Bathroom smelt very bad, we know why as it's mouldy on the walls and under the shower tiles black comes up from where the water goes under the bathroom is actually quite dirty a bit of bleach or a strong mould remover would work wonders.. Towel rail just hanging on wall. Nothing to place your things in the bathroom and only a small desk so if you have to keep things in your suitcase as there is no room. Room service had to put the plates of food on the bed yes on the bed as the desk is very small and there is nothing else to use. The staff are very polite and this is what is keeping this hotel going as for us it wouldn't be the rooms. Maintenance would help if you actually repair stuff in the room. The phone system was down so had to keep leaving the room to ask questions about things, number given we couldn't get through to the mobile number.. Being fathers day we had to stay in Zamboanga for 2 days for business and had no choice to stay for the 2 nights otherwise I would have left that night. The second night we had no water coming out the tap not happy. The hot water system has the bathroom light wired in as well and when you are showering the light flickers like a disco. Seems quite dangerous. Overall the bathroom has let the room down and even the dust on top of things, I'm tall so I see it all. I can actually let the room pass but definitely not the stinky bathroom and the health hazard mould.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und sauber, aber WLAN gibt es nur in der Nähe der Lobby. Das Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn im Waschraum war so dünn, dass ich lange brauchte, um mein Gesicht zu waschen. Wie Philipine es immer tut, schmeiß es in deinen Mund. Der Glasbecher war auch enttäuschend. Das Gemüse im Frühstücksbuffet war zu hart und ich hatte Mühe, es zu kauen.

It was a good place for a large group to stay. The water supply is very good, amenities as well. It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city. Areas for improvement: Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in. We waited quite a long time to attend. The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time. The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable. Words of appreciation to the management: We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking. We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city. Overall, the place is still recommended. I will consider it in the future and include to Plan the transportation. Sehr günstige Lage in der Nähe von Gaisano Mall und einfacher Zugang zum Transport. Basishotel mit guter Aircon und Wall TV montiert. Keine Dusche und kein Aufzug.

Das Hotel war schön. Ich erinnere mich, vor Jahrzehnten im Hotel zu bleiben, als ich ein Kind war, so war es nostalgisch. Das Hotel ist entspannt und nett. Die Zimmer (Wir blieben im neuen Gebäude) wir sauber, nett und modern. Die Fernsehgeräte waren jedoch ein wenig grundlegender. Das Restaurant hat sehr lange Wartezeiten, aber das Essen war wirklich schmeckt. Leider sahen wir tatsächlich eine massive Ratte, die uns im Restaurant überquerte. Es war aber seltsam nicht zu viel stört uns. Ich empfehle noch immer, im Hotel zu bleiben. Es ist günstig in der Nähe der Stadt und des Flughafens. Die Zimmer waren schön und komfortabel.

The hotel location is very good. The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule). Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking. Still we will book again in the future. Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured. Service rates as good for the lady staff that assisted us. Recommendation: pls invest in changing all the towels and bedsheets it is obvious that need to replace to look clean. Thank you.
