Großes Hotel für seine Lage und für seine Dienstleistungen. Das Personal der Rezeption ist super angenehmen und das Reinigungspersonal ebenso. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielfältig mit lokalen Qualitätsprodukten. Wir werden bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Durango sicher wiederholen.

Das lächelnde Personal spricht sehr gut Französisch. Zwei wirklich schlechte Punkte sind jedoch das Zimmer für Menschen mit Behinderungen auf dem Treppenabsatz, direkt am Aufzug, und insbesondere der Zugang für alle anderen Gäste, mit oder ohne Kinder, die keinen Respekt vor den Menschen in den Zimmern haben.
Das Abendpersonal, das sich direkt darunter befindet (auf einer nicht geschlossenen Etage), hört die Kinder rennen und schreien und sagt nichts, und das bis 23:30 Uhr.
Das als Restaurant bezeichnete Essen ist eher ein Snack als ein Restaurant. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist zu teuer, aber es ist genau das Richtige. Daher wahrscheinlich der Preis.
Schade, denn die Zimmer sind groß und sauber, das Personal an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sehr freundlich.

Buena atención, amabilidad del personal, esta fácil de llegar, con servicios de restauración cercanos. Por poner un pero no había en el baño algún elemento de jabón o similar salvo el jabón con dosificador. Espaciosa la habitación. Confortable. Acceso a la wifi y uso de ordenadores en la sala central, buen detalle. De hecho ya estuve alojado hace un tiempo. Me gusta mucho la zona, para andar , hacer monte.....

飛行場から徒歩圏のため、慣れないバスに乗らなくても移動可能です。今回は一泊でしたがフロントスタッフは陽気で親しみやすいし、プールもあるから次は二泊でもいいな。フランス側も近いからスペインと両方楽しめるのも良いと思います。
スリッパはないので、室内履きが欲しい人は自分で用意が必要です。

Durante una breve estancia en Vitoria, pernocté en el Holiday Inn Express Vitoria por motivos de trabajo como conductor de bus de un grupo. En general, la experiencia fue muy positiva:
- Ubicación y aparcamiento: El hotel está situado en el polígono industrial de Júndiz, en las afueras, lo cual facilita el aparcamiento y para autocar.) Permite acceder rápidamente a la A‑1 y al centro de Vitoria en menos de 10 minutos 
Personal y servicio: El equipo de recepción y bar fue
amable.
Habitaciones e instalaciones: La habitación era espaciosa, limpia, sin ruidos y con buen descanso por la noche. Las zonas comunes también se mantienen correctas
Desayuno: El desayuno buffet básico, cumplió
su función .
Entorno: Es una zona tranquila, sin grandes opciones a pie

GGastnutzerThe pension is easy to find, and staff are very helpful. Beds are comfortable; coffee and tea are available; everything is clean.
The only difficulty might be is there is only one bathroom for all the guests. We were here in low season, so didn't have much difficulty, but I can imagine problems in the high season.
The pension is in the old part of San Sebastian, so visiting the most picturesque parts is easy, as is visiting nearby villages.
Local food is excellent.
I highly recommend this pension; excellent value for your money. It's the best base for exploring this part of the Basque Country.

Review:
1. Very cold room and bathroom. The room and especially the bathroom were extremely cold. When the air conditioner is turned on for heating, it blows directly onto the heads of people sleeping in the bed, making it uncomfortable and difficult to breathe.
2. Very noisy. The room faces a busy street. People were talking and making noise outside throughout the night. The sound insulation is very poor.
3. Extremely small room. The room is clearly designed for one person (this is even indicated on the hotel’s floor plan), but we were accommodated there as two guests. There is almost no space to place luggage or personal belongings. The bathroom also has no shelves at all.
4. Uncomfortable toilet placement. The toilet is positioned in such a way that it can only be used diagonally, which I consider completely unacceptable.
5. Missing desk shown in photos. The room photos showed a writing desk, but it was not actually present. We had to spend time requesting and arranging for a desk to be brought to the room, as it was necessary for work.
6. Parking information is misleading. The hotel description states that parking is available, but in reality it is about a 15-minute walk away. This is very inconvenient when traveling with luggage. We only discovered this upon arrival. This information was not communicated in advance. There is also nowhere near the hotel to stop even for 5 minutes to unload luggage. Additionally, there is no reception desk at the hotel, so it is difficult to quickly ask for assistance.

Our priority when booking was the room size and budget, so we reserved a 32m² City View room.
At check-in, the hotel staff offered us an ”upgrade.” He said that for an additional €25 per day, we could ”upgrade,” so we agreed.
However, while the room did have a Sea View, the size was downgraded to just 21m². I told them that paying €25 to have a smaller room was a downgrade, but they insisted that the view had been upgraded.
I asked to be moved back to the room we originally booked, but the staff ignored my request for an entire day.
Let me ask you this: if you went to see a new landscape, and the view changed, how would you describe it? You wouldn’t say the landscape itself was ”upgraded,” would you? You’d say the view was different or better.
The following day, I finally got a response from the staff. They told me I’d need to pay an additional €70 per day if I wanted a 32m² Sea View room.
While the hotel facilities and scenery are excellent, the staff are focused entirely on business and seem to aim to squeeze every extra euro from their guests.
In the end, we ended up paying the €25.

Las habitaciones son bastante sencillas y el aislamiento acústico podría mejorar, ya que se escucha con claridad lo que ocurre en las habitaciones contiguas. Una de las noches, por ejemplo, llegamos a oír claramente la conversación del señor de la habitación de al lado.
En cuanto a la habitación, no destaca especialmente por nada en particular. Algo que llama la atención al entrar es el olor, que es bastante perceptible al principio, aunque uno termina acostumbrándose. Sospecho que proviene de las cortinas.
El hotel está bien ubicado, en una zona muy tranquila. Eso sí, si planeas moverte a pie, ten en cuenta que el regreso puede ser algo exigente por las cuestas. La gran ventaja de su localización es el fácil acceso desde cualquier punto sin necesidad de atravesar el centro de la ciudad, ya que está muy bien conectado con autopistas y carreteras principales.
El desayuno merece una mención especial: muy completo, con gran variedad y productos de calidad.

The hotel provided seamless airport pick-up and drop-off, making our travel stress-free. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, ensuring a comfortable stay. We were particularly impressed with the peaceful and welcoming environment, perfect for relaxation.
The complimentary breakfast was outstanding, offering a great variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional customer service team—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile.

HHosanChoose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city.
What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage.
The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers.
We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom.
The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

GGastnutzerIch habe dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es ruhig gelegen war, die doppelt verglasten Fenster des Zimmers mir einen erholsamen Schlaf von über acht Stunden pro Nacht ermöglichten und ich die Stadt bequem mit dem Bus erreichen konnte.
Zu Ihrer Information: Die Taxikosten vom und zum Flughafen San Sebastian betrugen insgesamt 90 €. Auf diese Kosten hat weder das Hotel noch andere Hotels Einfluss.
