Well kept older hotel with huge rooms and great bathrooms. Biggest rooms and bathrooms we've had in Japan! Very clean and comfy beds. Great staff and very close to historical district.

Das Abendessen und das Frühstück sind sehr lecker. Es ist etwas weit von der Orte, an denen die Tongcheng-Ein-Tages-Reiseanlage gelegen ist, aber ich werde mich im Hotel entspannen, so dass die richtige Antwort ist. Ich habe es langsam in den warmen Schrank gelegt. Der offene Pool ist auch gut.

The staff I came came across were all very polite and had welcoming smiles, no matter at the reception desk or the restaurant on 20/F. I enjoyed my stay here, but it felt comparable to the 3 star hotels, just slightly better especially thanks to the fabulous breakfast and location of breakfast…If hotels have half stars, i would think it’s’more of a 3.5 star hotel instead of a 4. I have a few suggestions which the hotel can look into to improve in the future. 3 Things to improve on: 1) I picked this hotel because I read other reviews saying the hotel is connected to a bridge from the Okayama station. This is true but unfortunately there were no signs in the station to guide travellers unlike another hotel like Granvia. Google suggested that I look for the west exit which I did, but I ended up being at the ground level hence had to bring big suitcase all the stairs…then I spotted the bridge and ANA crowne plaza from the street 2) cleanliness can be improved. There’s a UCC drip coffee machine in the room. I don’t drink coffee, and the box for the drip coffee selection was refilled. However I spotted a used capsule on the floor near the wall. The bin was not blocking the view, so the cleaners could’ve easily spotted the rubbish if they had been a little more careful and looked under the table when they have to clear out the rubbish bin anyway. 3) I sent a message to the hotel via TRIP.com. The message wasn’t replied promptly, as in within a few hours. Ultimately it didn’t matter anymore, I arrived at the hotel before somebody managed to reply me. Maybe it’s the system that’s problematic which may have caused a lag? Or staff only look at mails/messages when not too busy at the front desk?

Affordable place with short walk to the train station. Room is very big for Japan budget hotel standards. Hotel is not the newest but it has everything you need. Toilet feels new and room is clean. The included breakfast is sufficient and you will be satisfied if you don’t expect too much.

Gute Lage. Supermarkt im Grundstück und Restaurant auf Ebene 1. Ein kurzer Spaziergang vom Bahnhof. Einrichtungen im Hotel sind superb, Onsen, Wasserdispenser, kostenlose Getränke (auch Alochols) am Abend jeden Tag und morgen Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung. Die Mitarbeiter sind so wunderbar und gastfreundlich, sie versuchen ihr Bestes zu kommunizieren in Englisch. Sie schickten Sie beim Anlanden beim Aufzug, wenn Sie den Tag verlassen. Der einzige Nebenteil ist das Toilette im Zimmer. Es gibt einen hohen Schritt, um in und aus zu kommen.

Excellent hotel, especially for travelers arriving by train — the location directly connected to Okayama Station makes everything extremely convenient. Rooms are spacious by Japanese standards, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was professional, polite, and efficient. Breakfast was impressive with a wide selection and high quality products. A perfect base for exploring Okayama and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again.

Das Zimmer ist groß, komfortabel, sauber. Die Empfänger und der Parkführer sind sehr freundlich und komfortabel. Ich möchte es noch einmal verwenden, wenn ich hier bin.

Was für ein fantastisches Start für meine zweite Reise nach Japan! Ich hatte so einen erstaunlichen Aufenthalt hier. Der Ort ist ruhig und ruhig, und ich schlief wirklich gut. Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, was die Erfahrung noch besser machte. Ich liebte den Raum und die Stadt so sehr, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt für eine weitere Nacht verlängerte. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Best location and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful and peaceful. Service is good although the room is quite small for two single beds. Easy short walk to attractions and parking fee is also reasonable
