Have all the amenities except hair dryer (supposed in the room but was not there when we check in) and iron need to request from front desk. The bedsheet has yellow & grey stains. Towel looks old. Front desk staff is friendly. Overall, it is still a good experience to stay in.

Ging Genting vor Malacca. Ich hatte die gleiche Anfrage im Genting Hotel und in Hatten, aber nur Hatten erfüllte alle meine Voranfragen, als ich in 3 Zimmern eincheckte. In der Nacht entschieden wir uns ziemlich spontan, eine weitere Nacht mit demselben Zimmertyp zu verlängern. Das Hotelpersonal half uns, im selben Zimmer zu bleiben, ohne die Mühe zu haben, in ein anderes Zimmer umzuziehen. Vielen Dank an das Hotelpersonal Amar, das mir für die verlängerte Nacht geholfen hat.

We had a pleasant stay at Parkroyal A'Famosa during eve of Hari Raya. Amenities are all in good conditions especially the gym room and swimming pool. It's very good idea of the hotel which offers kids pasport for children to collect stamp and redeem food. Staff are very helping and polite. Food are also delicious. Overall we are statisfied with our stay. Just that the cleanliness of room still have some space for improvement.

Hotel im Herze einer völlig unterschätzen Stadt. Ich war eine Nacht in diesem Hotel auf der Durchreise. Obwohl die direkte Umgebung etwas heruntergekommen ist, liegt das Hotel sehr zentral um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu sehen. Viel Ausstattung (gutes Gym, Pool, Parkplatz,…). Essen geschmacklich gut, Aussehen naja. (größeres Angebot wäre auch toll!) Zimmer und Hotel sind an sich sehr schön! ABER leider wird wenig Wert auf Sauberkeit gelegt und das Hotel müsste dringend renoviert und modernisiert werden. Dachterasse absolut marode, Pool zwar an sich echt schön aber in schlechtem Zustand (Fließen wirken als wären Algen oder Schimmel drin), Restaurant dringend modernisierungsbedürftig. Sauberkeit im Restaurant (dreckige Stühle, Tische werden nicht gewischt und Geschirr mit Essensrückständen) und wie vorher erwähnt der Poolbereich sind meiner Meinung nach unhygienisch. Zimmer wirkte leider absolut nicht geputzt: dunkle Haare auf dem Nachttisch im Bad und im Bett ( ich bin blond), sehr dreckig unterm Bett, Ablagen leider auch nicht wirklich sauber und die Duschköpfe rostig(Tausch wäre nötig). Abschließend kann ich sagen dass das Hotel an sich schön ist, eine gute Lage hat und an sich auch viel Ausstattung hat, aber im aktuellen Zustand einfach nicht zu empfehlen ist. Etwas schade da man alles (leicht) beheben könnte….

Great location if you’re going to Malacca by coach bc it’s right at the pickup/drop off point outside hatten hotel. Hotel came with bedroom slippers, amenities like shampoo/conditioner/body wash, disposable toothbrush, and bottled water which was appreciated. The room itself isn’t the cleanest because there was a lot of dust all around. There were also stains on the couch in the suite. Breakfast was just downstairs, simple but nothing fancy. Good part was the egg options. The coffee machine was broken for quite awhile on both days of our stay during breakfast. Met quite a few staff who were friendly and nice - cleaning lady on level 6, the concierge staff who helped us store our bags and guy who was fixing the coffee machines on both days. Overall an okay stay for a family trip to Malacca but would hope to have cleaner rooms!

Süß, freundlich und zivilisierte Gesichter in der Nähe des Anschlusses, so dass Kunden, die müde von der Ferne fahren, nicht ihren Stimmung verlieren. Ausgang Registrierung: Der Checkout-Prozess dauert Zeit, Sie müssen warten, bis sie das Zimmer prüfen, bevor Sie die Einlage zurückkehren. Es gibt in der Regel ein kleiner Junge, der ein bisschen schmutzigen Snack in der Nähe des Bettblatts isst. Waschen Sie es, Sie werden es nicht nach dem Checkout waschen. Sie können auch die Handtücher, die wir am ersten Tag verwendet haben, recyclieren. am zweiten Tag setzen Sie das gleiche Handtüchtig. Unterkunft und Zimmer: so weit schöne Suite-Typ Zimmer. Amazing stay! Definitely a 5 star experience. The staff were friendly and attentive. For someone who’s big on cleanliness, this place was spotless. Towels prepared for guests by the pool and in the gym, very thoughtful! Breakfast was good, and the location is really convenient. It’s about a 15 minute walk to Jonker Street, or you can grab a ride for less than RM6. Highly recommend this place!
