First time in an easyHotel and it will be the last. The room was quiet, the air conditioning worked well, and the hotel is very central - these are the only good things. Bad things- reception staff were unwelcoming, generally apathetic and stingy when it came to using any sundries/consumables, never asked how our stay was or said thankyou. Room has windows but they cant be opened at all, not even a crack. Room does not even have a table, let alone a kettle, a luggage rack, a proper wardrobe, there is literally nowhere to put your things other than the floor, not even a window ledge (there is plenty of room for a small table, and a chair and a luggage rack. We had to ask for disposable cups to get hot water from the lobby and take it to our room on the 3rd floor every time we wanted a drink. I was even told to re use the cups more as they seemed to think I was using too many (i was already re using them as much as i could). They say they are carbon neutral and green etc yet they cant give you a kettle and re usuable cups. There is a rip off vending machine and 2 chairs in the lobby area right opposite the lift and back office - hardly a nice environment to enjoy any drinks in. There is no maid service unless you pay extra, even if you just ask to habe a change of sheets and make the bed yourself the staff have to check with the front desk to make sure they dont charge you for it. The beds are small and not very comfortable, the room numbers are poorly signed in the corridors. This hotel is like being on an easy jet flight, only for us it lasted a whole week. You have an uncomfortable seat included and thats it. Everything else is chargeable or limited or none existant including feeling like a valued guest. You are made to feel like you are an inconvenience if you expect any kind of welcome or service. This makes Traveloge feel like luxury. If you are out in the city for 1 night for a concert or a party night and literally just want a bed to crash in (a hostel would work for this) then this place is ok. If you want a nice stay for more than 1 night this is not the place to stay.

Schöne Lage. Hatte ein wunderbares Zimmer auf der Ecke mit fantastischen Blicken. Das einzige Problem, das wir erwähnt, war, dass es kein Toilettenpapier und nur eine Beutel heißer Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen gab, so dass wir nicht jeden Abend einen schrecklichen Schokolade und ein Paket von Kuchen haben konnten. Wir würden wieder bleiben und Spa-Anlagen nutzen. Der Pool und Dampfraum und die Sauna waren perfekt. Essen war 5*

It was a lovely hotel very clean rooms, comfy bed.  However remember to book your breakfast the night before otherwise it cost £17 per person instead of £14 ( was a bit of a kick in the teeth) buffet style breakfast so food wasn’t particularly hot and we were waiting around for lots of items to be replenished even though it wasn’t to busy.  Big queue for the coffee machine as one was broken so only one working.  Upon check out don’t forget to enter your car Reg if you had parked in the Docklands car park where you get a discount.  All in all a pleasant stay in a great location

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Leeds. Unser Zimmer wurde modernisiert und hatte schöne Einrichtungen. Gute Lage, um überall ins Zentrum zu laufen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!

Poor customer service. There is an info in the room that taxi can be booked at reception desk. We went to reception and the staff member only pointed at the phone numbers and told us we could book it ourselves. She didn’t even get up from her chair or come over to assist us . Room only ok, lots of dust in the bathroom ventilation vent

I loved staying at Quebecs, I was here for a solo trip and only stayed for one night. Its very boutique, staff at the reception were lovely and professional, explained everything that I needed to know. My room was very spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be booking here again, maybe more than one night next time!

The room is a normal-sized one, equipped with 2 British twin bed (Width: 130~140cm), and it was prepared in an acceptable condition. Air-conditioner is available, but you may find that it need to be turned on for 2~3 times a day, as the system had been set in an economic mode by the hotel. The breakfast is a typically British one, whilst baked mushroom is not provided. Nevertheless, the breakfast tastes good, and you could serve yourself with chocolate croissants, cheese, hot tomato mush, vegetarian-friendly sausages, honey, tinned peaches and coconut yoghurt. Toothpastes and toothbrushes could be ordered with a fee (￡2), thereby you'd better rake your own's. The location is reasonable, since the hotel adjoins the John Lewis shopping mall, and there's only 10-min walk way between the hotel and Leeds coach station. Meanwhile, you may walk to the Victoria and Trinity shopping centres in 15~20 minutes from the hotel, though it might be a bit inconvenient to travel to the nearby downtown by bus, given the lack of bus stops next to the gate of this hotel. Overall, it's a foolproof option for someone who anticipate a lodging experience surpassing the average level there.

Ich habe die Buchung bei 12-07 bei etwa 3-15 - 3-30 gemacht und hatte eine zusätzliche Benutzung beantragt, aber es wurde gesagt, dass dies nicht möglich war, weil ich die Buchung spät gemacht hatte und die Rezeption hatte keine!! Das sind Waldkabinen, und ich hätte gedacht, dass dies eine gemeinsame Anfrage und zusätzliche Schleusen einfach verfügbar wären. Die Kabine wurde von einem beweglichen elektrischen Heizgerät erhitzt, das Stunden dauerte, um die Kabine zu erhitzen. Die Türen wurden möglicherweise wegen wiederholter Malerei geschlossen und es gab Gemälde über die Metallhandschuhe. Die Außentür war nicht von der Innenseite geschlossen. Es gab keinen Platz im Kabinen und keine freie Oberfläche, um Dinge als die einzige geeignete Oberfläche, ein Desk, hatte ein freies Stand-TV auf sie. Es gab ein Kleiderschrank, aber es schmelzt schmutzig. Das Essen war gut, aber der Service war langsam, weil das Restaurant mit dem Teebarman als Wächter unterbesetzt war. Die Unterkunft ist schön und das Personal ist sehr angenehm. Es gibt viel Tee und Kaffee im Teezimmer und eine Kettle.

Das Hotel war selbst brillant und die Lage war fab . Ich hatte eine spät auschecken Hexe war wieder groß, aber die Reinigung war nicht groß Aber ich sprach mit der Dame am Morgen und sie fragte nach den Fotos und brachte sie sofort. Diese Dame war fantastisch , aber sie hat ihren Namen nicht erhalten . Die Bettwäsche, wo ALL in der Innenseite und die Unterseite nicht groß genug war, so dass es eine 4” Lücke am oberen Bettwäsche war Matrix-Schutz, dies hatte eine schmutzige Marke auf sie, die wie Blut sah . Das ganze Zimmer war Staub und die Lippen für die Tassen, wo schmutzig und es sah aus, als wäre es nicht gehoben. Ich wollte nicht einen Schlag laufen, wie ich und meine Tochter eine brillante Nacht hatten und ich wollte es nicht zerstören. Es war mit der Verwaltung dran, so dass ich hoffe, sie werden mit mir in Verbindung zu dieser Situation wie offensichtlich habe ich für ein sauberes Zimmer bezahlt .
