The food amenities need significant improvement. As this is a resort, dining is an essential part of every guest's experience. Offering a buffet for both breakfast and dinner would greatly enhance guest satisfaction, along with providing a wider variety of food options. I would also like to commend the room service staff. They are incredibly hardworking, professional, and provide excellent service. However, it is disheartening to see how overworked they appear, especially having to deliver meals to every room throughout the day. They deserve greater recognition, respect, and fair compensation for the physically demanding work they do. Their daily wage does not seem to reflect the effort and dedication they put into serving guests.

I truly enjoyed my stay there. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., the staff did their best to prepare my room. I was aware that the official check-in time is 3:00 p.m., but they kindly allowed me to check in around 12:00 p.m., which I really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant staff were all wonderful. Everyone was smiling and working with genuine care and dedication. I would like to express my special thanks to the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the housekeeping team, and also the staff who always open the door at the entrance. Maraming salamat po. There is just one small thing I didn’t like: my room was located very close to the elevator, so it was a bit noisy. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I will definitely come back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to Tacloban.

We had a mixed experience here. On the positive side, the oceanfront location is beautiful, the pool is great, and the front desk team was truly amazing..they were incredibly helpful in securing a ground-floor room for my grandfather, who is in a wheelchair. However, there are some areas that need improvement. The TV in our room had no cable service, and I was disappointed to see a rat trap in the restaurant, which leads me to rate the cleanliness a 3/5. Also, while there are some ramps, please note that there is no elevator, so guests with limited mobility are strictly limited to the ground floor. It’s a nice spot, but it definitely needs more attention to maintenance and hygiene.

We stay here every other month. Everything is excellent. Their Salt & Pepper restaurant has amazing food. It is 15 minutes from Calbayog airport. Calbayog is perfectly situated for a hop flight of about an hour to Manila or Cebu.

It was a good place for a quick vacation. Food was great but a little expensive. Room was clean but the BR/CR were a little disappointing as to cleanliness. But overall, I would return — and recommend Caimito.

Our bed was a queen size and quite comfy. The breakfast was good but limited enough to start your day even though we had to ask for eggs both days as nobody told us they were available. I asked for an omelette but was told they ran out, this was at 7:45am with breakfast to go to 10am which I found strange both days. Anyway, I would go back and stay when I return to Tacloban in the future.

Neuwertiges Zimmer, Betten etwas weicher. Straßenlärm deutlich wahrnehmbar. Frühstück nicht sehr Umfangreich für Europäer. Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als zwischenübernachtung ok.

Es war sauber und entspannend zu bleiben. Ich mag die Tatsache, dass es einige Getränke/Nahrungsmittel bietet, die Sie verbrauchen und bezahlen können, wenn nur ich mit meiner Familie oder Freunden reisen würde es noch glücklicher und lustiger

Schöner Ort, aber ziemlich entfernt. Es ist 90 Minuten auf schlechten Straßen vom Flughafen Tacloban, die ziemlich am besiegten Weg ist. Empfohlen für diejenigen, die gerne von ihm weg sein. Essen ist gut, aber nicht billig. Wifi gut im Restaurant, keine Mobilfunk-Signale an anderer Stelle.
