevator area and at night had some noises, loud bang, continuously and the staff informed us that it was a sound from heater system on the upper floor. The noise was loud enough to woke us up from a deep sleep. Staff on the night shift solved the issue by giving us new room just to sleep, few doors away. It was quite enough for us to fall asleep and walked back to our original room to shower and check out. and then in the morning we checked out, the staff was just making a straight face saying sorry about that. I do understand that the morning staff can't do anything else excavations saying sorry but that wasn't a Japanese service mind action I used to experience. Thank you to clerk. Watanabe for assisting me through the double booking and giving us a request we asked on the first day. Kobe port view was amazing, we loved it so much.

Very nice Japanese hotel with good service and facilities (public hot spring bath where women and men are separate and several private hot spring baths that I recommend to book in advance). We also had an amazing massage in the hotel spa. The down side would be that the hotel doesn't offer western beds (only Japansese futons) and that the personnel doesn't speak very good English (but are very nice and are trying their best to help)

Insgesamt hatte ich einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und bietet einen schönen Blick, was die Erfahrung sehr komfortabel machte. Ich war jedoch enttäuscht, dass die Schwimmeinrichtungen eine zusätzliche Gebühr erforderten. Der Eingang in die Lobby war auch ziemlich schwer von der Station zu finden. Noch immer, ein anständiger Aufenthalt insgesamt.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und bereit, mit jeder Anfrage zu helfen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, gut gepflegt und komfortabel während meines Aufenthalts. Die Aussicht auf das Hotel war absolut schön und machte die Erfahrung noch erinnerelicher. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet, mit einer großen Auswahl an leckeren Gerichten. Insgesamt übersteigt alles meine Erwartungen, und ich empfehle dieses Hotel jedem, der einen angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt sucht.

The hotel's design reflects a refined minimalistic luxury, creating an elegant and calming environment. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a blend of comfort and traditional Japanese hospitality.

Der Aufenthalt im Oriental Hotel war fantastisch! Die kostenlose Minibar im Zimmer war eine angenehme Überraschung und bot jederzeit Snacks und Getränke. Der Service war aufmerksam, das Ambiente elegant und das Bett komfortabel – für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Insgesamt bietet dieses Hotel ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Es ist sowohl für Geschäfts- als auch für Freizeitreisende bestens geeignet.

Ich habe ein Zimmer gebucht, ohne einen Zimmertyp anzugeben, wurde aber von einem Doppelzimmer in ein Zweibettzimmer aufgewertet und bekam sogar ein Zimmer im 23. Stock – das war ein wirklich tolles Angebot!

We had a great 1 night stay at this hotel! This was a wonderful experience! Although we only spent 1 night here, as this was meant to be an overnight stop between cities in our travel road trip, this left such a good impression on us, that we would like to come back to Akashi just to stay in this hotel again. The architecture and the hotel design is very cool, 50's kind of vibe, but it's new of course. The hotel has a club lounge where we could unwind after the drive with complimentary snacks and drinks, including alcohol, and all was free and unlimited. The room was super spacious and designed nicely, with a huge hot tube jacuzzi, and since we took the ocean view room, the view overlooking the ocean and bridge was just breath-taking 👌 The breakfast was just right, and they totally accommodated my meal requests and accomplished to have a very good result... 5 stars here and I would totally want to come back!

温泉でゆっくりしたくなって、当日に予約しました。 3歳の子供と2人で宿泊しましたが、窓からの風景を観ると、六甲ライナーが頻繁に通って子供が喜びました。 数年前、独身の時に宿泊して良かった記憶があり、今回子供を連れて訪れてみましたがやっぱり良かったです。 築年齢が古いので、椅子や家具などの古さは感じますが、滞在していて何も支障はありませんでした。 三宮から離れており、六甲ライナーの終電時刻も早いので音に敏感な私にとってとても静かに過ごせて嬉しかったです。うるさいといつも耳栓をしますので…。 フロント近くにはキッズスペースがあり、本や積み木があります。マカロンクッションがカラフルで可愛いです。10月なのに３０度近くあり、暑かったので、子供が靴を脱いで遊べるスペースはありがたいです。 温泉はキレイでいくつかの温度のタイプに分かれており、気持ちいいです。部屋からタオル持参しなくていいところも便利。
