We are so happy and satisfied with this hotel until the day we checked out. We were accused of taking the laundry bag which is worth 300k Uzbek SUM. I went up with 2 staff and it turned out it was in the drawer all the time (the funny thing is I never even touched it.) I don’t blame these 2 staff as I know it is their responsibility to make sure nothing was missing/stolen (though next time it would be appreciated if they can check it more thoroughly.)
What truly pissed me off is the attitude from another female staff at the reception named Zarifa. From the moment we checked out, she just looked grumpy and when my friend said “we never used it”, she reacted with “I am sure you did” in a very rude way! Even later on, it turned out to be in the drawer in the room, she was not even apologetic (the other 2 staff at least said “sorry for the mistake.”
This is one of the 2 five star hotels in Samarkand and I just hope what we paid at this hotel is equivalent to the amount of respect you show to your customers. The hotel really NEEDS to put more training in your staff’s service.
By the way, we had a really nice chat with another staff named “Firdav” at the first floor bar (if I remember his name correctly, he is tall and bit skinny). He had worked in Hilton for 2 years and the professionalism and politeness he demonstrated is just another level. PLEASE LEARN FROM HIM THAT HOW A STAFF AT 5 STAR HOTEL SHOULD BEHAVE AND TREAT THEIR GUESTS!!
Отличный вариант для остановки в Самарканде. До Регистана можно дойти пешком минут за 15-20. В соседнем доме по улице находится кафе, где готовят Самаркандский плов.
Номера просторные, есть спа-зона с небольшим бассейном, хаммамом и сауной. Правда, сауна и хаммам были не сильно прогреты.
The service and location were great. In terms of the hotel room itself, it was okay, but not great. The bathroom was very hot, and it seemed the AC didn't reach there. To make a queen bed, they pushed two twins together, and there is a strange and hard divet in the middle of the bed that hurt my back when I woke up. I appreciated the baths and sauna, but they could've been cleaner.
What I took issue with was the random people loitering in the hotel courtyard. I had a random man come up to me who wasn't staying in the hotel who asked me if I was a **********. I appreciated that the hotel took quick action when they heard about this, but I think there should be better security in the courtyard.

We stayed on the 16th floor and the view was amazing. AC truly kept us cool during summer heat. Breakfast buffet had varieties of Uzbek food. Overall, we had a great stay.
I have to say we will give the reception guy 6 stars up to five. We have to catch up the train in the early morning around 1am, so that we need to stay in the lounge for around 4hours.The reception guy, with my great respect and grateful, stay up the whole night with us, no rest and give water and turn on for us. In the end, support us for communicating with the driver and carry the luggages for us, with no tips(sorry we dont have change cash at that moments)

Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained.
Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present.
Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food.
A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Sehr gutes Hotel ist nicht weit von den Attraktionen entfernt, das Hotel selbst ist sehr neu und reichhaltig, es gibt alles, die Rezeption ist sehr bescheiden, es gibt einen Bedarf, wir sind 8 Uhr morgens ein Zug, und ich sage der Rezeption vorab, uns zum Frühstück vorzubereiten, und alle sind bereit.

LLee LI ChuDas Zimmer ist sehr groß. Die Zimmer sind neu, Betten und Beleuchtung sind großartig. Die Service-Einstellung des Personals im Depot ist auch super gut. Es erfüllt unsere Bedürfnisse! ㄧ Ein paar Schritte vom Hotel entfernt, um ein super großes Supermarktleben zu erreichen, sollte alles sein.
Das Einzige ist, dass es drei Kilometer von der zentralen Attraktion entfernt ist, aber es gibt keine Unannehmlichkeiten, wenn man billiger fahren kann.
