Prior to arrival, I specifically requested a room with reliable Wi-Fi connectivity due to the nature of my work. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal in my room was extremely poor, often showing almost zero bars and experiencing very high latency on both my laptop and mobile devices. Connectivity only improved when standing in the hallways. Additionally, the room had an unpleasant odor throughout my stay. I had to regularly turn on the air conditioning in order to reduce the smell, which was uncomfortable and inconvenient. Lastly, the room was provided with only one pillow, which was insufficient and negatively affected my sleep quality.

friendly staff, hasslefree Check-in & -out; nice & big rooms; well working shower, at TV I only found apps but no TV program; room has well working aircon, If there is traffic, it may be a bit noisy (thats the price for a very good location in the middle of 3 mallls (incl. SM). Breakfast we didnt chose coz it's only for Asian (no English or American breakfast). The value for money is fully ok. The fare to airport is PhP 150.- by TukTuk, or PhP 250.- by cabin-taxi.

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. I stayed for 5 nights. Room is okay, comfy. Smart location as well. Staff are also attentive to your needs. If there would be things for improvement, I think in the cleanliness part, specifically the towels, I notice that some towels are not properly washed even after requesting a new one.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, and housekeeping did a great job throughout my visit. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. The location is very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and nearby attractions. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my stay and feel that the hotel offers great value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Das Zimmer war sicher und komfortabel, obwohl ich etwas verwirrt war über die geschlossene Tür in dem Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren. Der Klimaanlage war nicht so kalt wie ich erwartete, aber es war noch steuerbar. Der Duschewasserdruck war ziemlich niedrig, und es war kein warmes Wasser verfügbar, aber wir konnten während unseres Aufenthalts steuern. Was das Frühstück betrifft, war ich auf ein englisch-irisches Frühstück wie angekündigt, aber es erschien stattdessen ein filipino-Frühstück. Aber das Essen war noch gut. Eine Verbesserung wäre die Ergänzung eines Smart-TV oder die Bereitstellung von Streaming-Diensten wie Netflix, damit die Gäste ihre Abende mehr genießen können, vor allem in der Nacht. Insgesamt hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Trotz einiger kleiner Fragen war die Erfahrung gut, und wir schätzen die Gastfreundschaft, die wir angeboten haben.

The hotel is a very relaxing place. The swimming pool is also great. The breakfast buffet is also worth having. Very nice experience

Die Hotelmitarbeiter hier sind alle Profis. Ihre Betreuung und Arbeit sind sehr gut. Das Essen im Restaurant ist auch sehr lecker. Ich habe mich während meines Aufenthalts sicher und entspannt gefühlt. Danke.
