Was für ein tolles Finden! Das Zimmer war besser als erwartet, so sauber und ein massives Bett. Wir zahlen mehr für eine River-Aussicht und waren so glücklich, wie wir einen schönen Balkon hatten und die Fenstertüren öffnen und dort stehen und aussehen den Fluss. Das Frühstück war erstaunlich und wir wurden gefragt, welche Art von Ei wir wollten und es wurde frisch gemacht. Wir sprachen mit einem großen Mitarbeiter namens Magda und sie war so freundlich und freundlich und würde für uns alles tun. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.

Ehrlich gesagt, am 2. Tag waren wir in den Ort verliebt, alle Mitarbeiter auf allen Abschnitten waren brillant. Alle Einrichtungen waren sauber, gut gepflegt und bis zu Spezifikation. Das Hotel braucht etwas Reinigung und Renovierung in den Zimmern, aber der Rezeptionist ist sehr nett. Ich fühlte mich sehr gut empfangen. Ich empfehle es, wenn Sie es bei einer oder zwei Notnachten brauchen.

I stayed in room 3 on the ground floor and I thought the experience as a whole was alright, gets the job done if that’s all you need. There were some things I thought were a bit strange however. The shower was the main thing, it was stuck on full power which was crazy fast. It also didn’t stay in place because it was so powerful and kept turning into the wall. When I had pointed it facing out, it would point to the window (which was in the shower) and begin to fill up the window sill. Additionally, the sliding door had broken and it was replaced with a flimsy shower curtain which Barry managed to cover the gap. The room was a little dark but other than that was fine. The bed was fine too. Dinner is room service or you can have it in the bar area if you’d like. There isn’t a restaurant however and the bar area isn’t incredibly suitable for a meal with a family, fine on my own though. The menu consisted of pub food and each item was between £11-15 for the majority. There is a pizza and alcohol deal for £15 which is what I had, which was fine. Breakfast was £11.75 I think and was a buffet in one of the service rooms and was pretty good. Overall I think my experience was pretty poor but the room was very clean and the staff were very helpful and polite

I booked this location for a real “British Experience.” Although I don’t know if it was a real experience, it was a REAL experience. From the moment the car arrived, I was impressed and in love. It is a true country estate, surrounded by green rolling hills and ancient trees. The first view down the driveway was of a stunning estate with beautifully landscaped grounds. We arrived early and they were able to register us immediately. The only downside was the number of stairs to get to the room, but this was minimal. The interior was breathtaking, the outside was awe inspiring. We had originally planned on taking a day to go to London, but quickly decided to stay and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the estate. The food was wonderful but the breakfast hours were not as noted. On Saturday, we arrived at 10:30 for breakfast and the buffet was nearly empty, however the staff were kind enough to bring us the few things we needed. The staff were wonderful and added to the exceptional experience of our stay. I will definitely revisit this location in the future. It was a lovely experience.

4 stay here and it’s always a lovely place to stay but the prices are a bit too much.

When we arrived the car park was nearly empty and we thought we had arrived at the wrong place, also there were no signs saying Reception! We eventually found the reception and thought the greeting was a bit frosty. We checked into our exec room which was excellent and looked out over the lake. The location is great for walks along the canal and there are several nice pubs within walking distance. Breakfast was basic but was cooked well and kept hot. We would return again.

Dieses Hotel ist super schön und exquisit. Allerdings wird der an die Chinesen angepasste Raum behutsam betreten. Da es sich um ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer handelt. Kein Wunder, dass die Chinesen entscheiden können. Alles andere ist perfekt. Der Service ist super warm. Seufzen.

Awesome Hotel mit englischer Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind ruhig, und Sie können die Fenster öffnen, wenn Sie wollen. Der Service war hervorragend, mit einem freundlichen und aufmerksamen Team, das wirklich um uns kümmerte. und der Spa ist großartig
