Das ist ein grundlegendes Budget-Hotel für nur eine Nacht oder maximal 2 Nächte zu verbringen. Natur und Umwelt ist gut. In der Nähe von Paddyfeld. In der Nähe der Hauptstraße auch. Ruhebereich. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfreich. Allerdings sind Bettmatratzen sehr dünn und nicht gut für einen langen Aufenthalt. Nicht komfortable Matratzen. Es gab keinen Tisch und Stühle für Arbeit und TV, wie zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung erwähnt. Ich sage stark, nicht Essen vom Hotel. Sehr teuer und rippen ab. Nur eine kleine Tasse Tee war Rs. 250.00. Normalerweise Rs. 120.00. Dieses ist.mehr als doppelt ist sehr unfair. Auch Wasserflaschen, und alles ist hochpreisig. So besser bleiben ohne Mahlzeiten. Der Luft- und Wi-Fi-Zustand ist sehr gut. Der Wasserdruck ist gut.

Loss property service is admirable. I got my valuable shirt back—honest and True Values at Service by the staff. The evening dinner with our family and friends was wonderfully arranged and thoughtfully catered—an experience we deeply cherished. To Sanath, Janitha, and the entire team: thank you for making our anniversary stay both memorable and heartfelt. A special appreciation also goes out to all service staff, security personnel, and support teams for their exceptional dedication. We are truly grateful and look forward to returning.

Ich hatte drei Doppelzimmer Deluxe mit Kingsize-Betten und Seeblick gebucht und bin unzufrieden, da: Ich nicht die gebuchten Zimmer erhalten habe. Mir wurde gesagt, die Bilder seien falsch, aber sie sind immer noch auf der Website zu sehen. Stellen Sie also sicher, dass Sie die gebuchten Zimmer erhalten. Nur eines der drei Zimmer hatte Seeblick, die anderen beiden nicht. In einem der Zimmer funktionierte der Fernseher nicht. Alle drei Zimmer sind renovierungsbedürftig. Ich habe ein Foto des Zimmers beigefügt, das ich angeblich erhalten habe, aber nicht bekommen habe. Ich habe 24 Stunden vor meiner Ankunft an der Rezeption nach den Safari-Preisen gefragt und erst einen Tag später um 21 Uhr eine Antwort erhalten. Wenn Sie nur ein oder zwei Tage bleiben, ist das eine sehr späte Antwort. Vergewissern Sie sich also, dass Sie bei der Buchung und Bezahlung des Deluxe-Zimmers mit Seeblick das richtige Zimmer erhalten. Andererseits bietet die Speisekarte für Frühstück und Abendessen eine große Auswahl an guten und abwechslungsreichen Gerichten.

A wonderful, comfortable place to stay. It is located in a really convenient place if you wish to walk to cafes, restaurants, bars, shops and laundry services. The rooms/grounds/environment are very nice, sitting next to Habarana Lake and you will share the grounds with nature. The food was wonderful, especially the local Sri Lankan dishes. However, the best thing about this place is the staff - absolutely brilliant - friendly, helpful and attentive.

Das Hotel Ismattha Anuradhapura ist einfach zu finden und in der Nähe der lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir waren recht spät gecheckt und wurde noch von der Rezeption mit einem großen Lächeln begrüßt, ihre freundliche und schnelle Ein- und Abendessen im Restaurant war einfach lecker. Zimmerwände können ziemlich dünn aber, so dass leichte Schlafer sollten für ein Eckeszimmer, Cuz kann Gäste laufend passieren draußen hören. Hotel Parkplatz ist einfach und sicher, ein Schlüsselpunkt für Selbstfahren Touristen. Es gibt einen schönen Pool, den wir nicht nutzen konnten, aber aus dem Pool, man kann sich entspannen, sehen Sie die lokalen Züge passieren, so es ist ziemlich cool. Frühstück ist einfach, aber lecker und das Personal ist einfach wie Freunde, die Sie in ihre Häuser willkommen heißen.

I recently stayed this hotel and overall had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. The breakfast was also a nice touch—fresh and with a good variety. However, the only downside was the Wi-Fi. It was either very slow or not working at all during most of my stay, which was a bit frustrating since I needed to do some work online. I mentioned it to the front desk, but unfortunately, the issue wasn’t resolved. If you don’t rely heavily on internet access during your stay, this place is a great choice. But for remote workers or those needing reliable connectivity, keep this in mind

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Sudu Araliya in Polonnaruwa! The location is absolutely stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene ambiance. The highlight of my visit was witnessing the sunset – it was a truly magical experience. The food was delicious, with a great variety to satisfy every palate. The staff provided exceptional customer service, always friendly and attentive to our needs, making the stay even more enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great views, excellent food, and warm hospitality, Hotel Sudu Araliya is the perfect choice. Highly recommended! 🌅🍽️✨

Loved the way Roshan communicated to meet our needs … even for a one night stay. He organised our half day safari & we enjoyed a fabulous meal the night before … such a variety of dishes, all home cooked … yummy The place was amazing … very new & in excellent condition. They were not fully booked & so we were offered an upgrade. His niece, Nikki?, accompanied us on the safari at no extra cost … her knowledge of birds & other wildlife really enhanced our experience. She willingly shared her photos with us, along with her excellent spotting ability. Thanks to everyone who contributed in some way to a memorable weekend

Les hôtes étaient très à l’écoute, très agréables et très serviables. Le petit déjeuner et une vraie réussite, il est délicieux et très copieux. Le repas du soir aussi était excellent, merci beaucoup d’avoir cuisiné pour moi aussi tard je me suis régalée. La chambre est grande belle et spacieuse, la literie est confortable et la Clim marche très bien. Le seul petit soucis c’est le wifi qui est instable. La maison est belle et spacieuse et l’environnement est très paisible. Je recommande

Overall friendly service and helped us book tours to the temples. However, really bad WiFi in the rooms. Bedsheets weren’t that clean. Bathroom floor was kind of sticky at first, as if they cleaned it with sugar water. Don’t expect too much from the breakfast since it’s just white toast, an egg, one cherry tomato fried, and 4 sticks of French fries. The overall design of the hotel is very nice tho with a big tropical yard. For one or two nights it’s totally ok.
