The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Die Familie kommt mit 4 Betten (anstatt 2 wie in der Beschreibung trip.com angegeben). Zimmer ist ziemlich geräumig, Bett ist ein bisschen hart und Bad ist ein bisschen eng, aber insgesamt noch komfortabel. Die Lage ist gut, Spazierweiterung zu JR Stationen, Aeon mit guten Sorten von Lebensmitteln am Lebensmittelhof. Nahe der großen Kamera, Animation, Donki und viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch bei Aeon. Wird sicherlich wieder hier bleiben.

This was my second time staying at Abest Grande Hotel, and once again, the experience was excellent. The service is extremely good — all staff are very polite, welcoming, and always greet guests with a genuine smile. We were offered a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. The staff were also very helpful in calling a restaurant on our behalf to assist with making a reservation, which we truly appreciated. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long day. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby transportation, restaurants, and shopping areas, making it a great base for exploring the city. Overall, the hospitality made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of throughout the stay. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

かなり綺麗で素敵なホテルでした。 アメニティが少し不足していましたが、フロントに連絡したところ、すぐに持ってきてくださいました。 また食事用の割り箸も提供してくれて助かりました。 チェックイン前にも関わらず、フロントで荷物を預かってくださいました。 アフタヌーンティーもとても美味しかったです。 美観地区が真横ですぐ行けるロケーションも最高でした。

Die Lage, die Dienstleistungen und die Reinigung und die Einrichtungen waren sehr großartig. Aber die Zimmer waren einfach zu klein und unkomfortabel. Wir konnten nicht 2 Stücke von 24-inch Gepäck platzieren. Unfähig, viel Frühstück & das Bad waren gut & seine schöne Außenseite war schön zu hang out, aber die Zimmer waren nicht gut zu ruhen. Personal waren groß und Frühstück war auch sehr gut. Insgesamt ist es eine gute Erfahrung.

先日夫婦で2泊3日で利用しました 繁華街ということもありホテル周辺に 飲み屋が多く夜寝る時の騒音が気になりました ホテル自体は問題無く快適に過ごせました ウェルカムドリンクもかなり利用させて頂きましたし 朝食もおかずが沢山ありおいしく頂けました 食事をする場所もパーテーションで区切りつつ適度な周りとの距離感が取れてて過ごしやすかったです 2泊目は耳栓を用意したので快適に眠る事が出来ました 3日目の朝食は2日目とまた少し違った料理もあり 飽きずに楽しめました 何しろ無料なので有難かったです 荷物の配送もお願い出来たり 駅近でお店も多く色々と便利でした

Ein recht nettes Hotel mit fairen, angemessenen und erschwinglichen Preisen in der Gegend mit verkehrsgünstiger Lage, mit Shuttle-Bus-Service für Reisende, Abholzeit muss vorab reserviert werden. Das Frühstück war gut und lecker und bot eine große Auswahl an guten Speisen. Ich werde das Hotel allen Arten von Reisenden mehr als gerne empfehlen.

Es ist sehr nahe Bikan-Bezirk, das Hotel ist sehr gut! Das Café unten ist auch sehr modisch und der Ladenmitarbeiter ist sehr freundlich. Das Auto ist im nahegelegenen Stadtpark, aber Fußgänger können ankommen.

Das Hotel ist sehr bequem in der Nähe. Es gibt zwei bequeme Geschäfte und ein Restaurant in der Nähe des Hotels. Die Einrichtungen des Hotels sind auch sehr gut. Aber manchmal ist die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen, 々 manchmal ist die Tür nicht richtig geschlossen. Beim Frühstück können Sie japanische und westliche Gerichte wählen. Ich habe japanische Gerichte gegessen, aber aufgrund der Menge der Artikel ist es sehr lecker. Aber das Frühstück beginnt um 7 Uhr, so dass es möglicherweise schwer zu essen ist, je nach Abreisezeit. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr gut, es ist ein gutes Hotel.

Die Landschaft ist so schön, sehr komfortabel und erstklassiger Service! Die Inhaberin und das Fahrpersonal sind nett und freundlich! Wenn Sie einen jrpass kaufen, können Sie einen Abhol- und Bringtermin vereinbaren. Es ist kostenlos am Bahnhof Kurayoshi und Autobahngebühren am Bahnhof Tsuyama, aber es lohnt sich. Zeit ist Geld. Ich habe ein kleines Geschenk gemacht, bevor ich endlich gegangen bin, und freue mich darauf, beim nächsten Mal wieder dorthin zu gehen!
