Wir hatten eine allgemein angenehme Erfahrung in Rydges Rotorua. obwohl es einige Nachteile gab. Die Hotelzimmer zeigen Zeichen von Alter, und die Gesamtreinigkeit in unserem Schlafzimmer war nur durchschnittlich. Ein besonderer Abzug war die russische Kehle im Zimmer. Auf der positiven Seite bietet das Hotel eine gute Auswahl an Einrichtungen, darunter ein erhitztes Schwimmbad, Spa und ein Kinderspielzimmer, die für Familien großartig sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und war ein schöner Weg zum Beginn des Tages. Das Hotel ist zwar nicht perfekt, aber es ist eine faire Wahl für Familien, die einen komfortablen Aufenthalt mit anständigen Einrichtungen suchen.

Sehr sauberes Hotel, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch, lassen Sie uns in ausländischen Gaststätten zurückkehren. Einrichtungen: sehr Mode Gesundheit: sauber Umwelt: Schön Dienst: Enthusiasmus Die Lage ist sehr gut, das nächste Mal bleiben Sie. Ich empfehle es Ihnen.

Das 6 on Adams bietet sehr geräumige Zimmer und eine sehr gute Ausstattung bei Top Lage direkt am Fuße des Mounts zwischen Pilot Bay und Beach. Die Sauberkeit hätte noch ein bisschen besser sein können. Auch waren Shampoo und Ähnliches leer. Sonst haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Great location in the heart of Rotorua, right next door to the lake and Eat Street restaurants and came highly recommended to us, but left us a little disappointed - especially for the price. Room a little outdated, holes in the blinds which let the light in, dirty grout in the shower and the shower head was broken and the glasses were dirty. I never ever leave a bad review, but after a great experience at 4 other different hotels across NZ this trip, the front desk lady on arrival at the Novotel was not the friendliest - it felt like we were an inconvenience to her. It was check in time and she was the only staff member on with a queue of people. On a positive note, the bed was comfortable.

Everything about the room was good, clean, nicely furnished, warm and well lit. The only negative, if any was there was no compedium or information about the area. No information on nearby restaurants or things to do in the area.

Great and easy checkin. The cabin was clean and tidy and just 50 meters from kitchen and bathroom facilities. The hot pools were very hot indeed. The kitchen facilities were fine and offered everything needed for cooking and doing dishes. The cabin was rather warm at night (no aircon) and the beds a bit noisy. All in all a good, recommendable stay and good value for money.

I recently stayed at Arawa Park Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent—close to Rotorua’s main attractions and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The room was spacious, clean, and featured large, comfortable beds. Considering the affordable price, it’s excellent value for money and ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable, budget-friendly stay. The staff were attentive and friendly, even offering to heat up meals for guests—a thoughtful touch that added convenience. I also appreciated their focus on security, as they took note of my car’s plate number during check-in. I noticed that the hotel has washing machines and laundry facilities, which could be very useful for longer stays. While I didn’t ask if these are free for guests to use, it’s great to see such amenities available. Clearer information about their usage would be helpful. One downside was the lack of adaptors in the room, which made charging devices a little inconvenient. Adding adaptors or universal outlets would greatly improve the overall experience for guests. Overall, Arawa Park Hotel is an excellent choice for a comfortable and affordable stay in Rotorua. With minor tweaks like providing adaptors and clearer communication about amenities, it could be even better.

Das Hotel an sich war gut. Es sauber und schön eingerichtet. Zu Bemängeln ist jedoch die offene Dusche, durch die das ganze Badezimmer überflutet ist und der Fernseher, bei welchem die Smart-TV funktion nicht geklappt hat. Die Rezeption war nett, wir mussten jedoch auf Hilfe mit dem Fernseher warten und mussten dann zum gebuchten essen. Das problem konnte somit leider nicht behoben werden.
