Die Prüfung war schnell. Wir freuen uns auf hier zu bleiben, als wir gerade aus Cartagena kamen und mit Movich zu bleiben und es war wunderbar. Leider ist der Movich in Barranquilla müde. Wir gingen ins Zimmer und die Teppiche waren scharf. Wir buchten eine Suite und es war ein bunker. Es hatte ein kleines Fenster, das sah aus, als wäre es in den Jahren nicht gereinigt worden. Die Möbel im Zimmer waren verbraucht. Tote Pflanzen und gebrochene Fußbodenfliesen. Als Sie das Fenster aussehen, sahen Sie keine Aussicht und es sah in rustige alte Klimaanlagen. Wir gingen unten und verweigerten das Zimmer. Ich werde sagen, ich fühlte mich, als ob das Hotel die Situation handhabte. Sie gab uns eine höhere Etage Suite, der Manager und zwei zusätzliche Mitarbeiter gingen zum ersten und zum zweiten Zimmer und erkannten, dass es sauberer sein musste. Sie haben ein Abendessen gekauft. In den nächsten Tagen sahen Sie eine Bemühung, die Böden zu reinigen, weil wir sie früh am Morgen in den Hallen hören konnten. Ich werde sagen, dass dieses Hotels Lebensmittel ausgezeichnet war. Es war das Beste, was wir in unserem 14-Tage-Aufenthalt im Land hatten.

A very good and convenient location with unstandingly friendly and helpful staff. The room, however, is just what you need as even toilet paper has to be asked for at the reception. I’d say you get what you pay for.

My stay was very good, the staff was professional and helpful. My only complaint was the imposed tax on Colombian citizens. I believe, I should be given the benefits of a foreign visitor. Colombia has forced us US citizens to have dual citizenship if you were born in Colombia, so they can penalize us with their tax laws. I’m a U.S. citizen I’ve lived in the US for 53 years. I paid the taxes because I came to Barranquilla to have a great time and I truly did, I didn’t come to argue or dispute their laws. The problem was that I decided to extend my stay at the hotel not knowing that I would have to pay the taxes again, that upset me and expressed my feelings. But the staff are there to do their jobs. When I read the fine print with booking connections it mentioned that the tax would apply if I was staying at the hotel for more than 60 days, I only 6 days maybe I totally misunderstood the information.

Check in was super slow, just 1 person at reception made checking in a big waste of time. The room was ok, a bit dated already. The water from the shower took ages to be hot and sometimes it didnt even went very hot. Breakfast was ok, not Amazing but had most of what youd expect although the restaurant itself had zero ambience, same as the lobby, not a nice place. big plain simple areas. Nothing alusive to the country.. or the city or the culture.. sad place. Bed was good and pillows also. Mini bar was well stuffed.

Todo muy aseado , el desayuno ok , falta como más trabajo en equipo para que todo el personal tenga la misma información , o que tengan información . Unos saben y otros no . No había señal de tv . No había caja de seguridad que para mi es súper importante . Hay mejores hoteles en Barranquilla por menor precio .

Lovely hôtel, sweetly designed, breakfast tend to be smaller than the usual buffet, but I think it is better quality. only 4/5 on cleaness because there could have been a little more vaccum in the room but nothing disturbing. Bed are very very clean and the room as well overall. Aircon doesn’t smell.

I had a great stay, better than I expected. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The service and the breakfast was top of the line service. I approached anything with an open mind, I truly recommend this hotel and would stay here again, the location was perfect.

Mi estadía en el Hotel Windsor fue excelente. La habitación era espaciosa, moderna y muy limpia. La cama supercómoda, lo que me aseguró un descanso perfecto. La ubicación es ideal, cerca de buenos restaurantes y sitios de interés. Lo que más destaco es el personal, siempre muy amable y atento, haciéndote sentir bienvenido en todo momento. Sin duda, es una gran opción en Barranquilla por su calidad, comodidad y buen servicio. ¡Volveré!

A very comfortable hotel with very friendly and helpful owners. I was only there for one night but I felt right at home. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the area around Santa Veronica

No es mi primera vez en el hotel. El personal increíblemente atento y agradable. Los chicos de restaurante siempre con una sonrisa te hacen sentir en confianza. Les doy un 10 Especial mención a los chicos de recepción! ALAN Y MELANIE. Muy. Profesionales, y me ayudaron muchísimo! Espero verlos ahí siempre! Tuve una experiencia horrible con el servicio de lavandería el cual fue asombrosamente costoso, y para colmo me estropearon la ropa ya que no debieron meterla en secadora o lavarla en agua caliente. Me encogieron la ropa y se estropeó. El gerente, el señor Félix Marrugo muy agradable se ofreció a dar una solución. En resumen el hotel en general excelente ! Y el personal de 10
