The first visit to this hotel was full of warmth and overwhelming hospitality. I still can't forget how they welcomed us the moment we arrived at the hotel. Firstly, we were overwhelmed by the staff during our arrival. They all came out to greet us and help with our luggages and belongings all the way in to the hotel. Secondly, with the seamless check in to our rooms and fruit platter, every gesture was well thought by the hosts. Thirdly, they prepared a sumptuous dinner for us. Simple local delicacies yet tasted really good. The number of ginsengs in the appetiser surprised us! From the portion to the presentation of food, we can taste the difference and feel they put in their heart to make everything better. Lady boss was generous to treat us a bottle of local rice wine during our mealtime. Tasted really good and special! We like that drink!! Additionally, we were asked for timing to eat breakfast and they would prepare that before our specific timing. They even asked us for our preference and customise breakfast for us. Breakfast was served and tasted as good as dinner! Freshly prepared and done meticulously by the kitchen. Lastly, lady boss gave us an impromptu complimentary tea session after dinner. A unique and interesting experience indeed. Never seen and tried it before. It's a heating device with net on it, put the heating pot for stirring and cooking our own tea from scratch. Meanwhile, we have the finger snacks and nuts to roast on the heating rack (as shown in the pictures) while waiting for our tea. In between, they would guide us how to prepare the tea. It was a chill and relaxing session. We enjoyed chit chatting while roasting our tea in the cafe. It felt so warmth especially when it was snowing heavily outside. The vibes were superb! I had many enquiries and the lady at the counter helped me out a lot without hesitation. She tried all her means to help us. The lady at the hot spring was very friendly and provide good services too! The staff from the hot spring, restaurant, concierge, driver and even lady boss all were very attentive, friendly and nice at any point of time during our stay. Pretty impressive indeed. Giving all credits to every single staff. Amazing team! They gave us more than we could ever imagined from services to food to hospitality. Thank you for giving us an amazing and memorable stay! Overall it was a great and enjoyable stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend everyone to visit them and feel their positive energy. Certainly can't wait for our next visit to Chang Bai Shan again!!!

Ich hatte ursprünglich ein Business-Dreibettzimmer gebucht, aber das Hotel hat mich direkt zu einem Deluxe-Familienzimmer mit einem 2-Meter-Bett und zwei 1,2-Meter-Betten aufgewertet. Der Platz ist nicht gewöhnlich Sehr gut. Jedes Mal, wenn ich im Housekeeping-Center anrief, kam die Antwort schnell. Die Dame Zuozuo in der Lobby schickte uns ein kleines Geschenk, wodurch ich mich wie zu Hause fühlte. Das einzige Manko war der Duschraum, den es hier nur gibt. Es wäre toll, wenn es einen beweglichen gäbe. Schließlich ist er nicht sehr freundlich zu weiblichen Freunden.

Appreciate the staff's hospitality and friendliness. Even though I can understand very little Chinese, they are all willing to give me the best service using translation app. They helped me deal with all the hassles very well. I'm very much impressed! Most of the services can be reserved via Wechat with a prompt response. The airport pick up service is superb, like a VIP. The driver waited for me at the meeting point with the well-recognized sign of my name. I only reserve for regular car at 280 Yuan The room is great, spacious for two people, heated floor, comfortable beds. They offer many services, such as free zen massage, body measurements. However, I went for skiing and explore the slope, so I didn't use many facilities in the hotel.

Hotel location is so called near to train station but it is not so ”near” if traveller plan to walk with big bags because there is no lift access at the exit that is walkable to the hotel when exit from train station. Suggest traveller to check the exit properly so that you don't want too many ”extra”. Room was ok, though it was a corner room, and my booking though mentioned is 8th to 9th floor, I received a 7th floor room instead. Surrounding the hotel is few wholesale building of fashion, nails, etc. which is good for shopping.

