Отель новый, достаточно чистый, комфортный. У нас был прекрасный вид из номера на канал. В стоимость нашего номера входила возможность посещения лаундж-зоны, где в течение дня можно было выпить чай/соки/газировку, а также в определённое время накрывали полноценный приём пищи. В целом было ощущение атмосферы курорта, где можно расслабиться в спа и около бассейна на улице. До основных исторических достопримечательностей 20 минут на такси, ждали машины недолго. Рано утром в аэропорт машина из яндекса также приехала в течение 10 минут, но можно воспользоваться сервисом заказа такси на ресепшн. В ранний выезд мы попросили собрать нам боксы с завтраком, все сделали в лучшем виде.

Прекрасный отель. Номера и общественные зоны безупречны. Чувствуется, что здесь уделяют огромное внимание деталям: свежее бельё, ежедневная уборка. Даже в самых оживлённых уголках отеля, например в ресторане или у бассейна, порядок. Встретили тепло, помогли с багажом и быстро заселили. Сотрудники на ресепшене всегда готовы подсказать маршрут, заказать такси. СПА включает хамам, сауну, бассейн, и множество процедур, чтобы расслабиться. Бассейн работает до 23:00, спа- процедуры по предварительной брони, спортзал 24/7. Отель расположен на набережной гребного канала, до центра минут 20 на такси.

Am 8. März war Nebensaison. Es waren wenige Leute im Hotel, die Zimmer waren sauber und ordentlich. Es waren nicht genügend Bademäntel im Zimmer vorhanden und ich hätte dem Kosmetikset noch etwas Feuchtigkeitspflege für den Körper (Creme) hinzugefügt. Korkenzieher und Gläser. Insgesamt eine Empfehlung, auch die Nutzung des Spa-Bereichs ist zu empfehlen. Außerhalb der Saison war niemand da, genau so wie ich es mag)

We were very satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Although it’s rated 4 stars, it offers amenities and service comparable to some 5-star hotels. Our room was spacious, featuring a balcony, a spotless bathroom, and four complimentary bottles of water although we are a couple. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, arranging our private visit to the SPA and swimming pool, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was delicious, with a wider and better selection than some nearby 5-star hotels. The only downsides were the location of the rooms, which are separate from the main building, the absence of an elevator, and open-air corridors connecting the rooms to the dining and SPA areas. This can be uncomfortable during colder months like February, so dressing warmly is advisable. This hotel is definitely THE BEST DEAL you can find in the area and it's just 10 minutes walk from the main attraction in Samarkand.

レギスタン広場まで徒歩15分くらい。ミニショップまで7分くらい。旧市街の奥まった住宅街にある。 中庭が気持ちよく、テラスの席で風を感じる。朝食は個別にサーブされる。果物を結構盛ってくれる。 室内は廊下で靴を脱ぐ。4泊したが3日目に掃除とタオル類の取り替えがあった。 部屋には歯ブラシはあるがコップがない。 冷房の効きも良い。シャワールーム、適温水流良し。 帰路チェックアウトしオーナーの手配した車で鉄道駅まで無料で送ってもらう。 宿のオーナー、長男はフレンドリーで英語でいろいろ話しかけてくれる。

We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the front desk manager kindly upgraded our room to a suite in celebration of my wife's upcoming birthday—a thoughtful gesture that set the tone for our visit. The suite, featuring a separate bedroom and living room, was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Breakfast was delicious, offering a wide range of continental options. While I would have appreciated more local dishes, the variety and quality were excellent. Both the reception and dining staff were friendly, attentive, and eager to assist. The SPA area and swimming pool were spacious, clean, and designed to offer plenty of privacy, even when other guests were present. Tip: About 100 meters to the left of the hotel, there’s a fantastic local BBQ restaurant with affordable, tasty food. A heartfelt thanks to the hotel management and staff for the upgrade and making our stay truly memorable.

Отличный отель, замечательное расположение, все в пешей доступности, что очень удобно! Отдельно хочется отметить администрацию отеля - помогли, подсказали, рассказали, всегда готовы помочь! Только приятное впечатление! Очень вкусный завтрак) СПА в отеле релакс)

Омрачило плохая коммуникация отеля с сервисом...1 Во первых по прилету заставили платить какой то налог... хотя налоги включены в цену... 2 Во вторых заявили что номер вообще не оплачен... и пришлось выяснять с трип комом куда делись предоплаченные деньги

Unerwartete Hotels, sehr neu, alle Aspekte der Einrichtungen sind neu geprägt, die Hotelservice-Einstellung ist auch gut, aber ich hatte schon frühzeitig gesagt, ich habe am Morgen helfen, das Frühstück zu packen und das Kühlschrank zu paken, und ich habe keine Vereinbarung gesehen.
