It's a nice place to spend a night. A drink in the bar before dinner helps. I don't know much about the food as I had a pizza only. An average meal. Oh, the conference facilities are good.

I wanted to stay somewhere close to public transport. The main train station is just a stone’s throw away. It is near the end of Lambton Quay- the main drag in Wellington. Also for my friends who live in the outer suburbs of Wellington this hotel is close to the freeway and an easy access to collect me. The room is really clean and spacious and there is a kitchenette with stove and microwave to heat up/cook food. The bathroom is huge and has an accessible shower which is quite impressive.

A divine experience glamping in a vineyard! ❤️ Had the good fortune of stumbling across Martinborough on my way to Wellington. It's a quaint place with a variety of well appointed cabins with gas fireplaces and spa baths just outside the cute village of cafes, shops and wineries. Their team is kind and hardworking. 💯 Bring your own food since you'll have a kitchenette and food can be limited during the day since most places don't open until evening or the weekends for tourists. Also, recommend driving since it's both expensive and challenging to get around outside of the limited free shuttle. Bikes are available to rent for $40NZD 🤑🤑

We have always enjoyed staying at QT Museum Hotel. We were given the option to upgrade to a Seaview room on the top floor with an additional charge. Seeing it is a more quiet room compared to my booking request on the 1st floor near road traffic and rubbish bin area, I paid the extra for the upgrade per night for 2 nights. Our room was not serviced well the following day. Rubbish bin in the bathroom being the only one was not emptied. The Bath and Shower gel was not replenished, we had to asked for it to be refilled. the cushions on the bed was still on the floor from the night before, the ironing board was still left out - I did not put it back as the iron was still very hot after ironing my dress for my conference that morning. The gym facilities was very tired with all towels being used and the used towels bin was overflowing. I was very disappointed with my stay this trip, using shortage of staff since Covid is a very old excuse now. Systems and procedures should be in placed by management to ensure the 5 star ratings is upheld. No point upselling or selling more rooms if they cannot keep customers happy to come back again. This was not only my opinion but that of my colleagues. very disappointing!

Der Empfang ist unangenehm, und wenn man Fragen stellt, wird man vom Personal nicht unterstützt, sondern lediglich auf die Online-Recherche verwiesen. Der Umgangston gegenüber den Gästen ist unprofessionell. Manche junge Leute ohne formale Ausbildung sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, doch das trifft auf dieses Hotel nicht zu: Die Angestellten sind schlecht ausgewählt, unfreundlich und inkompetent. Zudem bräuchten sie dringend die Aufsicht eines Managers. Es ist schade, denn die Einrichtung des Hotels ist sehr ansprechend, die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern, und die Lage an einer Einkaufsstraße ist ideal. Über das Restaurant kann ich leider nichts sagen, da es nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr geöffnet hat und seit Januar geschlossen ist.

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, im Zentrum der Stadt, neben dem Kongress-Stadt, das Ausflugschiff ist nicht weit, das Zimmer ist groß und sauber, es gibt Kücheneinrichtungen wie eine Wohnung, sehr für Familienreisen geeignet. Frühstück ist weniger als die Art von Hilton, die Qualität ist gut, 35nzd ein Kind (mein Haus ist dreieinhalb Jahre alt) ist halb preis. Das Hotel hilft dem Parken 40nzd, ist immer noch sehr bequem. Nach allem Respekt ist das Hotel in Folge nicht gut, nach allem, was im Zentrum der Stadt steht. Die Lage im Zimmer ist immer noch gut, das Fenster ist ein grünes Land, es ist ein lokaler Garten (die Einheimischen sind nicht daran interessiert, das ist wie Japan), ich persönlich fühle mich auch egal, schließlich ist die Umgebung sehr gut.

Das Hotel und der Service sind sehr gut. Die Lage ist praktisch für fast alles in Wellington. Wir hatten jedoch Probleme beim Auschecken, als mir gesagt wurde, eine zusätzliche Gebühr für die Unterkunft zu zahlen, obwohl trip.com bereits alles bezahlt hat. Ich musste das mit trip.com klären und sie ließen die Anklage fallen.

Overall is great, but still feel the whole hotel a little old, and one point: we asked the receptionist for shaver and toothbrush, he said all in the room, but actually there’s nothing. We need to phone service team for several times ( we only asked one thing first cause we believed there are everything except that one, then we found others were not there……), really inconvenient. The food is great, and the guy there is very friendly!

The location is really good. The accommodation experience is amazing we wish we could stay longer.
