However, we initially struggled to find it due to incorrect location pinning on the app, which caused some confusion. I highly recommend the owner address this issue to make it easier for future guests to locate the property. Once we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm and accommodating staff, who made us feel welcome from the start. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, equipped with essential amenities such as a TV, a hot and cold shower, and a functional air conditioning unit that added to our comfort. The ambiance of the location is also noteworthy—quiet and relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Overall, I had a positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this accommodation to my friends. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Ich war enttäuscht über den Kundenservice, den ich empfangen habe. Ich kam am 5. Mai um 2 Uhr an und die Empfangsperson war nicht zu Hause Sie schien irritabel und in schlechtem Stimmung. Einer ihrer Mitarbeiter, ein junger Mann, war sehr aufmerksam und half mir sogar mit meinen Sachen und hielt mit meinem Taxi. Im Lobby bemerkte ich, dass ihr Kollege sie aus einem Nap aufwachen musste. Es war klar, dass sie sich von dem Moment, als ich ankam, verärgert hat. Sie fragte, ob ich eine Buchung hatte, und ich erläuterte, dass ich früher gefragt habe, aber das Formular nicht ausfüllen konnte, weil meine Telefonbatterie gestorben war. Sie sah sich offensichtlich irritiert aus. Ich habe sogar erwähnt, dass gute Kundenservice und eine angenehme Einstellung wichtig sind, vor allem in späten Stunden. Es ist nicht richtig, dass sie in schlechtem Stimmung ist, und mag mog-ot nur weil ihr Schlaf unterbrochen wurde. Dies sollte zum Wohle anderer Gäste verbessert werden. Wir buchen immer bei Jotel in Davao, aber das ist das erste Mal, dass ich schlechte Kundenservice erlebt habe.

The place is near the Roxas night market and it is accessible to many mode of transportation.

This is the place for any traveler who wants both a comfortable stay & good service at affordable rate. It was wonderful and I will definitely stay there again.☺️

The room is small but clean, with minimal amenities. Location is near SM Davao.. The apartelle has nice interior design.. Its value for money!

The shower has low water pressure and it takes time to finish showering. The door swipe key is not working for the third time. My son went to the receptionist for 3rd time, and same problem, still not working. They give me the keys at the 4th time. The room is not sound proof. I can even hear the other room cellphone ringing and the alarm keeps on sounding.

Great location and friendly receptionist! Room was much better than expected (there were a few not-so-good reviews online) - big, clean and cold aircon. Toilet was also just nice size. Overall, great value given the price and location (10 mins walk to Poblacion and Roxas Night Market, but far enough for peace and quiet at night). Would stay here again if I'm in Davao. Only downside is, there is no free bag storage after you check out. If you want to deposit your bag, you will have to book another night with them.

Das Zimmer ist ein bunk-Typ mit eigenem WC, das für Freunde oder Alleinreisende nicht für Familien angemessen ist. Es ist den Preis wert. Das Menü ist für Tage die gleiche, so dass ich nicht weiß, ob sie andere Menü für Frühstück anbieten.

Der Besitzer ist so großzügig und freundlich, dass sie uns zu früh prüfen, weil wir 8am ankommen und wir haben Zeit, zu schlafen, sie haben auch Nahrungsmittel und Getränke und der Ort ist ruhig und entspannt. Sehr gute Dienstleistungen.
