My recent stay at the Royal Bath Hotel was nothing short of delightful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service. Our room was beautifully appointed with a stunning view of the sea, and the luxurious amenities made us feel truly pampered. The hotel's location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and within easy walking distance of all the attractions. We enjoyed delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant, where the food was expertly prepared and the service was attentive without being intrusive. The leisure facilities were top-notch, and we spent many happy hours relaxing in the pool and sauna. Overall, our experience at the Royal Bath Hotel was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Allgemein war alles großartig. Wir schlagen vor, eine Matrix zu ändern, da wir und unsere Freunde schreckliche Rückenschmerzen hatten, aber das ist natürlich nur eine Präferenz und nicht jeder will eine harte Matrix, wie wir es tun. Abgesehen davon lieben wir es alle in diesem Hotel. Danke .

Double sea view room with balcony. Spacious bedroom with nice seating area. Clean and in good decorative order. Comfy bed, quality linen. Wonderful, original metal-framed window and French door opening out onto huge balcony. Unfortunately, the sea view tuned out to be when looking left from the end of the balcony and not from the actual bedroom. Kettle needed descaling. Bathroom well appointed, nice towels and quality Elemis toiletries, but would benefit from a really thorough deep clean and a lick of paint. Absolutely fabulous public rooms, not ‘dated’, as some reviews suggest, but furniture and fixtures appropriately in keeping with the style and period of the building. Wonderful! Beautiful outdoor pool area and indoor spa. Lots of outdoor seating areas. Extensive woodland to the rear of the hotel. Just a few minutes walk to Knoll Beach, through the hotel’s extensive grounds (which includes tennis courts and a golf course) just over the road. Absolutely no information provided about any of these brilliant amenities, or indeed anything at all, in our bedroom. Also, no information about Wi-Fi, no information about breakfast times, no information about how to even contact Reception on the telephone provided in the room … The food at the evening meal was exceptional but was let down by the very slow service as staff focused on setting tables for the following day’s breakfast - which turned out to be so disappointing that it was hard to believe that both meals had originated from the same kitchen.

Amazing stay at Hotel Celebrity. Located very near to the scenic view, it offers great and spacious rooms. I stayed at room number 246 and the room was quite spacious clean tidy along with a private bathroom that had a bath tub. The stay was very comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to any query a customer might have. Breakfast includes bacon and other vegetarian options but there was just one spoon to use for bacon as well as the vegetarian options which can lead to cross contamination and for someone like me who does not eat bacon it was a deal breaker. However if a separate spoon would be kept to avoid cross contamination then it would have been even more amazing. Overall the stay and the locality is nice and the staff is quite friendly too. Would highly recommend Hotel Celebrity to everyone willing to travel to Bournemouth for a vacation or leisure time.

We had a 3 day stay at the Harbour Hotel in Christchurch. We ate dinner there twice - once at ”The Upper Deck” and once at ”The Jetty”. Both meals were excellent: we had lovely tables, the food was great and the service made us feel special. The experience at breakfast was the same, with attentive service from all the staff and great food served on the open veranda. Although we were using the hotel as a base for our walks around the area, we also used the spa which was well maintained and had all the facilities you could want. We did have an issue with our assigned room which was not as ordered from Trip.com. Although the reception team reconfirmed they had allocated the room accurately based on what Trip.com had ordered for us, the Cherry the reception manager took it on herself to compensate us for the mismatch. From start to finish the service at The Harbour was outstanding. All the staff that served us in reception, the bar, the restaurants and the spa were helpful, efficient and friendly. Although our room was smaller than we'd ordered, it was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. All in all, this was one of the nicest hotels we've stayed in, this in no small part due to the professionalism and caring attitude of the staff team. We will return !

Das Hotel selbst ist ein bisschen müde, aber das Zimmer, in dem wir geblieben waren, war ohne Spott, wir hatten saubere Blätter und Handtücher jeden Tag Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Die Mitarbeiter waren so hilfreich und freundlich, ich selbst und unser 7-jähriger benutzte den Pool und Spielraum jeden Tag .Wir haben nur für zwei Nächte gebucht, aber wir sind glücklich, dass wir das gleiche Zimmer für eine zusätzliche Nacht reservieren . würde definitiv empfehlen Laguna Hotel bereits suchen Buchung auf für 2024. Angesichts der Schulurlaub fanden wir das Laguna Hotel sehr vernünftig bezahlt, vor allem angesichts aller Fasciences, die sie haben, die in den Preis Ihres Aufenthalts enthalten sind.

Geblieben ein paar Nächte war es billiger, auf der Hauptstraße zu parken, dann was es war, Hotel für Parkplätze zu zahlen, Zimmer ein bisschen auf der kleinen Seite mit kleinem TV auf der Wand, nicht extra für Frühstück zu zahlen, so dass Sie nicht wissen, was es war oder haben Zeit, die Einrichtungen zu nutzen, Unser Zimmer war sauber und das Badezimmer war sauber würde sicher wieder zum Hotel gehen
