The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. The self-service breakfast was plentiful and hygienic. The hotel lobby was comfortable, with a bar where you could enjoy a drink in the evening while watching sports or tv shows. The room was clean and tidy. The parking lot charges a fee, but I arrived on Saturday night and was able to park on the street for free until Sunday, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

Was a really clean, welcoming hotel experience. The room was great, plenty of space & felt very relaxed throughout my stay. Bed was nice and comfortable. Room did feel a little warm at times, even with the temp turned down. Staff at the front desk were really lovely. Happily stay at this hotel again.

Shower didn’t work! Buzzing noise overnight which disturbed sleep

Excellent service and good facilities. The hotel is about 30 minutes walk to the train station. There is a pub next door for food and drink . I would recommend staying here as it’s convenient and affordable

As a solo traveler, I felt right at home at The St. James Hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any request. The Pelham Hotel was a pleasant surprise! As a solo traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff and the cozy, clean room. While the location isn't in the heart of a bustling city, it's perfect for a quiet getaway. The on-site pub was a great spot to unwind after a long day. It might not be a five-star luxury, but for a comfortable and affordable stay, the Pelham Hotel definitely hits the mark!

Im ersten Stock kann ich also nicht einige kleine Insekten vermeiden, aber im Allgemeinen ist es immer noch sehr klar, die Lage ist auch sehr gut, die Tür ist ein Restaurant, es gibt einen Supermarkt und viele andere Geschäfte umgeben, und es ist sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie auf Reisen kommen! Aber der Preis ist sehr instabil.

Grandson stayed here for a week comfortable & accessible for his job
