I could say that this hotel need renovation The location, facilities and aminities are good But the room so old and a bit creepy Ahha~ i found cockroaches in the room and toilet-.- Disappointed for 5 stars hotel

I had a pleasant stay in this hotel. The service was very good, with friendly staff. A variety of selections of the nice breakfast. Clean environment and good service in terms of security.

Strength : reasonable price, delicious breakfast, room service also great, kindness, near from downtown or airport Weakness : can be noisy because of other guests and music, a little messy(but bearable)

This is my 2nd stay. I like Batiqa's ambience so I booked again. Pros : + super good breakfast options. Main courses, local dishes (pempek/model), porridge, soup, cereal, noodle bar, egg bar, waffle, bread & cakes, salad bar, jamu & variety of drinks + mini gym with some good equipments for working out + sofa on the room + comfy beds with large pillows Cons : - the room is not soundproofed. Outside noises can be heard - when I entered the room, there is a certain smell which I don't know where it comes from

Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, die Aussicht ist erstaunlich, das Essen ist schön, das Personal ist besonders freundlich auf dem Frühstücksbereich, war hier für Bussiere oder Familienfreude und war immer glücklich mit dem Service, wird hier wieder nächstes Mal bleiben.

I stayed with my wife and 2 children (2 rooms) at the hotel. The hotel service seemed unprepared to handle the large number of guests. The breakfast room was very small and unable to accommodate guests, as well as the limited food options. We had to wait 15 minutes in front of the reception with other guests to get a seat for breakfast. Towels at the swimming pool were also unavailable. The parking area was quite spacious behind the building, but there was a lot of trash and construction debris. Otherwise, it was standard for a 4-star hotel.
