Hotel location was very convenient, staff was friendly, accommodations were clean. One disappointment was excessive addition of fees and taxes on my credit card. I booked through a third party booking sight for convenience and cost. I did anticipate the additional fee of using the hotels parking garage, however I was verry displeased with all of the other additional charges added. I knew parking was $50 a day, I did not used any other amenities through the hotel, i.e.: breakfast, television, room service, however I was charged an additional $277 for an accommodation fee, occupancy fee, destination fee, ect... I did address this numerous times with the front desk, and was assured only necessary charges would be added, the rest would drop off. Overall, the accommodations were pleasant. However, we will not be returning due to excessive additional fees

Overall stay was ok. It could have been communicated to us about not getting the top floor as requested in our booking online before getting the keys to a lower level. Our room was clean but there was a hole found in one of the towels and 2 washcloths were dingy looking as if they were not washed thoroughly. Only one of the elevators did not work, which would have saved patrons time waiting in line to get on. There should have been an ”Out of Service” sign on the door of the other elever, so at least some of us could've taken the stairs if possible.

Das Hotel ist vom Flughafen entfernt Personal SUPER AMABLE komfortable Bett Grundstück Frühstück NICHT VERFÜHRT AM FLUGHAFEN Ich bin sehr traurig, dass in meiner Hotelsuche Hotels mit Transport zum Flughafen markiert und ich auf der Liste, dass ist ein Problem der Trip-System kostete mir die Taxi 60 Dollar, weil es Verkehr gab, aber die untragbare Rückkehr ein Uber war 30, womit nicht Trip muss überprüfen, dass die Transportinformationen korrekt sind

**Perfekte Erfahrung, sehr empfehlenswert!**
Dieser Aufenthalt war unglaublich zufriedenstellend! Das **Frühstück** war fantastisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an chinesischen und westlichen Gerichten, insbesondere den köstlichen und frisch zubereiteten Essensständen. Ich habe mich jeden Tag darauf gefreut. **Der Pool** war wunderschön, mit klarem, sauberem Wasser, was das Schwimmen und Entspannen am Pool zu einem wunderbaren Erlebnis machte. **Der Komfort** war tadellos. Das Zimmer war geräumig, die druckfreie Matratze war unglaublich bequem, die Schallisolierung war hervorragend und das Badezimmer war fantastisch. Das gesamte Hotel hatte eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, und das Personal war herzlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück, der Pool und der allgemeine Komfort waren alle sehr beeindruckend. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Very close to ATL airport. Hotel has an airport shuttle leaving hotel every half hour for example 6, 6:30, 7, etc and picking up at airport approx. every 15 minutes after for example 6:15, 6:45, 7:15 etc. Used the shuttle van both ways on flights in and out, made it easy if you use ATL airport - my biggest reason for this hotel. Easy check in. Clean room. OK TV and channels, etc. Large breakfast seating area with coffee and drinks all the time, and free breakfast starting at 6 am. Good Mexican Food place right Nextdoor. Not upscale, but solid , clean and a pretty good value. I would not take a long vacation here, but a good option for going in and out of airport and a quick stay.

TTianjiliuIch lebte hier sieben Tage, insgesamt ist es gut sauber, dass der Service nicht das beste ist, das Frühstück ist einfach. Mehr als 1000 Hotels pro Nacht, wenn man in China sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück essen könnte, aber hier ist es auch für sieben Tage in Folge so einfaches Frühstück, es ist etwas untragbar.

QQinianzhiyangDiese Art von Zimmern, die Trip.com reserviert, muss vom dritten Stock entgehen, in einen Schachtel, den sogenannten Rauchgeschmack eingehen, sofort um ein Zimmer zu wechseln, die Rezeption sagt, dass viele Leute in diesem Stock 😅 ...... .
Das Hotel hat einen kleinen Zug am Flughafen, mehr Gepäck oder bis zum Regentag, ist noch nicht sehr bequem.

BBeatrixurTiene conexión gratuita con el aeropuerto. Desde las llegadas de internacional hay autobús gratuito hasta la terminal de vuelos domésticos, donde coges el traslado hasta este hotel. El personal es muy agradable y te ayudan en lo que necesites. El único punto peor es que las habitaciones están descuidadas y necesitan mantenimiento.

GGastnutzerThis trip was booked to celebrate a birthday for my niece. The customer service was excellent as all of the staff was friendly and accommodating. However, the problem was with the spa service, one of the restaurants (Linger Longer), and construction on the site. My nieces messuage was below average and when asked how her spa service was, she explain that the service she received was below average at best and she was not satisfied. She was compensated by the team that was checking us out at the Spa with half off the service. However, she did not receive the message that she was expecting and was disappointed as this was for her birthday. The second issue was with our dinner at the Linger Longer restaurant. Our appetizer was deliver to us very cold. We informed our server and she apologized and brought us back another appetizer only a couple of minutes before our main course arrived, and the replaced appetizer was only slightly better than the first one they brought out. The main courses consisted for my niece had to be sent back because it tasted sour as if the fish was not fresh. She is not a person that complains much, but the food and the messuage were disappointing, and put a slight damper on her birthday. The last issue was all the construction going on next to where our room was located on the lake view. Because of the construction noise during the day and early morning, it disrupted the piece in that room. I explained this to the front desk and she was very polite and asked if extending our stay for an additional hour would be helpful since we had experienced a few issues with our stay. At this point we had already checked out, so staying an additional hour in the room would not be much of a help, as well as the construction going on. There were good and bad with this stay, as I have explained the problems. However, the lake and the amenities were superb and the courteous staff was fantastic and that helped things from being a failed birthday celebration for my niece.
