Das Hotel war wirklich wunderschön. Die meisten Zeiten wurden wir mit Freundlichkeit begrüßt. Es war sehr sauber und zeitgemäß. Wir wechselten unser Zimmer von einem Zwillingszimmer zu einem Doppelzimmer und es gab keine Probleme mit ihm. Ich war enttäuscht, dass die Spa-Free-Facilities geschlossen wurden, da es eines der Gründe war, warum wir dieses Hotel reserviert haben. Einige der Dekoration sind etwas datiert, aber es gibt einige schöne Zeit-Features, die die Hotelumgebung verbessern. Eine sehr gute Lage für jemanden, der in Liverpool Lime Street ankommt.

Jai été accueilli par James et Tim, deux super personnes qui malgré mon anglais bancale, ont su me mettre à l'aise et être à l'écoute. Proche d’Anfield stadium je recommande vraiment ce spot pour les amateurs de foot. Un immense merci à l'équipe de m'avoir accueilli et aidé. Je recommande !!!

Das Hotel war sehr schön, das Personal war sehr freundlich und untergebracht. Wir hatten ein zwei-Kabinenzimmer (keine andere verfügbar)basisch, aber komfortabel und sehr sauber, warm, TV, komplimentärer Tee und Kaffee. Telefon für Zimmerservice, falls erforderlich. Das Frühstück war ein Buffet mit allem, was Sie möglicherweise möchten, um für den Tag zu starten. Wir hatten am Freitag Abend ein Essen im Restaurant, das wirklich schön war mit wieder großem Personal. Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Liverpool Lime Street Station. Obwohl es nicht störte unser Aufenthalt gab es eine Party Freitag und Samstag Nacht, die sehr laut und ging bis 1am Es wäre schön gewesen, diese Informationen zu erhalten.

We checked in really late/early hours in the morning, and had a problem with payment, which the bloke on reception was not sure how to resolve it as he did not usually handle payments etc, however, it was instantly resolved by the amazing receptionist who couldn’t have been any more apologetic. Room was very clean and tidy. Bed was very comfortable. The superior rooms all seem to be slightly different, but are all nice

enjoyed our time staff friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good room clean ,decor furnishing dated but for money worth stay will visit again ⭐️

Everything’s neat and tidy. Great vibe well decorated with Everton and Liverpool memorabilia. City centre easily accessible by bus. Great and nice staff as well

Der Eigentümer hat sich aktiv an die Tür gewandt, enthusiastisch und aufmerksam, hilf mir, Gepäck zu holen, die Einrichtungen und die Methoden der Verwendung des Zimmers vorzustellen, das Zimmer ist breit und hell, die Toilette ist sauber, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel! Die Weltkarte auf der Rezeption ist sehr speziell, zeigt die Stadt, aus der die Gäste hier kommen!

Friendly serving ce, lovely clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Its a bit of a warren! Directions to rooms could be clearer. Although dated it is charming. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price, ie bread was frozen and not a great choice, warm not hot and sausages where more like a bratwurst. However we would stay again but without the breakfast.