The hotel offers free pick up service from the train station, which allowed us to connect with a driver called Ting Ting. The distance from Changbaishan railway station to the hotel is about a 10 min drive away. The hotel is clean, offers hot ginseng tea and the room is extremely spacious. The amenities kit is good too, with body lotion provided. Guests services staff are extremely helpful and kind. However, we spoke mandarin with them so I think the experience will be better if you spoke in Chinese. Breakfast at hotel is also a great spread - mainly noodles, rice, and Chinese dishes that tastes great. Coffee machine provided relatively great espresso (for an automatic machine). However, the highlight would be Ting Ting; whom we connected via Mercure. We were tourists without a local Chinese mobile number, so she knew and told us it’s extremely difficult for us to get anywhere in Changbaishan (there is only a local T3 ride hailing app, and Didi is not applicable there). She offered to drive us around for our stay (3D2N) instead, and taught us how to book our tickets for Changbaishan National Park. She also recommended and drove us to dining places that she has tried, and they were indeed great shops with tasty food! Ting Ting also reminded us what we needed to prep to go up to Changbaishan and took us to rent the necessary gear (fleece guard protection for knee, fleece shoes etc) as we did not have the right attire for the -10 and up temp in early March. She is extremely helpful and kind. Highly recommend Mercure and Ting Ting! 美居酒店又干净，房间也很大。早餐也丰富，多样。咖啡机的意式浓缩还很不错。酒店的柜台和工作人员都很友善，服务周到。因为酒店有包接站服务，我们链接了司机婷婷。她真的太好了，我们没大陆手机号，不知道根本去不了哪里。婷婷也教我们怎么购买长白山景区票、怎么玩。然后重要的是她也提醒我们上长白山需要注意的-我们不够防冷和防风的衣裳和鞋子，所以她也带我们去租了。婷婷也介绍我们好吃的地方，真的赞赞赞！

1. Free Pick-Up from Railway Station The free pick-up service from the railway station was smooth and incredibly helpful. It made our arrival stress-free and set the tone for the rest of our stay. 2. Room The room was spacious and impeccably clean, with the added convenience of a heater in the washroom—a definite plus point, especially in colder weather. 3. Hospitality The owner, Mr. Feng, and his staff, especially Mr. Xia, along with the rest of the team, are gems. They are extremely helpful, and their intention to assist guests is genuine. They provide support with a smile and never show any reluctance. Their efforts made our stay both comfortable and memorable. 4. Assistance and Arrangements Mr. Feng and his staff went above and beyond to make our trip seamless. They arranged transport to Xue Li Mountain and helped us purchase tickets at a reasonable price. Mr. Feng even accompanied us to a restaurant to introduce us to a new dish, which was a delightful experience. The next day, Mr. Xia helped us buy tickets to Changbai Mountain (Heavenly Lake). He also ensured we were dropped off at the bus station and picked up later, making the process entirely hassle-free. 5. Farewell This hotel holds a special place in our hearts. On our departure, they dropped us off at the railway station early in the morning. Mr. Feng himself joined to bid us farewell, which touched us deeply. 6. Final Thoughts Their hospitality reaffirmed our faith in humanity. The kindness, care, and genuine efforts of Mr. Feng and his team made this stay unforgettable. Love and gratitude to all of them!

Ich hatte eine tolle Zeit in Yánjí, da ich viele Grenzausflüge geplant hatte. Ich kann sowohl Koreanisch als auch Chinesisch problemlos sprechen und komme in dieser Region, die auch als das Dritte Korea bekannt ist, gut zurecht. Die Lage dieses Ortes war großartig, da er im Stadtzentrum gegenüber der Yanji-Universität lag. (Mir wurde Zimmer 1206 zugewiesen.) Ich bin mir nicht sicher, welche Fotos sie für die Werbung verwenden, aber mein Zimmer sah viel heruntergekommener und veralteter aus. Ich habe auch viele kleine Kakerlaken getötet, die in der Küchenzeile herumstreunten. Auch das war für mich keine große Sache, da sie nicht riesig waren, aber eines Tages tauchte eine riesige Kakerlake in der Nähe des Badezimmers auf. Es ist eine Sache, wenn das Zimmer etwas anders aussieht als auf den beworbenen Fotos, aber bitte halten Sie den Raum wenigstens viel sauberer. (Die Waschmaschine war ein Bonus, aber ich musste Waschmittel nebenan im Supermarkt kaufen. Das hätte eigentlich bereitgestellt werden müssen, da neben der Maschine eine leere Seifenschachtel auf dem Boden stand.) Ich habe diesen Ort gebucht, weil ich häufig Wäsche waschen wollte und nicht in einem Hotel übernachten wollte … Ich reiste aus NYC an, also war ich kein durchschnittlicher chinesischer Tourist aus einer inländischen Region. Dies war mein erster Besuch in China seit 1996/05 und ich habe mein 10-Jahres-Visum für China zum ersten Mal genutzt, seit ich es 2017/08 beantragt hatte. Hinweis: Ich habe mir die anderen Zimmer auf der Etage angesehen und sie waren viel schöner als das, was ich gebucht hatte. Ich vermute, diese waren auf WeChat aufgeführt und die weniger attraktiven Zimmer sind hier aufgeführt usw. Nachdem ich um 12:00 Uhr mittags ausgecheckt hatte, ließ ich mein Gepäck für ein paar Stunden nebenan im Supermarkt. Sie berechneten 5 CN¥ pro Stunde … Ich zahlte 15 CN¥, da ich wusste, dass 3 Stunden alles waren, was ich vor meinem Flug brauchte.
