From entering the hotel, we were greeted by 2 lovely receptionists. They were professional and very friendly. The check in was very quick and easy and on our way to our room in no time. The room was very clean and the bed was super comfy. The Bathroom was adequately stocked with fluffy clean towels and toiletries and hair dryer available. The hotel is within walking distance to the shopping mall and the $10 fee for parking, saved us from having to pay for parking in the city. Very convenient. A very nice stay. Thank you.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber und mit allen notwendigen Ausstattung. Auch sehr freundliches Personal. Parkplatz ist groß und das Hotel hat ein Restaurant, das Abendessen bis 9 Uhr serviert, das ist wirklich handlich, weil jeder andere Essensraum ziemlich früh schließt.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We checked in at late night and were provided clear instruction to check in. The hotel was highly recommended.

The standard room is old and not up to mercure’s standard The hotel has provided a free upgrade, its fair if that was a standard room facility. The staff are very well trained, but the standard room is not up to international hotel standard.

The Resort needs a make over. Stained carpet, curtains are sun eaten see through some patches, bathroom needs updating, sliding door to balcony doesn't close properly so wind whistled all night long. The TV didn't not work, next day it was working intermittently On the plus side it was clean, and the food at the restaurant was delicious.

- clean room with 3 beds - has body wash, shampoo and conditioner - hotel has a laundry area (need to pay AU4 each for washing and drying + AU1.50 for the laundry powder) - near the pool side but was closed for maintenance - About 10mins walk to the restaurants and beach.

Die Zimmer waren sehr schön , das Personal war sehr schön ! Die Toilette war modern. Zimmerdekoration war ganz einzigartig, aber das Zimmer war insgesamt geräumig und das Bett war komfortabel. Es gibt viele Restaurants, die hinter dem Hotel verbunden waren. Das war mir sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war gut ! Würde sicher versuchen, wieder zu bleiben !

We had a really great stay. The whole area is just stunning, service also was great. Would highly recommend. We stayed in one of the ”pods”, those were quite small, but very comfy beds. I would imagine the bigger ones would be awesome

Wir reservierten ein Standardzimmer und wurde eine Upgrade zu einem Premium-Zimmer mit Blick auf den Hafen für nur $25 pro Nacht, die wir akzeptiert. Wir bedauerten die Entscheidung, da die Ansicht besonders der Sonnenuntergang erstaunlich war. Schließlich sind die Restaurants und Kreuzfahrten sowie das Besucherzentrum.

Situated at a quiet location. Receptionists were helpful and friendly. Just need several minutes to supermarket and shops.
